The Cinco Ranch location is very efficient at getting you in and out, as well as, providing excellent customer service. They were friendly, attentive, and patient.....willing to answer any questions I had. I watched from the observation window and the technicians worked well together and did quality work. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

First time here and the service is great. The place was full but their system get people in and out quickly. They have alot of technicians so they are able to service people the same day. In addition, they finish the job in your car the time they promises it will be ready. The personnel are courteous and knowledgeable, I will come back.

Tried to have a tire fixed, after they said it couldnt be repaired, I ordered a new one thru you. Promised it would be in in 5 days. After 6 days I called and still no tire. Promised to have next day. After another 2 days, still no tire. Goodyear is a 1 day turn around. I wasted 8 days on you guys.

Be sure to make an appointment online or by calling. They do a huge business, so the wait time without an appointment is pretty long.

This place is constantly busy and for good reason. They have fair pricing, great customer service, and are honest about what your car needs and how long it will take to get done. Make sure to schedule an appointment beforehand to save your time, or call in to see how busy they are.

Broken Lugs (2008 Honda CR-V) - Daughter had a flat so I installed the spare, by hand...without power tools.Employees broke a lug trying to remove the spare tire. They called to inform her of the broken lug and to ask to move forward. They broke a second lug and referred her to Cinco Auto to repair at cost to my daughter!!Apparently, since she gave them permission to continue they are no longer at fault. Of course, they do not tell you this until after the 2 broken lug!!! Even if they did are they not the experts tire installers and broken lugs is part of the tire installing business!?

Excellent Service. Discount Tire was able to repair a tire VW dealership told me was not fixable. Honest guys who are good at what they do.

I originally went to have a nail pulled out and the hole patched. However, the young man who was working on my tire was new and accidentally bored out the puncture to big while getting it ready for the plug making the tire unfixable. No big deal as I have been new many times in my life and as long as they take care of the issue I am pleased. They were honest and informed me of the mistake and replaced the tire at no charge. They have my business as long as I can drive!!!

Removed 1 star because they broke one TPMS sensor and broke 2 clips on both front factory center caps. 2020 f350 dually. These parts are not cheap. Also tires have different sidewalls. Noticed when I got home that all tires d ok not have the same sidewall on the outside. I thought this would be fairly straightforward for a tire shop when thats all they do. Guess not.

I have been coming to this location for years because I trust them and they are always working hard. I went buy to have them check a tire the other day and ended up get (4) new wheels and rims. Andrew help me and he did amazing by answering all my dumb questions and make solid recommendations. We did encounter one snag in the process that would have normally left me with a bad experience, however Andrew turned it around and I left a happy customer that is now going as far as leaving a positive review and recommending you at least consider them when looking for wheels and tires. Andrew should most definitely get employee of the week.

This places used to be the best tire place. It’s gone downhill . I came in at 5pm with a slow leak . (They close at 6pm) they say now they only take appointments. What a joke. Maybe I can tell my leak that, Run away from this store and this company. NTB is just down the road.

I’ve come to this place numerous times and they never disappoint. I had to come today to replace all 4 of my girlfriends tires and they only took 20 minutes!! Best place for all of your tire and wheel needs!

These guys are amazing. I had an emergency literally 2 minutes before their closing time and they not only stayed late to help me out, they did not rush thru the job or make me feel guilty for keeping them late. They took all the proper steps to get the job done correctly. They were kind and polite to both me and my 8 year old son. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing tire help.

Does not uphold mask mandates. Waited 20 minutes after my appointment and was still not helped or acknowledged. It’s a good company overall, but this particular store overall needs some work.

The tech was nice and seemed to know what he was doing however we had to take our car back because the air pressure still was off and there ended up being a nail. Wish they had been more thorough and checked the tire the first time. Would have been a major headache to deal with.

I will not purchase tires anywhere else since I found Discount tires. They have good prices and quality tires. Their service is great and they have the best warranty out of the many other places I checked. They are often busy but they are worth the wait. they fix flats and air up tires at no cost to the customer. they will make appointments and are civid 19 compliant. Masks must be worn, sanitizer is available and they make sure costumers are six feet apart.

Mike and staff were incredible! They accommodated me with a price quote over the phone, items in stock and same day service. This IS the place to go for price and service, not even Sams Club or Costco can compete nor make happen in this type of turnaround.

Lots of good reviews but maybe it was my personal experience. Looks like the person I had to deal with was having a bad day, but as a customer, who is coming in to spend good amount of money on tires, I would expect the basic customer service; the guy unfortunately wasnt helpful and his tone, attitude was just bad. I just left and replaced the tires some where else.

Had two tires stolen off my car at work, and was frantically trying to find new tires and rims before every place closed for the day. Jake found me tires, rims, and was able to get me taken care of super quickly. I’m very thankful he came to my rescue today.

We got 2 new tires a couple of weeks ago. One of them was damaged and needed replacing. The guys at Discount fixed us up promptly and even have us a partial refund on the damaged tire!

They’ve lost my business. Over three hours wait time for a $600 four tire replacement, and they delivered past the promised time window. In the mean time I am sitting on the curbside and see this dude drive a truck out of the shop with an air hose still attached (which eventually snapped) disregarding my signs to stop in the interest of safety (eventually he came out of the vehicle, when the hose had already snapped, and I explained). Perhaps they just had a bad day—I’ve come here since forever and usually have had a better experience.

Thank you to Tyler and the crew for assisting me with new tires! I will only becoming to this location for all future tire maintenance!

When I started up my car I got the tire pressure alert. I went to put air in it and thats when I saw the nail. I decided to swing by Discount Tire on my way home. I needed to purchase 2 new tires due to an alignment, but the result was vibration due to the uneven wear of the older tires in my steering wheel. I only came here for a quick air check, I pulled up by the ‘Wait here’ sign. Saw other employees busy and all, which I understand. Having me wait almost ten minutes and I left. I was impatient and needed to be somewhere. I called the store and spoke to I believe the assistant manager. I explained to him that no one came to assist me. He apologized and told me to stop by the next day to make up for it.So I came back today and the same thing almost happened. I was close to filing a complaint. So instead I got out of my car and had to ask someone to help me. One of the guys behind the counter was nice enough to do so. He thought someone was helping me; well, there was and I don’t know where he went. So he took care of it.I’ll be heading to the one near my house now. I don’t know if I’ll be coming back to this one and making me wait 10 minutes for an air check. Wasn’t too happy at all.

Early morning I had a flat tire. I arrived a few min. Before opening. By the time they opened there was a line of about 15 people. The team was well staffed and in less than 30 min I was out of there. Connor, who was the you t man that assisted me, was very helpful and explained all of my options without making me feel pressured. The outside team was fast and efficient as well. Great job! The only one recommendation I have is that.. it was raining outside and we all were in line getting wet. Understand that you can’t start assisting people before 8am but common courtesy and good customer service would have been to peak out and tell everyone that they can come in since it’s raining but can’t start service until 8am.... that would have been huge. Other than that... the friendly staff and quick service made up for me feeling and looking like a wet dog :)

I had an appointment at 1:15pm just to repair a tire (nail in the tire), arrived at 1:10, and was told that I have to wait for at least 1 hour, (with an appointment?), so almost 50 min waiting and my car was still outside, another client shows up with an appointment at 1:45pm, and the attendant took his keys and placed his car inside, when I asked why my car was still outside waiting if my appointment was for 1:15pm, they didnt give me a good explanation.Not a good experience in this place,

Service and attention is excellent, even over the top as three different employees kept me informed of progress during my visit. Very focused on customer satisfaction. Clear on options and advice.If you buy your tires at Discount Tire there’s no limit as to what they will do for you if there is ever any issue with the tires. Discount Tire is very competitive on pricing but what really sets them apart is providing consistently excellent customer service. As long as they keep it up, I wont go anywhere else.

The service you get here is a joke. Had 11:30 appointment for tire rotation. Arrived on time. Didnt get the car back till 2pm. In that 2.5 hrs, not one person came by to explain the delay or give update. Had to approach 2 ppl to ask about status. Lets be clear about this: The free tire rotation they give is NOT FREE. You had paid for this when you bought the tires. Check your original receipts. So when you come in, you are just asking them to perform a service you had per-paid in good faith long time ago. Had bought 5 sets of tires from this store for my cars. Will be looking for a place where I can actually get service from next time I need to buy tires.

I’m not pleased about the service that I received today at this discount tire. I did a walk-in and I was there at 8:50am. I’m just now leaving there after 2 hours of waiting for two tires. I kept seeing cars up people leaving and 15 mins after their car is being pulled in for service. I will NOT return to this discount tire again. Believe me when I say that the services there is TRASH!!!

The service rep inspected my tires with me prior to any transactions. I was given options and information about new tires and their quality that he displayed on his screen for me to see. The work was completed earlier than the quoted time. Exceeded my service standards and left feeling good about my purchase.

It takes a bit long to get 4 tires installed, but it was Presidents Day. This is the ONLY place where I go to deal with tires. While you’re there, meet John Vossman!

Very pleasant. The person helping us, very informative on the types of tires we wanted to buy. The crew working in the bays, they appeared to be in slo-mo. Only two bays were occupied but had plenty of staff to at least pull in another vehicle.

Stopped by around 8:15am. Changed 3 tires within 15m. People were nice and happy to customers. Better experience than Costco Tire.

Good prices, but this location has poor customer service, called for help three times while my wheels got delayed due to the warehouse making a mistake. In those three times I never got called back and felt like the employees didnt care about the inconvenience of having to wait 12 days for wheels they said would get here in 3-5 days.

Consistently great service. I come in on a regular basis to rotate and purchase tires. Ive always made appointments and called ahead to make sure they have the tires I need. With that in mind, Ive always been out in an hour or less, and the work has been without issue. Hard working employees, who make an effort to do things correctly, the first time.

Took this vehicle in on a Saturday with an appointment. Just needed to get my wheels balanced and rotated. Zac and the Team managed to get my vehicle taken care at the time promised. I also observed them performing the work and they really went the extra mile to ensure that everything was torqued down to spec. I got my vehicle back and took it out on the road. Felt so much better and the wheel vibration was gone. I will be back to get my next set if tires in a couple of months. Appreciate the service! Thanks

We have been going to this discount tire for over 10 years. We have bought several sets of tires there. They do stand by their warranty. I have never been treated in such a very condescending way until this afternoon. I will not go back. My husband was with me for the first time bringing our car in... and I was called down twice by Robert for not bring our car in for tire rotation. We own one car.

These folks are absolutely awesome. Since the one on mason discount messed up so bad I had to come back to katy for another inspection on my tire since it was flat. We visited family out of town and caught a few construction grade staples in the rear tire on my Z on the way back home. The assistant manager himself was there to help us out in the front. They werent able to repair the tire for some reason but we were able to purchase a tire (even though it was 10mm less in width than my tire) so that we could continue our drive back home. Thankful for the service.
