Went in for inspection and were very pleasant. I actually showed up with no appointment and they requested to come back in an hour and I wouldnt lose my place in line. Had lunch and came back. They were busy and it was raining so took a little longer than they or I thought. They apologized for delay and thanked me for my patience. Waiting area and bathroom were both clean and neat with a television and wifi so was not a hardship waiting for service. They suggested and explained some maintenance I may want to consider but were not pushy. Was a pleasant experience overall.

Paid $602 for parts of intake manifold runner and oxygen sensor. $646 for labor. $1356.94 total for problems that were not corrected. I explained that I had to drop the car off in New Orleans. I drove 100 miles and service engine light came back on as well as poor gas mileage. I called to address issues and was told to bring car back in. I could not drive the car back to Houston/Katy and they stated they do not provide towing. Screwed by company and mechanic again! Will not use or recommend.

Check online and find their offer for oil for $20. Drive to the place and mention that I saw the online offer and needed my car oil changed. The guy confirm my phone and name ask for the keys. 45 minutes later it’s ready and the total is $64. I tell the guy about the online offer and show it to him on my phone. Then he says that kind of oil is not for my car. I don’t know about oil. It should have been explained when I walked in not after the job was done.

I like the convenience of Sun being so close to my neighborhood. However, recently I needed the two upstream O2 sensors replaced on my F150. The price quoted to me was $240 per sensor (total $480 for parts) and then $200 labor. I couldn’t afford this. So I ordered the sensors form A1 auto parts for $65 apiece ($130 total). I watched a video tutorial and did the work myself. I don’t believe Sun was offering a fair price for this repair.

The customer service was the Best! My sales associate(Eric) was very fair and honest about the repair. He keep me up to date on everything. I called in thinking my alternator was bad, but Eric ran the electrical check and let me know that I only needed to replace the battery. I had an TPMS Sensor issue started from a previous Louetta repair from last year. To resolve this issue, took to discount tire and dealership. DT said the sensors were all bad and need to be replaced. the dealership blamed the previous repair was the cause of problem and warranty doesn’t cover and gave me a quote for buying a plane. So, I came back to Louetta aka Sun Auto to see if they can help. The assistant manager Eric was really helpful and courteous and understood the problem even before I gave him the whole story in less than a minute and went to check the issue. I would been happy with the courtesy even if the issue wasn’t resolved, but he got with Tech and fixed it in no time. ERIC and the Tech are awesome, for understanding the issue and resolving it. Thank you guys!

During one of my scheduled oil changes (got the 5-pack) my wife is asked if we wanted to change the fuel filter on our Ford 250. I told them, yes it was about time. We ge the bill and it was 471.00. Now, my oil change was already paid for so that leaves the cost of the fuel filter and the labor:Fuel filter-187.68Labor-245.40There were other charges in there for a state inspection and some shop materials that were used but they were negligible. Of course my wife is embarrassed to argue the cost at the shop while she is trying to manage 2 tired children so Loretta got one over on us. Service took 2 hours to complete.Buyer beware. Something like this should cost around 125.00 - 150.00 total. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I had a rat problem in my car and the car cabin was smelling awful. I called up Louetta automotive Katy center and Eric was so confident that he will get the issue solved for me. Eric was incredible and took care of the issue himself, finding the dead rat and disposing it off. Eric made sure to inspect and check if there was any damage caused and guided me through this. And I was only charged for the filter change and nothing else. Thanks Eric. I highly recommend this place

Sensors in tires were faulty causing error messages. And, I needed new tires. They were running a special buy 3 get 4th free. They also offer customers who live nearby drop off service so you can go home while your car is being repaired. They come and get you when it is finished. I like all the staff, especially Erik! All are polite, explain issues well and don’t talk down to or treat women as motor morons!

I am here because my insurance company sent me here. I have issues with my rear break that actually locking my rear wheel. The tow truck drop my car after hours. There is envelopes and key drop off slot in the front door. And they have pick up service to pick you up from home to the place.They call me early in the morning around 7am to give me the estimate and they manage to fix my car by noon.

I see why this place can be so busy! Very professional, was courteous of my schedule and even offered me a ride home while my vehicle was being worked on. The technician and guy at the counter were great at communicating the concerns and my vehicle runs great. I will have no problems sending my family here.

Had a bait & switch experience with a flyer received in my mail.A synthetic oil change advertised at $49.99, so i called to let them know the make & model I had to determine if i was missing any fine print. Unfortunately, they didnt disclose over the phone that my specific vehicle would be double that amount and they would only be able to give me $10 off the oil change.I raised my concern and several days later the manager offered me a free oil change next time i come in. Since i can do it faster, I probably wont go back for that service.My two previous experiences were fine. Just ask specific questions before you sign the estimate then decide if you want to do business with them.

Service was very professionally done, well within the time they promised.

I brought my vehicle in because I thought it was leaking transmission fluid. It turned out to be coolant. I agreed to have a pressure test completed ($69) to determine where the leak was coming from. After the test, I was told the leak was coming from a heater hose. Knowing how to replace the hose myself because I replaced one just a week prior to this happening, I knew what it entailed. I was then given a quote for $770 to fix the hose. I was told the labor was going to be over $200 and the hose $125; there were additional costs for other parts. I told them the price was way too much and that I would fix it myself. I found the hose for $45 (I recognize genuine GM parts are a little more but not that much!); in total, all of the parts cost $100 and it took me only an hour to fix; saving myself over $500 from the quote. I was completely surprised (and not in a good way) how much I was quoted at Louetta. This was my first time their and my last.

There service is usually pretty good, but today was crazy! The vehicle transporting my new tires blew a tire! They had my car for four hours! I will still come back, though. I have seen Rodney talk to an irate customer before. I was impressed with how he handled it. The mechanic screwed up, but he was able to calm the guest and explain to him what happened.

Horrible place. Spent 4 hours for a job of one hour, 30 minutes and yet my car wasn’t fixed. They left my car and was fixing another . That guy called Eric need help. So unprofessional, wonder what’s he’s doing as a customer representative. Will not recommend.

All staff very friendly and professional. My issue is that I only needed two tires. Dropped off car at 11:45 and was told tires had to be picked up at supplier and that would take about 30 minutes. Maybe another hour to install. 2:30 and I call to get an update. Im told they are tightening the lugs now. I head that way expecting it to be done only to find my car still in repair bay with hood up. No need to open hood for tires so I ask why. Apparently mechanic thought I was supposed to have oil changed too so he removed oil cap and dropped it down into engine well. Delayed me even longer while they tried to find it. Nice people but their time estimates are way off.

I had a headlight replaced on my car they sure didnt charge me 80 dollars like the dealer did a short time ago when the other headlight burned out. They did not charge me at all. I was moved by their unexpected gift of their time and the bulb. Their kindness won my gratitude and business and my prayers for their special intentions.

Until then, this is the situation most places.

Just moved here and went to get car smog checked. Eric Schneider was so professional and explained everything in detail. I can see myself coming back here for future car issues.

I brought my truck in because the front end was shuddering when braking. I was told the front rotors were warped and the front pads needed to be replaced. A bit pricy for just the front, but had it done. I drove away after the repair and the truck was still shuddering. I brought it back and I was told that they would replace the front brakes and rotors again (warranty). It didnt fix the problem and they lost my wheel lug lock key. They stated that they couldnt remove the wheel locks out of fear of damaging my rims and that I should take it to the dealer. The service dept at the dealer couldnt help. I ended up having to remove them myself. On top of this, they said that the brakes were fine and proceeded to recommend $2100 worth of suspension repair to fix the problem. I couldnt afford that at the time. I drove with the shuddering problem scared that something would fail while waiting to get the money for the suspension repair. Thankfully when I took my vehicle to Brake Check on 99 I was told the suspension was fine. I was told I needed a brake job. Brake Check performed a 4 wheel brake job, turned the rotors, replaced the pads and rebuilt my calipers for 2/3rds the price I paid for the 2 wheel brake job at Louetta. The truck is good as new. I would say stay away from this place. I would also say Brake Check is the bomb.Edit: They never reached out to me at all. If management has the time to falsely state they will reach out and then dont, its no wonder I had the experience that I did. Avoid this place at all costs.

If a small component is damaged , the only way louitta automotive fixes it is by changing the whole car engine :-). I would never go back to them. Advice to louitta: please try to consider the customers financial state when u try to charge 100s of dollars for every little thing. They might pay as car is already with u guys, but they won’t come back again.

I waited quite a while (to be fair I was warned on the phone) but it was excellent service and an incredible waiting area. I noticed they had a wonderful child friendly area with toys and books. It looked impressive.

The staff is friendly, but for the past couple services, we are receiving receipts stating that they have been rotating our tires. We got suspicious and marked our tires and it turns out they haven’t been on the last 3 services. Not sure what the problem is. We prepaid a 5 service package and will not use them when those are used up. It’s too much to have to mark the tires, check the work, take the car back, wait again. It’s be better to find someone honest.*Update: we scheduled for them to pick up our vehicle at our home to do an oil change and they never showed up...twice!Do not go here!!

Went for my State Inspection. Was failed and informed that I had a leakage in my car and need to me fixed. Estimate $448. Took my car to 2 different mechanics to have it tested, no leakage found and they recommended me to go for testing and it did pass with no issues. Highly dissatisfied with the hassles caused. They have lost one customer now..

I have to say I’m thoroughly impressed with the service here. My car was having issues with the trunk opening and I was charged with labor and parts. They found that there was more issues with the wiring and took care of it without asking for money. That’s how you earn business and it will be my go to place for any future service.

Good experience so far. They will try to sell you their services even if you are not there for those like any other shop. Their prices is a little expensive compared to other mom and pop shops. I do bare minimum from them. I go to places where I get a reasonable price for car repair.

Issue with the serpentine belt and changing out the brake fluid. This was because i brought it in for a state inspection. I had coupon that they send in the mail. Did not apply my inspection discount. My husband said it would be less than that. The cashier i feel was not honest with me. 2 star for fast service.

We were very impressed with the work they did on our Audi! They were able to do the diagnostic testing needed and get the parts to fix a few problems all within a day. Friendly crew and great work. Our car starts better, drives more smoothly and shifts well.

Louetta is the only place I will take my car. The guys there are incredibly professional, quick, and honest. They make sure to take care of your vehicle thoroughly from start to finish and even tell you if there are problems they cant fix - for example, I had a bubble in my tire I didnt know about that they found during an oil change. They dont do tires, but showed me what was wrong, recommended where to go, and even who to talk to. The staff there is so thorough and genuine and kind! I will never go anywhere else!
