Closed at 730... REALLY!!! No consistency with store hours. The closed sign was written with a fine line marker on an orange paper. I should have taken a picture for posting.🤬😠😞

The cashier was very polite and friendly and professional.. she took the time to help me find what I needed.. the store was clean and stocked.. Thank you Family Dollar...

Coupon offers should be taken down from the item offered or honored...

Didnt get my discounts for app coupons when I put my phone number in. When I handed the chasier my phone for her to scan my family dollar app she said very rudely I dont have a scanner u have to put number in when I told her I did she was even ruder.

I dont know why all family Dollars are not stock look like they say stock it at night time.

I love this story every time I go in here I get lost I go in with a list and then grab way more than I bargain for the cheapest iPhone in here is 200 the most iPad in there so far is 1,600 last time I went to the store off of Independence Avenue located on prospect they hung my receipt up as the longest received they ever seen it was taller than me and I am 5ft 3in.

Staff was very nice and found everything I wanted at a good price.

It is good social distance well stocked general merchandise store with big variety of goods

Customer service has a bit to be desired, not very quick or efficient

The place was well stocked but the personnel were not friendly and if there was a price that was marked for sale they did not give you the resale the sale product price because they hadnt changed the prices yet that is against the law thats bait and sell they are not courtesy courteous they do not know the law and the customer is always right but in that store the customer is not always right they have surveillance cameras shouting all over the store Im wondering do they do that in other neighborhoods family Dollar come on now we are not the only ones that are are have light fingers check out some of the other places anyhow I would never shop there again never going back there again because they were argumentative and it was just a nice terrible experience

I was at this location this evening. A worker was straightening items in frozen foods. As I waited she coughed 3x openly. After 3rd time I ask if she was going to continue coughing all over food. Next time she coughed into her gloved hand. Sigh. At checkout customer was walking up to all of us and continue to want assistance when it wasnt his turn. Clerk kept stopping to help him. Pleas tell clerks to ask customers to wait trun.

They always have just what I need

Its close to the house and they have quite a few items that I need on a regular basis. They also carry some things that I cant find anywhere else. If you can handle the crowd its handy.

You feel like a criminal, as EVERYTHING is tagged with theft-prevention tags or stickers. Theres even an overhead announcement letting you know that the store is being monitored. I wonder if family Dollar in Johnson County is like that???? I highly doubt it

This store is a mess! Merchandise is all over the place literally-all over the floor. Looks as though someone just went through the isles and just knocked stuff on the floor. Not enough employees to keep clean. Cant find anything because the store is over stocked and merchandise is stuffed in the shelves/displays. Its always packed and always a long line at the register. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Family Dollar is my quick go to spot, because 1 is always located around the corner from wherever you are :)

Love the place but there are always boxes in the way.

Customers are rude and unfriendly and some of the staff is sluggish. There use to be a lesbian that worked there and she always made fun of me for beeing gay. Like girl youre gay too

Staff unhelpful. Was waiting in line for 13 minutes while some old lady argued with the cashier about prices for stuff she couldnt afford. I was expecting to get in and out with my one thing but I didnt trip. Finally another reguster opens and they start checking out the people on the side. Because im next in line behind the woman I didnt know it was open but the cashier knew me and 2 other people was there when he started checking out people who just walked up. So i got mad and asked why eould he do that when weve been here forever and he said he thought i had been checked out (had to walk past me to get around the counter). Whats the point? Its nothing for me to go somehwere else. Cant stand bullsh$t employees.

Great deals, nice people. Only problem is they only use one check out register so even short lines will take time.
