Excellent store, a slight upscale thrift store. Good deals as 50% off sales occur with some frequency.

I’ve been going to Lucky Day for almost two years now and it’s been one of my top favorite thrift stores around. I LOVED the staff and always found amazing deals. My past couple visits have been quite unpleasant. It seems to have underwent a staff / management change, and all I noticed were big price increases, staff gossiping about other workers, and an overall unpleasant environment. I’ll try it again to see if maybe it was a sort of transitional period with new management and hopefully the usual workers are still there, but it’s not looking good. If not, this may be the demise of one of Knoxville’s best kept secrets!

50% off storewide off already VERY inflated prices, woo-hoo what a deal..NOT. When I can go to ebay and get it cheaper, you are too high! Half the store was closed and block off, because they had a new donation to organize and stick their high prices on it..ugh, what a waste of my 15 minutes. I thrift a considerable amount and sorry folks you are a thrift store wannabe. Never again!

This shop is fantastic! Lots of deals and plenty of treasures. The staff were attentive and helpful. Quite friendly, in fact. The selection of furniture options was impressive, and there were some beautiful antiques present as well. I definitely recommend checking them out.

My Christmas tree got damaged from my dogs. Im on limited income and I went in and found a pre lit tree, a solid wood pristine coffee table and wood tv tray set for just under $40. They even helped load with out me asking. I dont look physically disabled but I am, so I very much appreciate the extra customer service. Everything looked brand new. Any one of the items would have cost much more than what I paid. I will be back.

Great selection everything from clothes to toys to antiques and tools. and everything is much better priced compared to the surrounding stores in my opinion.Update as of March 2018: still very reasonable. Lots of different stuff everywhere, clothing, animal crates, dvds, games, toys, antiques, electronics, just a little of everything!

Love this place! Its such a hidden gem. You can find almost anything you could possibly want for great deals. The items in the store change all the time, so youre sure to find a treasure. I know this place is under new management as of a couple of months ago, and it shows. Highly recommend frequent visits!
