I was very disappointed with the owner we were standing in the store waiting and waiting to place some things at the counter she never even spoke to us I’ve been in the store several times a beautiful store lovely store I just felt like that I was a man and she was speaking to all of the women but ignored the two men I don’t think it was done on purpose I just don’t think that she thought that our business was as important. I am a designer and I buy lots of different things from lots of different stores. You have a beautiful store great things not so great customer service.

I absolutely fell in love with this place the second I pulled up. The owner, I presume, posted a picture of a vanity that I couldnt be happier with. The Painted Perch was welcoming and warm, the prices were very reasonable, their inventory was quality and they have a variety to products to meet your home needs. Ill be a forever customer.

What a fantastic new store! Tons of cool booths, furniture and project ideas in there. Glad to see a new market in West Knox
