Tyler was very friendly and helpful. He did not try to push us into anything. He listened to our needs and wants and helped us get the mattress for us and at a great price. Wonderful place to get your next mattress. I normally dread shopping for things like this because you go from store to store and it takes forever looking for the right thing and a good price. This was the first store we went to, and we were out with our mattress ordered very quickly.

Dealing with Zara was awesome! She was knowledgeable and very helpful! She was patient with our questions. Zara was thorough and searched for offers and bundles that may be applicable. 1/2 of my order came a month ago no problems (except it was only half my order!). Driver called today YELLING at me that the address was wrong, but it wasnt wrong a month ago so how is it my fault? He is refusing to make the delivery and didnt tell me when it would be delivered or who to contact. I have been trying to call the store and they wont answer the phone.Update: Talked to Tyler at the store and he was fantastic. Really took care of the us and solved the problem. Zara is Phenomenal! A pure sweetheart-she was all alone attending to everyone. She was answering the phone, making a sale to the customers who preceded us, and was so patient and caring with everyone. I never saw her get flustered anytime she had to excuse herself to attend another customer or phone call. She answered every question, we never felt rushed or forced to make a decision. We were with her over an hour before her relief came to help her. My mom and I were amazed at her efficiency and kindness considering how busy she was. Zara is amazing.

I bought a bed in May of 2021 from Tyler E. Hes just the best!! It didnt take any time at all bc hes so knowledgeable. He knows just the questions to ask. Tyler is respectable as youre trying out the beds - he stands a few feet away so you can really test out the mattress. I thought Id have to try so many, but due to Tyler knowing just the questions to ask I found the perfect bed very quickly after only trying out 3. Tyler needs to be teaching new associates how to sell a bed. Hes a pro! Delivery guys were wonderful; safe and kind. I had a wonderful experience with this store!

I’ve never been into a mattress store and only ordered online … I felt nervous and intimidated but took the risk. Zarah was amazing! She was warm welcoming full of information but there was no high pressure sales pitch. She was awesome with our kids and made the mattress shopping experience amazing I cannot more highly recommend her or the store.

When we made a last minute trip into the store to look at mattresses on a Saturday night we were greeted by Tyler immediately. He helped us make a selection easily, was very knowledgeable and more than willing to stay late in order to help us get the mattress delivered within 2 days.

We have had excellent service both times we have shopped at Mattress Firm. We ended up buying from Jordan last night. He was very polite and professional. He didn’t try to force the sale or follow us around the building. He just answered questions and was there when we needed him. Like he said “when you are buying a bed you don’t need someone hovering over you the whole time you are testing out mattresses.” He actually sleeps on one of the ones they sell there and enjoys his job. He worked overtime in order to make the sale and didn’t complain when we needed extra time to be sure of our purchase.

Was supposed to get $300 worth of free bed accessories and they were giving a free adjustable frame valued at $500 I didn’t need so said could make it up in accessories plus military discounts in merchandise but got less than $700 in accessories when you added up there high prices for accessories. So not as good as made it all to be

We ordered a purple mattress from this location. FIVE WEEKS after our purchase they still couldn’t give us a delivery date so we canceled our order and placed an order directly with purple. We received our mattress from purple.com FOUR DAYS after we placed our order.I’m mostly upset that the sales people kept stringing us along with non-answers about our order.

We went hoping to pick up a clearance mattress to replace our 9 year old mattress. The kids were with us, automatically putting my wife in stress-shopping mode. We went into Mattress Firm on Kingston Pike in Knoxville to try the Purple mattress. With the pandemic and my husband at high risk we were a little apprehensive to go on anywhere. Zara was so kind and knowledgeable. Letting us try several mattresses. We could tell each had been sterilized when was a huge comfort. We did settle with the Purple but Zara’s help let us know we were making the right decision. We would definitely shop this store again.

Extremely helpful was not trying to pressure me and she is spending a whole bunch of money. The woman that helped us took her time she was honest you know she went be above and beyond to make sure I can get the best deal that I could. Honestly by far the best experience I have ever had buying a mattress and let’s be honest typically it sucks having to buy a mattress but she made the experience pleasant and I felt that I was in good hands. My overall experience was great! The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I originally wanted a split king, but decided against it after points were revealed to me that I hadn’t even considered. Also, the mattress did not come with an adjustable frame, while others did but it was by far my favorite one I laid on. They price matched an adjustable frame that I had saved on Wayfair! $1000 product for $442. I am very pleased with the products I am receiving, and the service I received, and the price I paid.

I had a very good experience with Chase. Dude knows his beds and isnt into pressure sales or talking down to people who just want to look and see whats available to them. We went in three times before we settled on a bed and when we decided which bed we wanted, we chose to shop here because Chase was cool, knew his stuff and seemed to genuinely just want to help us get a good deal. And he did get us a great deal, beyond just the bed too. We got pillows and mattress covers, sheets and the a great adjustable bed frame, all of it was way, way below sticker price. Delivery was easy and everything was here on the scheduled day and set up so all we had to do was crawl in and enjoy the bed. Now that its all said and done, Im very happy. I got an excellent bed and at unbeatable price and from a genuine human being. I appreciate that. Thank you for the great experience !
