I only went to take my ring in to be sent in and get diamonds replaced. Hate not having one closer and shipping is $25, or its a drive so not ideal. However the ladies were helpful and friendly.

The Topeka store was great with our purchase! Unfortunately, we had to go to the Legends store for sizing. The lady on the phone was very rude and sarcastic. They will start working on other jewelry that comes in AFTER you drop yours off and their answer will be I do not know! It is very poor customer service all around. Id advise not going to this location.

My total experience at Helzberg Diamonds at the Legends is totally positive. Everyone that works there is polite professional and courteous. They help me find the perfect gift for my ex wife for her birthday. I know that shes going to love it, because I had the best people helping me to select a gift.

*DEREK WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!* He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all very personable. His ability to listen and his attention to detail allowed him to showcase a wide variety of pieces and make suggestions that custom fit both my style and my needs (all of which I fell in love with btw.) And he did so without ever coming off pushy whatsoever or using high pressure sales tactics. In fact, I was SO pleased with his customer service skills that I would advise anyone and everyone whos shopping for beautiful diamond or fine jewelry while you are in the Legends to stop in and ask for him by name!

Customer service is KEY! I had a client that purchased a bracelet from another store that was too small on his wedding day. And Tom, the store manager took an extended amount of time to help educate me so I could help my client. Tom didnt have to help but he did! Today he gained a customer in me and my client. Thank you Tom!!!

Lindsey, my sales associate, was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the product(s); she even suggested the best way to wear/test ring swelling. I would recommend this jewelry store for a low pressure sales environment and great costumer service experience.

The staff here is great! I bought a nice set of earrings and had to bring them back when one of the posts broke in half. The manager was very nice and replaced them with no fuss.
