Great customer service! They are not currently renting costumes out because of covid and they dont have costumes for sale but a great place to purchase your costume accessories!

The young ladies working there were very helpful! I love the top hat they showed me, and Im pleased with the variety of wigs and accessories!

This place was awesome. The staff helped us pick rental costumes when we had no idea what we really wanted. So many other things available beyond rentals. Worth a visit!

This is a good place if youre looking to rent. If you want to buy they have a good supply of masks, hats, and jewelry. Ok with all the other accesories.

I was disappointed in the prices of the rentals. We ended up buying a costume online for half what they wanted for a one-day rental. The items to buy are better. They have a wide variety and decently priced. Im surprised they dont have any shoes though.

Awesome selection and amazing staff. They had the perfect looking costume but the pants didn’t fit. They hemmed the legs and even added a panel in the back so they would fit perfectly. Cannot recommend enough!

Nice selection...when its actually available. Recommended for costumes you wanna keep or dont kind spending a light bill on if you have that kind of time.

Outdated costumes. It’s much more of a theatrical costume store than anything else. They don’t have a huge selection. I went looking for a pirate costume which I was told on the phone they had a good selection from. It was disappointing but I’m giving them 2 stars because they were super nice. I just wish I could have gotten what I went for and not wasted a trip. It was also very out of the way and pretty crowded inside.

Awesome shop. They will rent any costume you can think of. Jenny O was a great help and her knowledge of musicals is very impressive.

We drive across town to shop here. The staff seem to be all theater geeks so they can answer a host of questions from makeup application & techniques to wigs & facial hair to cosplay props. Loved this place when it was downtown. Still love it and its totally worth the drive.

I noticed this place by chance. I went inside and was pleased with the variety and prices.

Costume crew from my school came here to pick up some items for an upcoming show. Staff was very rude, and even told a girl not to eat until the show. Incredibly unprofessional.

If you want some great Halloween costumes and make-up this is the first place that you should go, prices are not the cheapest, but hey, you get what you pay for, and they do this year round,, not a bunch of part time seasonal help, you can use their products a couple of Halloweens, not just for one night, just go there and look around.its really kind of interesting to see what professional people use

The quality of their workmanship is absolutely superb whether you are needing something just for a small Halloween costume party or if you are a theater company looking to have professional costumes for your production this is the company to work with.

This place has the worst customer service. I’ve been forced to use this place to rent Santa suits for years and I strongly urge anyone to look else where. I lost the hat to the Suit one year and they tried to charge me $800 for the entire Suit stating that the whole Suit was worthless without the hat because the velvet they use to make the new hat wont match properly. This year I got hung up at the grocery store and traffic and called ahead to tell them I was running late. Said I’d pay someone $60 to wait 15 mins for me and the manager refused and refused to ask any of his employees if they would help me. So in the spirit of Xmas and giving this place doesn’t care about anything but themselves. Granted i should have given myself more time but I own my own business and I wait for people all the time past closing hours to help them out. These are just not very good people and supporting them in any way does not align you with good people. Merry Xmas KC Costume.

I have rented a couple costumes for events. They always have what I need plus they have a whole retail store full of items!

Called to inquire on a custom costume and the lady who answered the phone said they do custom costumes. I was sent over to employee Ken who was very unpleasant to speak to. I was inquiring on one costume to be made and he stated that the costume will be to expensive. He says that they do costumes for 6 or more due to the price and how it’s cheaper to break it down. I find it disrespectful to assume ones situation before understanding a potential customer needs. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or family. I was extremely exited to start designing a costume for a new Production coming soon.

Im thoroughly disappointed in the selection that they have any more. If you need lace, ribbon, feathers or specialty fabrics this was the place to go. The store is much smaller and crowded and I felt like the offered the same thing most costume shops carry now. I wish they would have stayed in downtown KC.

I really love that they have a very large inventory that u can chose from every thing is awesome they have wigs u can rent costumes they have a few people and they have makeup as well one thing tho they are a little pricey over all I really like the store their service is awasome!!

So disappointed. I understand a white dress is very easily marked and not easily cleaned. What i dont understand is; knowing it is a dirty looking dress, giving it to me without a word, then telling me if I didnt like it I should have bought a new dress Not rented. How discussing. Dont you think if I could have bought a new dress I would have. Now Ive been made to feel bad for useing the store at all, and told sorry You Are 100% paying full price, enjoy- I was told that I shouldnt have spent money there to start. WOW! Fruff the coustomer, Noted.
