Great Prices and Friendly Staff. I have been renting for a year now and I have never had an issue. I feel as if my storage Unit is safe and the staff keeps up with the property.

Used Shamrock to rent a Budget truck yesterday Everything went smooth until today. Paid my $150 deposit with cash and that was returned to me. I asked if he could run my card for the daily charge of $29.99 + .59 cents per mile for a total of $48.45, he said sure. Gave me a receipt to show I paid the $48.45. Got to my car and look at my transactions on my phone and see one for $123.45 from BUDGET RENTAL. So I went back in, the man says he can’t find the receipt.. he said budget always messes things up and that I needed to call their 1-800 number. Fine, I called and budget can only see a transaction of $48.45. But I have absolutely no transaction for $48.45. Weird…So according to Budget I have paid what I owe.. but nothing adds up.I am missing a least $75 from my card.The gentleman in the office stole my money!I’m contacting my bank and am also filing a police report.

Clean, affordable, well maintained, great customer service. This is our 2nd storage experience in the area and Shamrock is far superior to a nearby competitor including more storage for less cost. Ask for Abel- hes great to work with!

Staff is exceedingly helpful. Super clean in the office with the pandemic. Good music (he even got the name and artist of the song playing for us via his iPhone, LOL). Fair prices. Convenient location.

I like renting at Shamrock Self Storage because the Manager Jose is always friendly, polite, and professional. I used the other franchise storage companies in the area and none of them compare with Shamrock. Shamrock is the Best!

Ran into some technical difficulties and couldn’t get my unit the day I reserved it, Abel was very apologetic and accommodating. He gave me a discount and apologized for the delays and I felt he more than made up for the inconveniences. Highly recommend this place. Staff seems to genuinely care for people, and that’s hard to find.

Rented a unit here for almost 2 years, no problems and everything exactly how I left it. The guys who run the office are super friendly and nice, when my brother needed a moving truck they went out of their way to get him a good deal. Would recommend and would return.

Shamrock Self Storage is run by some really wonderful folks. They have good options as far as sizes of storage and their prices are very competitive. I I used their services for about a year-and-a-half and was very satisfied. If I ever have to store something again I will be glad to drive out of my way to go to Shamrock.

I’m going to start off by saying the management has been nothing but helpful. I have complete confidence in storing my belongings here as it is very safe and secure. The prices are fair for the unit sizes as well. Abel set me up hassle free in minutes and the payments come out automatically online from my account so I never have to worry about a thing.

The customer service here is absolutely amazing everytime. I would recommend this place to anybody and I will. They know how to treat there customers with respect. Abel, the gentleman that works there is very polite and sociable. Thanks Shamrock, you all are the best.

Came here and rented a 12’ Budget Truck. Able the attendant was very nice and courteous. They were also accommodating with my time and situation. I would highly recommend this facility.

Definitely don’t go anywhere else for storage. Able is very helpful and a good listener. They don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. I would recommend them to anyone who asks me about storage.

I have been working with them since May of 2015 and have always had a good experience. There is always someone kind and helpful on staff and the team treats you as a person rather than a business number. I would recommend this location as it is easily accessible, good hours, safe, and has always provided good customer service.

The Budget truck we rented was a horrible experience. The person at the counter tried multiple times to deny us a truck we had an online reservation for, saying he didnt have a truck. There were 4 in the parking lot. The truck was VERY dirty, the steering and suspension were in horrible condition, making the truck very difficult to drive, AND it has engine problems causing it to get horrible gas mileage. I will never use Budget, or Shamrock again.
