Do not take your car here!! If I could rate zero stars I would. I wish I’d read the reviews beforehand. I Took my BMW X1 in to have the rear quarter panel replaced. The original estimate was 3500. I was told it would take 1 1/2 weeks. Luckily my insurance covered a rental car. 2 weeks later, after no updates, I call and it’s still not ready. I’m told by Chris that they are waiting to hear back from my insurance for a sublimebtal claim of 700 he submitted. That once they got to work they realized more parts were needed. 4 days later, I go to pick it up. The total is 7100!!!! Twice the original estimate. I’m given no explanation except they needed more parts than originally thought. No calls to us, no updates, nothing. Chris doesn’t try to apoiligize and doesn’t seem the least bit interested or concerned that he just charged me twice the original estimate without ever communicating to me of any changes. We are contacting our insurance company to look into their claims and also contacting our attorney.

I dropped my BMW off Thursday afternoon and they had it looking brand new by Monday morning. Heath was great to work with. I will be recommending this Body Shop to everyone!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a collision shop. Highly recommend going anywhere else. I had received one call from them in the two month process and it was them asking for more money. The original quote was half of what the real cost ended up being. They ordered the wrong parts after I told them numerous times and even wrote down what parts are correct and they still messed that up. Once I went to get the car, I noticed a part wasn’t fitting right and they replied “we thought that’s how it supposed to be”. I ended up being stuck with it because they refused to uninstall and reinstall the part. The first time I washed the new paint it’s starts flaking off and leaving white specs everywhere. Needless to say I will tell everyone to never do business here. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Grayson Collision provided immaculate paint work (on their dime, under warranty) on my BMW and, to my surprise, provided an additional (~$200) of body work at no charge. Theyve earned my recommendation.

The absolute biggest joke of a dealer all around! Buying a Suburu from them was a joke! You should not have to argue over things they try and force you to pay! VIN stickers in doors 500.00 get out! What a joke!. Had to use their service department they couldnt even rotate the tires without beating the rims up and scratching them with impact socket, a brand new car with 3000 miles on it! Then theres the body shop! Biggest joke by far, had a friend work there and I worked there Ive never in my life seen such a disorganized place! Manager is horrible no regards to shop guys, customers or their cars.. how this place stays in business is beyond me!
