Actually took me longer to tell the story about this car. The sales person on his first offer, was on point with the price. Unprofessional. I have a complimentary oil change thru Chevy. I set my appointment thru the app and a little while later a rep from Bonner called and verified I have a free oil change and told me he is going to pass and doesn’t want to work on my truck because I didn’t purchase the truck thru Bonner.. I also told him I needed my muffler fixedand again he told me he has to pass!! They are a Certified Chevy dealer and they should honor the oil change regardless of where I purchased the vehicle.. This place is unprofessional.The oil is one thing but then I asked if he can fix my muffler and he denied me service again is another…

I have been coming here ever since I bought my used car from them. For 11 years and counting I have never been pushed or pressured for anything. If you have a repair that needs to be done they will tell you what, and why, but not force you. They explain nicely whats wrong, what needs to be fixed, and what it costs. To be honest it seems like they actually avoid the pushing of service, which is a great contrast to almost everywhere else.If I had to pick some negatives it would be that, the avoidance of suggestive selling makes the mechanics seem like they dont want to tell you need something. It seems like they know people first reaction is probably denial or suspicion of said suggestion. Which I can understand.The other gripe is the amount of time it always takes, no matter the issue. Usually taking 6 or so hours.(98% not their fault, most likely)Those two minor negatives aside I would suggest and recommend everyone go to bonner for a car or car service. They have kept my car running near perfect, and I will always bring my car here to get service, or look here first when getting a new or used car.Thank you Bonner.

I was here to browse and to get tickets for test driving a vehicle. The building showroom floor is huge. Nice inventory and friendly employees. The gentleman was short with me and his response to my question was just a quick NO. A simple explanation and a little less attitude would have made the experience much better. I purchased a brand new 2017 Silverado. The price was where I wanted it, but it needed heated seats. I was told that they could install the heated seats after the purchase of the truck.They scheduled me an appointment to have them installed but when I got to the dealer they informed me that the installer truck broke down and would not be in. It would have been appreciated if they called me when they found out 2 hours prior to me arriving to inform me not to come in. I wasted a morning away from work.We ended up rescheduling and I dropped my truck off. I received a phone call later that day that my heated seats were done and I was able to pick up the vehicle. I opened the door and instantly looked at the dashboard for the heated seat buttons (where anyone would expect a brand new truck to have them). To my surprise they were not there! After further investigation I came to find that the dealer installed a cheap non factory heated seat kit and put the button on the seat base near my calf. I went and talked to a salesman at the dealer immediately. He informed me that’s a heated seat install.Any Chevrolet that has heated seats installed on their lot has the factory buttons in the bezel under the stereo. I thought that this is what I was getting when I was promised heated seats. Not some cheap rocker switch that STAYS ON all the time if not turned off. I had people sit in the passenger seats and turn them on and forget to shut them off when they get out of the truck. If no one gets back in to shut it off it will stay on every time the truck is turned on. This is a hazard!In short, the service I received was very unsatisfactory. I spoke very highly of your dealership prior to this shortcoming. When a salesman tells you that you will receive heated seats of you buy a brand new vehicle then you expect a factory heated seat package. Come to find that it isn’t even a factory heated seat package with the correct buttons on the dash, but more of a guy came in and installed an aftermarket heated seat kit and mounted the button for the convenience of install and not for the person that has to drive the truck every day. I constantly have to walk around the truck to the passenger side to see if the seats are turn off after someone rides with me.This was very unprofessional and I feel cheated.Image of the dashboard is what I was expecting to receive. It is the factory resettable switch on the dashboard bezel. What I actually got was a cheap aftermarket rocker switch located at the front bottom the of seat and is a constant on or off rocker switch.

Ive had my Pickup for 11 years, bought it new in 2009. They are the only reason its in such good shape. Told the guy what was going on with my car, did the research on the problem and found out it needed an update on the computer. Many issues with my type of car. Guy told me he doesnt put much trust in the online blogs. And because it never showed a code, I was quickly dismissed. They claimed they drove it but couldnt feel the problems we were having. Finally he came back and asked me what the code was needed to fix. I told him and he (not so very politely) told me if this didnt fix it, he would charge me 92$ an hour to run the tests. Well, they updated the computer and Voila...it runs the way it is suppose to. I absolutely hate taking autos to get fixed being a female. Nice way to handle things boys

Got a 2011 equinox and had a terrible experience with them. I only put 15 thousand on it with 85,000 thousand at the end. The car had a really bad oil consumption problems. Took it to them with no oil and they did absolutely nothing to check why, just put oil in the car and sent me on my way. I even ask if the car was leaking or burning oil which it was burning oil really bad. The service was horrible, even if my car was driving really rough it takes at least a week for them to look at it and they dont work Saturdays not that they would help much anyways. 1 star

This most recent purchase has exceeded my expectations. I almost went to a different brand truck, until I met with Aaron in sales. I did not need a new truck (the truck I traded in was still under warranty, also purchased from Bonner) but I wanted something with capabilities my trade in did not have. Aaron understood, and worked with me to earn my business. Aaron has also been very welcoming post sale. Bonner Chevrolet has lost my business due to the outwardly rude service department. I recently called for routine vehicle maintenance and the gentleman in the service department was so brief and dismissive I wasnt sure if he scheduled the service at the end of the phone call. I called and spoke to a manager and he assured me hed fix it. When the same gentleman from the service department called me back he started the conversation with apparently we have a problem, what do you need? I said maybe you were busy or having a bad day, but you were dismissive and I wasnt sure if you scheduled my vehicle for service? He laughed at me! Upon getting mocked and laughed, I replied that I dont need help Ill go elsewhere. He seemed fine with that. Hopefully Bonner is fine with losing my business. Hands down the worst customer service Ive ever witnessed.

Very poor service from service department !! Do yourself a favor ,do not purchase a vehicle other then a gm from them . I purchased a Nissan and after vehicle was gone for 1 month to try to repair it came back with nothing done!! No repair ! No resolution ! Was reassured I would be assisted with getting out of the vehicle which was a lie .my family has given them over 25years of business !! I can not even begin to explain how dissatisfied I am !! I was told directly that everything about my situation was mishandle . Think long and hard before you make a very costly and very regrettable mistake like I did !! Absolutely wonderful buying experience from Bonner Chevrolet!!! Our salesman, Aaron was tremendous. I pride myself on being prepared, transparent with our trade , and ready to move when it comes to buying a new car and Bonner matched me in all three areas when it came to our recent lease of a new Traverse.I shopped our local dealer first, Sherwood, and proceeded to shop Bonner, Tom Hesser, Sylvester, Hornbeck, Valley, Fairway and Blaise Alexander. Out of the gate Bonner offered $1000 more on our trade than Sherwood without forcing me to make the 40 minute drive down to see it. All others dealers quickly agreed to get to that number.Bonner, gave me an over the phone offer that was fair, and only Fairway agreed to beat by a mere $2 a month as long as we came in for an appraisal. The hour drive to Fairway was not worth $2 a month. Bonner stuck to their word and made the deal on the exact terms offers via over the phone.The thing I relish most of there was 0 pressure, 0 hard sales pitch of scam third party service contracts and warranties. We dealt with Aaron and not various sales managers, finance managers, service managers showing casing their garage and blah blah blah. They only thing more valuable to me than money is my time!!! The respected that!!! Old school up front business was all that occurred.I’ve purchased a lot of new cars and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Kudos to Bonner!!

Had some coupons for their service I needed, eg.oil chage special.They conveniently forgot se the coupons I had.. I needed an inspection, butthey said my ball joints were bad. It is only 4 years old and no way should have been bad already. My truck also had the heavier suspenpension package. I probably wont buy another chevy truck as quality went way down. The also have a deal where if you buy your vehicle there you get free lifetime emission testing with you inpection... They charged me for the sticker... I wont be going back there for any more service or buying a new vehicle again.And I also took my truck to my old gargage I used to go to, and the ball joints were still OK.. So if you there for service-- Good Luck !!!!!

Avoid at all costs! They employ sales specialists who use their DEALER CARS to drive DRUNK and then proceed to crash into parked cars on the street. He could have very easily killed 2 men and a child who were outside and luckily not yet in/around the car!! And when Bonner is confronted with this fact? No apology and no remorse over the fact that THEIR employee used THEIR car to drive drunk and damage someone else’s vehicle. Not the type of business I will support!

Terrible service. I recently just purchased a newer truck and I have had no problems with it until recently. Their customer service in the service department are extremely rude. I was talked down to in a very demeaning manor by apparently one of the owners named Joe. I had my truck serviced yesterday, shelled out over $200, and now today my truck is experiencing the same problem today. I will be taking my service somewhere else from now on. Dont get me wrong, I had a great experience with all the sales men who sold me my truck when I had purchased it, and have still helped me out when I have had any questions. But the lack of their customer service in their service department is pathetic.

Im sure everyone in the area has seen the multiple lifted Chevy Silverados that Bonner Chevrolet has beautifully displayed along Wyoming Ave. My husband was easily attracted, bit the bullet and spent quite more that his original budget and purchased one of these gorgeous trucks. Unfortunately, prior to its first oil change, the dash lit up like a Christmas tree with multiple warning lights. We determined it was an Anti-Lock Brake issue. Upon inspection, we noticed that whom ever put the lift on the truck ever so brilliantly routed the ABS Sensor wires between the upper control arm and the coil spring causing the wires to be pinched and exposing the wire from its sheath. We set an appointment with Bonners Service to have the ABS Sensors replaced, considering the damage had already been done. We returned today to pick up the vehicle. The Service Writers explained to us that rather than replacing the minute $100 sensors, they cut out the bad and spliced the wires back together. Typically a consumer would see that the lights were out on the dash and assume everything was great. Hard to believe that a professional dealership that prides themselves on quality customer service was not aware that cutting and splicing ABS wire changes the frequency in the wire and could cause your Anti-lock Brake System to malfunction or fail. Im assuming that Bonner is not concerned with any liability of putting their customers in such danger. After today, Ive lost faith in the dealership experience and quality of repairs. It also make me wonder, what other detrimental sacrifices have they made to make their trucks to make them a bit more cosmetically appealing? Either way, thank you Bonner for the Band-Aid repair job, we will take it from here.
