I wouldnt trust anyone else with my cars. My entire family takes their cars to Tailor Techs Automotive now. Not only does he focus on your car but deadlines are always met within a cost that doesnt break the bank. The attention to detail is impeccable and the environment of the shop is so welcoming and relaxing. Take a seat, relax, and let your vehicle come out better than before! I do not review much but I am so thankful that I have found a trustworthy shop.

All I have to say is Mario is a down to earth good business owner. He did my work for a fair price and provided a service that I would expect to pay 3X the amount I did. I am super particular and critical of work done on my car, and I have only great things to say about these guys.... I have never had an experience this flawless. If you are reading this review or any of the other 5 star reviews, you are looking for a mechanic that you can trust with the biggest asset you own. If you have a VW car and have some issue on it, you should talk with Mario. He is one of a few persons who knows VW cars thoroughly in Houston & Katy.I have a VW golf R. Not many people (or even mechanics) know about this car well since it is pretty rare. However, Mario knows this car like his. Yes! I finally found a real VW technician.Price is fair and fair. Service is fast and on time. He even managed to do car wash after fixing one of CV joint boots on my R. Note that quite a lot of mechanics do not change CV joint boot only because it takes more time with better skill sets and less price (good for a customer, but less efficient for a mechanic shop).If you are looking for a VW technician in Katy, Mario is the one.
