Yesterday I saw a wig I liked. Was marked down from $45.00 to $29.00. The salesperson stated that it was the last one. The salesperson tried to get me to buy one for $56.00 but I refused it. She told me she would cut the lace off for $5.00. I declined. When I went to pay for the wig she refused to give it to me for the marked down price. Her story was that a customer must have changed the price so I would have to pay $39.00 for it. I am so shocked about the way I was treated. I need to make s formal complaint to someone. That is no way to treat a customer. I refused to pay the $1.00 for the wig cap and suggested they call the police.

Great store, OPEN on Sunday unlike many other beauty supply stores and has very friendly staff. Ill definitely come back and support this business.

This establishment is horrible their customer service skills are lacking. If you are looking for a good beauty supply store to go to please do not go to this store. I have heard and have experienced multiple issues with them owner and employees of people being accused of things that they have not done and racist and profiling Behavior

It had everything you need and more. It was a little hot in the store but ultimately great.

They profiled me for looking into my purse to see how much money I had. I wasnt stealing a thing. I was going to buy a scrunchie and the man sicked his wife on me. I showed him nothing was in my purse and they still yelled at me. I was in there maybe 5 minutes. Dont give them your business!!!

The woman that is always there is very rude. I spent a lot of money in that hair store and I will not be talked to in a rude manor when there are hair stores owned by foreigners on every corner. Learn how to talk to people in a business.

Do not buy human hair wigs from here. You will be charged double what the wig is worth. My wig has been work for about a month, and it is coming apart.
