Love this store. There is so much to look at from all over the world. My wife, my daughter, and I all love coming in and talking to the owner. She is so knowledgeable about all the things in her shop. My daughter loves her Angelina Ballerina dolls that she has for sale. They are so cool and have all different clothes. My favorite is the huge selection of nesting dolls. We add a new one every Christmas and it has become a tradition for us.

This was such a beautiful store! Sweet gifts, jewelry, pottery, cards, and decorations from all over Europe. The shop owner was kind and quick to answer any questions. She also make sure our items were in top condition when we checked out. Don’t skip this one at Crown Center!

My absolute FAVORITE shop at Crown Center! Tons of wonderful treasures from multiple countries with good prices and a very friendly owner. I’m born and raised in Kansas City and make sure to visit any time I’m near Crown Center, and love showing it to traveling family and friends.

The owner was so nice and accommodating! We were in town with family and had some time to kill and LOVED some pieces, we talked since she was slow. She was so friendly and down to earth! I ended up buying some genuine Russian nesting dolls that will fit in perfectly! Were going back next month and Im sure shell have something else I need! I wish I lived closer!

The owner is totally authentic from Russia, and many of the products are hand made in many different countries of origin. There is something for everyone and many seasons. Russian Christmas stuff is so cool.

Beware of the owner of this store she is Russian and rude. My daughter and I purchased jewelry that was discontinued. Together, we spent over $500. The owner insisted we pay cash to avoid paying taxes and to allow cash flow for the store. . Recognizing this was unethical and possibly unlawful we refused her request. We paid by credit card. Once the transaction was complete she became very rude....

Dont shop there! I went in there and was going to make a purchase for $6.99 I go up to the counter and she tells me that I have to spend at least $10 to use my debit card because itll cost her 25 cents if I use my card! 25 cents!! UNREAL! She got very rude with me and my partner! Needless to say he turned around and told her off and we left!

I purchased a Purse at European Accents , used it while on vacation, the connection pieces broke that held the strap, then the zipper started not functioning. I asked for an exchange, it had only been 3 weeks, had to wait for the owner to be present after my first try, then I finally reached her after 4 days, only for her to tell me she could do nothing for me as I didnt have the receipt but had all of the tags & she remembered the purse. She has lost my business for good!!

The blonde woman in here with glasses is extremely rude. She said she didnt want to clean up the water on the floor from our shoes, even though it is snowing outside. I will never go into this store again and will tell everyone about this experience.

I asked to look at a specific ring that was locked up. The lady working pointed and told me where the costume jewelry was (I never asked about the costume jewelry).Then told me that she would help me after she helped another lady. I stood and waited 30 minutes, and still received no help. I then left the store. I am so disappointed that I was treated so bad.
