Great place to find goods for the home. There are always so many items to choose from at reasonable prices.

Home Goods is the home of a vast array of home related merchandise. Everything you need for your house and more can be found here. Excellent customer service and prices well below standard department store prices. Find everything from occasional Limoges to Waterford and Mackenzie-Childs. A wonderful staff awaits you along with their nice manager Derrick.

Anything you could possibly want for your home is at Home Goods at Kingston Town Shopping Center. Everything from rugs, mirrors, pet supplies, hundreds of pillows, and thousands of other items.

Great store. Great staff. But need a new location and new parking lot in the worst of ways. Find location put big Home Goods and big T J Maxx and a big Marshall’s all in same area like the ones in Kennesaw, GA.

You never know what treasures may be in store for you here! Covid has may it difficult, and I find even with the stores proactive attempts to count customers coming in, lay out directions on the floor, require facial coverings, and clean returned carts, customers are just ignoring efforts. My concern is staff is making no attempt to correct or redirect shoppers, and with the general hodge podge displays, shoppers are taking liberties to just abandon items throughout the store on any shelf. It makes it difficult to navigate in general, but increasingly risky for those predisposed.

So glad I found this store it definitely is my winner!

Its a place to quickly run in and find a gift, and its also a great place to leisurely roam the aisles. They have unique items at very reasonable prices. Its rare to come out of Home Goods with empty hands!

Waited at least a half hour in check out line.... Poor customer service especially in these times of covid.

I absolutely love home goods. Such an amazing selection of just about everything. Also the cashier Michelle was absolutely awesome! She had amazing manners and made sure everything was wrapped perfectly and also helped me get help with my rug when no one else would and was very respectful and offered me a tjx card (which i def got :))Love this store!♥️

What can I say - I love home goods! You never know what treasures you will find. The store is fairly well organized but a bit full due to all the holiday items. It is a bit hard to find someone to help you at times. Great buys on everything from snacks, towels, linens, small furniture items, rugs, fishes, decorations & more. Great selection of items for your dog or cat too. Just go you will be glad you did.

This location is always full of great items for every season and every holiday. Excellent selection of furniture at good prices! Aisles are a little tight and patience is needed at checkout. They do a great job so that is why the place is always packed!!

BIG Coronavirus risk!!! With 2000+ Covid19 cases a day in TN you would expect to see people wearing masks. Not the case. I saw one or two people with masks on. Not to mention the aisles are so narrow that that maintaining 6ft was impossible. So much for corporate responsibility requiring masks. I am very cautious and wear a mask, but the bizarre illogical direction the arrows point had people bumping into each other. Especially employees putting stuff on the shelf walking every which way, not giving 6ft. I won’t be going back until numbers are down.

First time shopping at HomeGoods. It was easy to find what I was looking for, the prices were reasonable and they have a selection of candles that are at a great price.

I go here to save money on pillows, home decor, and pet supplies. They have great stuff and Ill continue to shop here. However, I only give it a 4 star because this place is always messy. They should consider hiring more associates to maintain the organization(or lack of) throughout the store.

Veteran shopper of HomeGoods in several states. This one was a lot messier and disorganized than any others I have shopped. Because of merchandise on floor and cramming, it feels very claustrophobic. I tried on 3 different occasions and this store does not appear to be maintained. Merchandise is a mess on some of the shelves. The entryway and area near checkout filled with debris every time I visited and this was at opening time so one would think it wouldnt have had time to get messy. I will not be returning to this one. I did give this feedback to a store employee.

HomeGoods always has a great selection of seasonal items. Lots of Easter supplies and table settings. Highly recommended.

Staff members are polite, the store is a bit cluttered but you can always find what you need. They have a good selection of dog toys for a better price then their neighbors. All around a good place to shop.

Long checkout lines and no one on the floor to help you. Marshalls extension store that sells seconds for what firsts cost at Pennys. There was a lady who wanted to buy one of the carpets hanging but she couldnt find any store workers to help her get it down. Well I guess both store workers were busy at the checkouts as only 2 were open with about 25 people standing in line. I guess the stuff they sell is loved by many but its mostly a shortage of workers thats the issue.

I seriously love Home Goods so much. Their selection is incredible. Some of their stuff is overpriced, but this location is my favorite Home Goods Ive ever been to. Its so neat and organized which I loved. Things arent just thrown on the shelves willy-nilly. I could spend so much money in here its ridiculous! A lot of their stuff is very affordable though and anytime I need throw pillows or fancy soaps or any kind of home accessories this is definitely the place to go! Forget Target, HomeGoods is my retail crack 😂

Was in there today and got the rudest treatment Ive ever gotten from a clerk in my 52 years. Was actually IGNORED by the cashier for over 5 minutes while she complained to another worker about her job. Guess she doesnt enjoy it, and I sure didnt enjoy being ignored while Im trying to make a purchase and pick up my kid from school. I loved this store until today, but I have zero interest in going back now. I wish I could give negative stars, but unfortunately thats not an option. Ill stick with Tuesday Morning from now on. Theyre always helpful and polite.

Great seasonal selections

Pamela or Pam the manager wouldnt discount a lamp for our coming soon newborn nursery. It had 3 smudge spots on the lamp shade. She said hopefully you can get it out with an eraser. Hated to buy but we have been searching forever for the perfect lamp. We can turn the shade around hopefully to the back so the spots cant be seen. Just hate buying something full price knowing it has blemishes . It wasnt discounted from the other lamps ,but was the last one that color. It was 29.99 for a small table lamp and even 10% off would have made me feel better. When I found her after we purchased the lamp she had an attitude a manager shouldnt have to any customers. Will be calling her supervisor on Monday. And will review on other sites and Facebook if thats how they are gonna treat regular customers.

Im not going g to even rate this store. It was the worst Home Goods Ive ever been to. It was messy, disorganization, merchandise all over the floors. You couldnt not walk down aisles with your cart. I will ever go back to that store. Several employees were goofy off too.

This is possibly the messiest Home Goods Ive ever been in. Two aisles we couldnt even go down because there was so much stuff on the floor. Most of the store looks like things are just thrown on the shelves, even in the crystals area. Not impressed by this location.
