I want to leave some constructive criticism! When a vehicle comes in you must do a overall inspection, walk around and check things out! That is the reason why my inspection sticker wasnt done in the first place. Had to make a return trip! Overall Ive had a very good experience at Sullivans!

I waited in the Sullivan Brothers’ Quiet Room while my car had a 65,000 mile tune up. I had much privacy for my phone calls, and in 40 minutes my car was ready. The price was $256. which seemed reasonable and off I went after great service. I would recommend Sullivan Brothers as customers are treated well.

Awesome experience! Prompt friendly service. Incredible waiting space, esp. aquarium! Amazing sinks in ladies room…. Experience almost TOO good (as in “hmmm. Are customers paying for this lovely experience?!”). Still, you do get 5 stars for customer service!

The service department is really the best. Everyone so friendly, attentive and professional. Patty is just the best. She ALWAYS takes care of me. I have a little story about her. I was on my way to my moms funeral this past winter, it was snowing like mad and my tires were real low. I pulled in there in a panic and she literally took care of me like a family member. The kid who did it (wish I knew his name) was literally sprinting to take care of me in under 5 minutes. I’ll never forget it. The customer service is absolutely stellar.

I recently decided on leasing a new 2021 4Runner. I’m typically the type to purchase my vehicles, but with the crazy market we are in, a lease seemed like the best way to go with the option of buying it out in 3 years. I worked with Joe Borsari in the sales department and couldn’t have been happier with his services. Car shopping to me is extremely daunting and I was completely dreading it due to the fact that it’s difficult dealing with a salesman you can trust. Feeling enormous amounts of pressure and doubt is what I was expecting and what I got was completely the opposite. Joe was very knowledgeable and I truly felt comfortable negotiating with him. There was no pressure and he was very good at explaining everything to me in a way I could understand. We were able to negotiate an amazing deal and although I had no choice other than to wait 2 months because of the shortages and inventory issues, he kept me in the loop. When the car arrived he took the extra time to show me all the bells and whistles. Thank you Joe! I’m so happy to be driving my dream car!

Great Deals, very friendly staff, excellent car. We went out of our way to avoid using our local dealer to use Sullivan. Only downside is that it took a long time to do the paperwork when we bought. Bought a Subaru at this dealership. Went to have work done at the shop. Car was damaged while they’re in front and rear a vehicle pretty badly. And they will not admit the damages that happened to the vehicle. Not very upfront people and we try to screw you over if possible.

Honestly the sales people were like vultures then as soon as I said I needed a part for my car I was pawned off and sent to the wrong department. I liked using my local Toyota dealership in Hanover, but they just became rude and delivered an abysmal customer experience every time I went, so I decided to give Sullivan a shot.I could not have been more pleased with my experience at Sullivan Brothers. Bob Witt, the service manager, was great!They took care of my truck service needs, and I signed up for a service plan with them that saved me some money. Bob even gave me a great recommendation for a small fix to get done with another local shop.Even with the 20 min drive to get to them, I will now be a loyal Sullivan Customer moving forward. Things are hard enough for everyone, and all I wanted was good friendly service and they over-deliver!

Went for a second time to buy a car with Sullivan Brothers. We had a really good experience, and the customer service was fantastic. We went on the last day of the month, which definitely helped for sales purposes! Our sales rep, was amazing! When I went to pick the car up, he had everything all set and ready...transferred the plates and got me in and out in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!!!

Getting your car serviced here (no matter the make) is a breeze! Everyone is so nice, and the waiting room is welcoming and comfortable. If you dont want to wait at the dealership, they have a free shuttle service that can bring you home and pick you up when your car is done.

Great place for sales service and friendly atmosphere

I am completely disappointed with the service and my subsequent treatment after purchasing my vehicle. It turns out that “certified” doesn’t really mean anything except the dealership has to do the bare minimum for inspection purposes which is exactly what Sullivan Brothers did. My windshield wipers were trash, my tires need changing and I find when I call nobody is interested in speaking with me anymore since they have my money. Very disheartening in this day and age.

I highly recommend this dealer, we felt very comfortable doing business with them. My next Toyota will surely be from Sullivan Bros. Kudos to John Faucet!

Do what I did. Go out of your way to come to this dealership if you are buying a Toyota. There are 10 dealerships closer to where I live and the best choice I ever made was coming to Sullivan Brothers.Ive been in the market for over a year and have been to at least 5 dealerships to see what was needed to get my 4Runner at the terms I could afford. Justin was the sales person that helped me out here. We started talking around noon on a Thursday, had agreed on terms by 3pm, and I was driving home in my new 2020 4Runner TRD Pro by lunch time on Friday(Mind you this is also during the pandemic so everything was done by phone). He made the experience about our satisfaction and after asking what I needed the price/payments to be at, did everything he could to get us there.Im not done. When we got to the dealership the next day we met Justin and were introduced to John and Jack, the leasing and finance managers. Both of them were as accommodating and helpful as Justin. I almost get weary of working with the finance and leasing departments after initially working with the sales person because I have seen some messed up stuff. Lots of bait and switch and too many things being upsold. Not the case here, both John and Jack were upfront and honest about the things we needed and were getting. They did the best job Ive ever seen at underpromising and overdelivering.We walked out of the dealership and have spent the past two weeks with absolutely ZERO buyers remorse or worry. We know we got the best deal, had an amazing experience, and trust they will take care of us for the long haul. Sullivan Brothers and their staff go out of their way for you and will be the only dealership I purchase from as long as I live in New England.

My elderly parents (age 81) recently purchased a truck from Sullivan Brothers. Throughout the deal the salesman took advantage of them by writing down one figure and then tricking them into signing for a higher figure. He also pressured them to purchase roadside service which they didn’t need and told them they had 30 days to change their mind. When my parents decided to cancel the additional service (which cost them +$3000) the salesman and the manager made them go through all sorts of hoops to cancel it. The product representative who eventually canceled the service told my parents that the dealer could have and should have done it for them; instead Sullivan brother chose to cause my 81 year old parents extra grief. When my parents tried to talk to the manager at Sullivan Brothers about their salesman and his shady service, the manager was rude and wouldn’t hear them out. Do not buy from Sullivan Brothers!

Previously purchased a camry here for my husband. I came into today to get myself a new car. I didnt even have a chance to get out of the vehicle before a Salesman yells at me. Are you lost??? I said No Im looking for a new Corolla. He points and then immediately heads in the opposite direction. We wont be purchasing here again. The customer service is no longer there.

Paul had a meeting with us to discuss what we were looking for in a vehicle. Paul asked his assistant Darren to show us 4 Runners with the options we wanted and in the colors we liked. Darren has good taste and is very patient.We drove the 4 Runner and immediately felt safe and comfortable in it. The visibility out the windows and the side mirrors was excellent,The safety features were the best.Darren gave us a thorough Inservice on all the cars features. He was patient and thorough.Both Paul and Darren were true professionals. We were treated like family. Jack in financing was also excellent.This is the best dealership we have ever had the pleasure of using to purchase or lease a car.

I would rather give no stars. I have repeatedly asked not to have “Patty Majeski” when I come in to service my vehicle. She is the rudest, arrogant and unpleasant part of my visit. My family members are all Sullivan Brothers new car buyers. But until they remove this rude woman away from customer service, we are shopping elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst, DO NOT GO HERE. They opened a credit card without my parents permission. This has also happened it someone else I know so this is not a simple mistake. Both my parents are currently battling cancer and live paycheck to paycheck. They are hardworking and honest people. The fact that this dealership continues to do this is awful. They should be ashamed of themselves by taking advantage of their customers. I would NEVER recommend this company. Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere where they actually care about their customers.

My wife’s Seqouia decided to have every dash light flash and put the SUV in limp mode. I called Sullivan and they sent a valet to pick up our car from the house. They fixed the wiring issue and had a valet bring the car right back to us. Paid for everything over the phone, it was the easiest experience ever. The fact that these guys will pick up and bring back your car puts them miles above any other dealer/service area I’ve ever heard of. Bob kept us informed of every step, I can’t give these guys enough accolades. I don’t own a Toyota (yet) but I’ll be bringing my own car to Sullivan’s for service from here on. This is a business model that keeps customers and brings in new customers. All of that on top of outstanding customer service, Sullivan’s is a win/win.

Sullivan Brothers continues to give exceptional service even during a pandemic. I went with my daughter to help her shop for her first car! What an experience. Darren Andrews was great. He had all the details of the car and offered her so many choices. Having a scheduled appointment allowed us to have the time needed to test drive the vehicle and ask questions. The cars were all so clean . Everyone practice social distancing but it did not waiver from the experience. Sullivan Brothers not only cared about the sales experience but put all the safety measures in place so that we felt so cared for. Darren answered all our questions and shared in the excitement as she found the right car for her. I can’t say positive things about our experience.

I came from out of town. I knew I had an issue with my radio and called ahead so the part would be here when I got here. Dave in parts was very accommodating. The day after I arrived for two weeks the part was in and I had an appointment. They had an issue with the part, tried again thinking the part was faulty. It turned out it was a different part I needed. They got the part in and helped me reprogram Bluetooth, gps, and satellite radio. Christian was my representative and was absolutely awesome working our way through all the issues with the three part trial and error. I cant say enough good about how I was treated, even being an out-of -stater that they will most likely never see again. I highly recommend Sullivan Toyota!

I purchased a brand new 2021 Toyota Highlander Platinum from Sullivan Brothers Toyota, and they agreed to deliver it to me in Vermont. The brand new vehicle was delivered with a deep scratch across the front passenger’s side door. I took a picture of the vehicle showing the scratch where it was parked at the Vermont DMV when I arrived to take possession of the vehicle and complete the registration formalities. I contacted sales guy (Justin Culhane) to inform him of the damage, and he agreed to speak to his GM, Andy McIsaac. I obtained an estimate from a Toyota dealership autobody shop, which Sullivan Brothers rejected. Sullivan Brothers offered me $300 (less than 1/4th the repair cost) or for me to drive my new vehicle 8 hours and 495 miles round trip to their dealership so they could repair which would have cost me at least two nights stay in Massachusetts and two weeks’ vacation from work because of the Vermont 2 week quarantine requirements because of the COVID-19 pandemic (as per VT Department of Health). I rejected Sullivan Brothers’ offer as being unreasonable. I then obtained a second estimate from a non-Toyota dealership, which Sullivan Brothers also rejected. They upped their offer to $500, which was far below both estimates. I rejected their second offer as being unreasonable. I filed a small claims lawsuit (which you can do under their sales contract) against Sullivan Brothers and the day they received it, they reached out to me to settle at the repair cost. I found Sullivan Brothers, Justin Culhane, and Andy McIsaac to be unprofessional and arrogant. I will never purchase a vehicle from them again.

Sullivan Brothers Toyota was the best experience I’ve had with a dealer service department. They picked my car up on time, and dropped it off promptly when it was finished. My RAV4 came back cleaner than when it was initially picked up. Can’t go wrong with Sullivan Brothers!!

02 July 2020. Requested a repair appointment for a front right headlight that was not working properly. After 1 hour & 45 minutes of a wait time, I was on my way out of the garage when I realized the headlight was still not fixed. Toyota mechanics have treated me well (outside of this experience.) Please be more aware of this @SullivanBrothersToyota. I am a patient & understanding person. Mistakes happen. But this was just ridiculous.
