The doctor i saw was amazing!! I was anxious and panicky since my vision had changed in such a short time and they were fantastic.From walking in and the tests and choosing my glasses....they walked me through and explained everything. Hands down the best optician visit I have had in two decades.

Not impressed at all. I am still waiting after a month for my sons glasses. :( I was told two weeks. Its been 32 days. If I knew we were going to wait a month, we could have gone elsewhere. It doesnt help to get voicemail during normal business hours with no way to leave a message AFTER leaving a message with the staff over a week ago and being promised a return call that never came.

Practiced COVID-19 hygiene. All Staff members were friendly. Dr Williams was very thorough & asked questions to make sure I understood everything. The eyeglass selection was good. I would recommend to anyone. 😀

I loved the staff, they were very nice. They do a lot more checking than other eye places, so I do appreciate the care and loved the variety of glasses they got! This will be my permanent eye care place from now on.

I loved the staff from the front desk to the provider. Everyone was nice and makes you feel welcome. I loved the Dr.’s attention to detail and helping me choose what was best for me. The front desk staff was also very helpful in helping me understand my vision insurance benefits that I was using for the first time. I had lost my glasses/contacts a few days before and I left with new contacts and being able to finally see. Highly recommend.

Thought the price for transition lenses were too high. It not a fashion statement, I need them because the sun gives me a blinding headache. Other than that everyone was very helpful and conscientious. Thank you

....Ive been a patient here for a few years now, tho I only need to go in for my yearly eye exam and glasses pickup staff are always professional and courteous. Way better customer service then some tho big high end franchised offices....
