I really love this store! So many different genres of trinkets & clothing to choose from. Theres stuff for me and my kids. Need piercings ,they have those. Like Supernatural, they have that. I dont think enough parents know theres stuff in there for them too! Lol! Take your kid in, get em a band tee. Chances are youll get something free for yourself. SO many awesome deals! Got my kid an outfit and mama got an adorable babydoll style dress, FREE!The place is clean and nicely organized. There is plenty of staff to help with any questions or finding anything you need, and they are very friendly. There is always new merchandise every time we go in, and all the old stuff is usually marked down... if youre looking for a bargain.You can find things for birthdays, or stocking stuffers, or gag gifts. One of my familys favorite places to shop.

Ive loved coming to this store since I was a teenager. I dont get as much as I use to but I love the mash of new with vintage. And I almost always find something in my size thats reasonably priced. You just have to look.

If the item I want isnt in stock at a different location, its always in stock here. The staff could use a small boost but beyond that they are still a pretty solid bunch. I wish there was more room in this store. When I go in its usually pretty busy. Its basically like walking in a closet with the amount of space available to fit everyone, along with the checkout line.

They are still limiting people in the store.. which is annoying and the girls that work seem to want to spend more time on their phones as helping customers.... so yeah just order online close the store down they dont want to work.

Great deals and friendly staff

I was very disappointed in the lack of training and customer service. When purchasing the 3 tickets I needed, the printer ran out of paper. (I have a printer and Im sure you know in advance) The employee wasnt trained properly. She first put the paper in upside down. Once she corrected the problem and handed me the tickets we attempted to go inside. We had a two and half hour wait because we needed one wheelchair seat with 2 companion together. At the gate, we only had 2 tickets. I sent my family in out of the rain and went back to retrieve the third ticket. The manager immediately came. However wasnt able to reprint the ticket without calling another manager over. Meanwhile a line of other angry customers grew behind me waiting to speak to a manager. It took ten minutes, but I received the ticket. We decided to sit in the common area and eat prior to the movie. We ordered at the counter and ask for it to be delivered to our table. Twenty five minutes later, we saw a worker pass by with looked like what we ordered. He passed us by, then turned around and passed is by again. He was returning to the service area. I followed him and inquired about the number. I showed mine to him. His reply was it did not belong to me. As I turned to walk away, he stopped me and said; just kidding, it belongs to you. I turned away and walked back to my table. The movie in 3D was awesome. After the movie, I went to the restroom. My stall only had one sheet of toilet paper left. I usually let an employee know, but I never saw anyone, so we left. My experience was not pleasant and I wont return to in AMC Dine-IN Legends 14 theater.

We found the perfect gifts for most of my family here. Everything from retro t-shirts, Nightmare Before Christmas items, Funko Pop and so much more.

Jesse and the crew of this store are freaking awesome! I talked to Mikeal (sorry I do not know the proper spelling) and he went above and beyond to get me the hook up on some sweet Rick and Morty swag. Hot Topic is good for anyone regardless of age so go and browse this location, you will not be disappointed!

My boys love this shop, its one of the few places they can find their favorite video game characters stuff. I just wish they would carry more smaller sizes (kids size). If youre looking for anime, marvel, DC, Harry Poter, even cool Disney gear, teen goth stuff; then this is your place. The prices are great and theyre always having sales and have a rewards program.

Love the merchandise you can get here really fascinating stuff id go here if your looking for some funny T-shirts nice hats and jewelry and some nice pins maybe for your rebel phase or just collect them.

Hot Topic has been going down hill for clothing quality and quantity for sometime now. Everytime I visit I expect to see more than overpriced/cheaply made generic Harry Potter, Unicorn, and Disney prints. Plus a majority of the store right now is PJs, discount racks of shirts no one seems to touch, and tacky accessories (fall apart easily/smell tarnished). As for the gothic or edgier clothing lines it used to carry like Tripp its almost non-existent in a corner. In my opinion the standing stores are complete crap compared to what the online store offers ,and even then its hard to find a decent shirt.

Staff very helpful and eager to assist, but alot of things that I wanted were out of stock in my size.

Mostly it is a pop culture and trends store that always more into for the teens that it is not as much being gothic as it used to be in the 90s and early 2000s got more emo over the years.

The sales associate was very nice and helpful when we were looking through the ear ring section.

Walking in made my 41 year old mind instantly go back to its punk roots of teenhood when black was my favorite color and leather and spikes was an accoutrement. I love this store and the staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy or invasive.

I bought hair dye kit from Hot topic as off 3/22/15 and let me just say theyre hair bleach there is way to pricey it was a 50% off sale and I decide to bleach and dye my hair blue the Price was extremely expensive compared to any other beauty salon. $12.99 for a small bleach hair kit um yeah totally not going there again.
