I have rented cargo vans here twice now. The first time was good, but this time was fantastic. The van was new and had some upgrades compared to previous models Ive rented. But even better was the exceptional service I received from Xavier, who was not only friendly, efficient and professional but also very kind. Shout out to the Manager, Nicole, for being so on top of things and keeping them moving during a very busy time.

The owner of this Uhaul is beyond helpful. I wish every Uhaul was run so well! We have gotten trucks a few times from here and the workers, especially Nicole is warm hearted every time.

Great place. Secure. Just watch your boxes when you move in - someone almost stole some things from my moving company when they put them inside the doors. (The doors open automatically during the day). There is an alarm that goes off on your individual unit unless you swipe a card at the entrance, which is really cool

Fast, friendly service and they took the time to guide a novice through the whole process of using their trailer. I cant thank them enough for taking care of a novice like me! Very professional Uhaul location.

I rented a 17’ truck. Xavier was very professional and helpful. I selected the self check in but I was not comfortable doing it. He helped me check in and made sure I was comfortable.

On a Friday, you should have multiple people inside for customers. The manager was the only one inside and had to leave the store to take another customer up to her new storage unit. Why couldnt one of the guys outside do it? My truck was sitting outside ready to go which was nice.

Closed early when I went 15 minutes ago. Hours clearly listed on the door say now. Poor employee selection, uhaul.

The gentleman at this location was super helpful, and the check-out and return processes are very easy and user-friendly.

I usually rent from this location because it is the closest (Although 17th street and Armour/Troost are also good locations.The service is always wonderful. The staff is friendly and attentive. You feel like they go the extra mile. The trucks are clean and in good condition. A convenient location and option for when Im picking up materials or furniture for my home. A+, Five stars.

The hours posted on the website arent what the were operating on and they didnt say that and were closed when we came back to return the truck

I was unable to use my debit card from my employer this was extremely inconvenient due to the fact you REQUIRED me to rent a larger, more expensive truck than I needed :[ For this reason alone I would have given ZERO stars. Refusing capitalist credit in my personal financing is my choice & I should not be FORCED to have a credit card in order to rent your smaller, less expensive equipment!

The young lady was very unsure of what she was doing.I was in store for 1 hour before being helped 4 people behind me walked out.I had reserved a van and still took way too long She then sent me to the wrong vehicle and said if thats not it I dont know try another van very unprofessional. Not well trained and over all atyitude just uncaring Very disappointed with overall ecperience unfortunately.

Only reason I came here was because of the price and how close it was to my storage unit. The customer service here was so sad. The lady that helped me maybe was going through some things, but I just couldnt be around the negative vibes. The location here was also weird because its connected to a bank, thats probably why she was moody. I hope she is in better moods now, but Id suggest to go to a different Uhaul if you have the option.

I scheduled a pick up before hand and everything went very smooth. I got the app and returned it around 10pm after they closed, the step by step process was easy and quick. The customer service is really nice and accommodating. The price is responsible and the truck was clean and comfortable.

Passenger side view mirror needed adjustment. Other than that, service was prompt and attentive, including upon return.

Jamie was very helpful, knowledgeable and quick! I could tell this wasnt her first rodeo. I dont think I was actually in the building for more than a confined 10 or 15 min and I appreciated her promptness! Next time I need to rent a moving truck I know where Ill go...

Sept 19- 18 about 12:45 hrs a woman denied my rental reservations. She then wrote that I was denied at two locations (Ive never been at the other location she listed). Doesnt U-Hall have policies about fabricating lies on customers. Her reason: she doesnt feel comfortable renting them out. She asked why I was renting a specific truck and why a few other things.I rarely write bad reviews, but when it causes set-backs; and a professional is careless with my time -Im obligated to warn others... Theres more but Im cutting it short. Thanks

Accessible Location easy in and out.

They made a 1282 mile trip least Troublesome by making sure we had all the gear and equipment we needed. Leaving work out a discount for us.

I think its a very clean place and the staff are helpful sweet and knowledgeable in what they do. Everyone is ready to offer help phone calls are transferred to customer service not the direct store so the best way to get ahold of this actual store is to walk in and speak with the actual people who work there rather then a repersentive... The units are very clean no pest what so ever they have pest control. Id say this is the best uhaul in kc. Most storage companys cant keep up with the customers messes and pest ppl bring... this one does amazing!

I have used Uhaul anytime Ive moved & this has probably been the best experience ive ever had. At this location, Nicole Shaw and Raquan Savage were fantastic! They went above & beyond to help me. They were very professional, friendly, and beyond helpful. They did all they could to help me when I needed it. I was alone when I arrived to unload my uhaul & they helped me store my big furniture into my storage unit, even though they didnt have to. I appreciate them, more than they know. This is a perfect example of great customer service! Best experience at a uhaul location Ive ever had. I highly recommend!

These guys did a good job and made my rental easy in and easy out. If they had another person on staff it might have been a little better but Michael did a good job.

Make sure you put gas back in!!!It was alright other than being charged $36 for 1/8 of a tank of gas 😳. Something was a little fishy with that. If $3/gal of gas = $36 then 1/8 of gas is 12 gallons??? ...yeah I don’t know about that one

The woman working the front desk was rude and unprofessional. It’s no wonder they have so many conplaints with people like her working there. As if moving wasn’t stressful enough.

Avoid this place. The manager makes agreements with customers, then does not keep her word. She also will not return phone calls and tells her staff not to return calls.
