Last time I went in this location the service was ok. The salesperson didn’t know what item I was looking for. So I tried looking for a picture that I thought was saved on my phone. I couldn’t find it since I switched phones last week. She finally looked it up online. The item was on sale but she told me the regular price. Then when I stated I had a coupon she stated that it was off the regular price not the sale price. The salesperson didn’t seem that friendly after I stated I had a coupon and needed the item by the beginning of next week. Very disappointed with the service I received.

The staff at the Downtown Helzberg were wonderful. At most jewelry stores you are bombarded by the sales staff instead the staff at Helzberg allowed me to browse freely and the provide answers to questions through sincere conversation. This location has a large inventory of jewelry for any budget.

Very disappointed. Ordered a watch on line during holiday sale for my brothers 50th b-day. Watch arrived quickly only to receive a watch that was not working. Customer service was friendly but notified me it came from an outlet store on line so it could only be take to an outlet store for hopefully just a new battery. It took me a week before I could drive 30 mins to an outlet store where I was told by the jeweler he could not get it open (FYI it is a SEIKO not a safe). No one seemed to care so I had to return the defective watch and have no gift for my brother. Thanks for nothing Helzberg!
