I love this store. They are always so friendly, prompt, and helpful. They even processed the renewal of two passports for my children without needing an appointment or having to wait.

I renewed my tags here. Their DMV staff always leave early. They didn’t tell me I wouldn’t get my tags on the same day until AFTER I had already paid. They didn’t tell me about the $30+ service charge until I got my registration and noticed how much less it would have cost had I gone to a regular DMV (the service charge wasn’t even listed on my receipt.) It was nice to not wait in long lines, but I wish they had been honest about their policies.

Employee was helpful, friendly, and fast. Place was not crowded at all. Parking was a little bit wackadoo but thats Westport for you, and not something this business can control.

The two ladies are very unprofessional and kept skipping over me in line. They didnt covid question any other patron that came and helped begining to end walk out the door WITHOUT ever 4 people in the time I stood waiting to be finished helping. No one was

I have my business mail go to this location and they lost my mail! My mail contained state and city documentation. When I asked to speak to the manager the employee said she wasn’t there. I asked for the manager’s name and he said he couldn’t divulge that information. I then asked for his name and he said he couldn’t divulge that information. So they lost my mail and then blew me off when I asked for the manager’s name. If you are a business owner do yourself a huge favor and don’t have your mail sent here.

I was once a sad ebay selling having to deal with the triggering environment of the Westport USPS Office. It wasnt until I decided to take my business to the Mail Center (and have been treated so splendidly since) that I realize how much anxiety the pushy environment of the post office gave meIf you are looking for a place where you will be treated like a valued customer every time, then I recommend you go here. Tomeka and her staff are amazing. They also have great deals for those who bring in multiple items weekly-it adds up, trust me!The Mail Center has been good to me and has saved me a lot of money, and, to-date (over a year of doing business), nothing has ever gotten lost, stolen, or destroyed and I feel very confident in that track record being maintained. They also have the best prices on shipping supplies. AND they deal with every shipping company, so you get the best price every time. No reason to go anywhere else...

There are many things that I really like about this business. My husband & I moved here about 2 1/2 years ago and we have used them several times.Its my go to, to mail packages because they give you the pricing & delivery time comparison from the main mailing companies. Theres no wait time, its clean & smells really good, the music is a bit loud for my preference, the staff are kind, patient and helpful. Id definitely recommend you giving this place a try; its a blessing having them in the neighborhood!

The Mail Center makes it very easy for us to ship things via DHL - they are efficient and competent - way better than going to the actual DHL office.

They do provide great service but I have been over charged more than a few times.Update: company did reach out to me and we did come to an agreement.

Very nice and responsive employees, and they had what I needed. The only issue I had was that, while the cuban tunes were great, they were louder than the voices of the employees through their masks. So it was hard to hear what was being said at times.

Multi-purpose business. Need a U-haul they got you, need UPS, fedex, Amazon, usps, or DHL delivery they got you.The staff is always professional and very knowledgeable to get your needs taken care of!

I absolutely LOVE this place. I went there after waiting in line for 45 mintues at the Post office only to find that I could have gotten everything and MORE there. The staff is friendly, great music, it always smells so good and the prices are great. I go there 4 times a week and with the coupons I get just for shipping, i have saved over $400 in december with my ebay business! I am a customer for LIFE.! :)

The place does DMV FRAUD THE MANAGER OVER CHARGE ME FOR MY CAR STICKER AND LIED SAID THE MISSOURI DMV COMPUTER WAS DOWNCHARGE ME $113 I ASK FOR MY MONEY BACKAND WENT TO DMV MYSELF AND PAID $56

I had a PO Box at the post office for years and I wanted a safer environment and a real street address so I opened up a mailbox at the mail center and it’s been excellent! I get notifications when I get mail or when I have packages so I don’t have to check my mail everyday. Only when I actually have mail. Great staff and very professional

I honestly can say that this place has everything I needed. I went there to buy a money order and then found out I could pay my bills so I paid my bills and then mailed some things off and didn’t have to pack them. They did it all for me. Super great service and very professional staff.. nice and clean location!

Great place in Kansas City to get business done! Come in and mail packages, purchase supplies or even set up a business address in Kansas City. Faster to go here and send out a package than using post office, fedex or ups with usually no lines and no wait.

This store has just about any service you could possibly need. USPS, PO boxes to rent, packages shipped via all carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx). Finger printing, sending money, money orders. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable too.
