After seeing such a lofty claim of being the best store in the universe, I had to check it out. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by very friendly staff. Their merchandise is truly amazing and the employees are accepting of all walks of life. This feels like a truly safe environment to be yourself while browsing through some unique merch. I especially enjoyed their clothing section and selection of stickers. Upon leaving, I knew their claim wasnt just true, but a huge understatement.

Super Awesome T-Shirt and More Shop. Great little shop that also gives to agencies with purchase of some of their t-shirts. Open minded people and t-shirts. Id definitely recommend you stop by and take a look at their incredible selection. I picked up a Straight Outta Kaufman shirt.. but I even bought other selections.

Style that dont want to seem like some very interesting stuff they did have a sale rack outside however I was next door at Pizza Shuttle oh my God is so good do you think youre here here

Raygun is always a super fun visit, when you want to get your local Midwest feels going! I love this store. I would have liked to seen a larger selection for LGBT Pride month, but at least there was a small one. I was certain, before I walked in, that I was going to part with some money on local-made Pride gear, but nope. Oh well, maybe next year? Still a super fun store!

Love this place, cant get enough of browsing the masks and stickers and never being able to choose which one to get! They provide disposable masks and sanitizer right at the door which is amazing. I havent seen their warm smiles in a long time now but I always feel their welcome energy and theyre so friendly here! Adore

This is a fun store with adorable products, however, customer service leaves much to be desired. I’ve been in twice recently and had almost identical experiences. I walked in and didn’t receive even a welcome in, nobody even acknowledges the fact that I’m in the store at all. I get to the counter and the person behind the counter was so invested in their Nintendo switch, they didn’t even notice I was standing there at first. When she did notice me, she didn’t speak a word to me until she told me my total. I paid, and left without a thank you or even a have a good day! Very disappointing experience and would much rather shop at a local store that has friendly staff.

UPDATE - Apparently, I cant write a new review, so Ive updated my rating from 2 to 5 stars for an AMAZING, responsive customer service. I wrote the review herein below about the not-properly fitting masks. They responded here right away, I followed up with an email, and withing 24 hours they reimbursed me. Wow! Ill def buy from them again (they do have cool stuff). Thanks!ORIGINAL REVIEW - Really like their stuff and that their products are nationally made, so I decided to buy one of their face masks (I got the one with, A mask is the new smile). The mask is soft, comfortable and breathable. However, the design is too big and its too loose under the chin, leaving empty space (therefore, not that protective). There are photos on their website showing the mask on women, so I thought it would fit. I got it with the strap, so I can adjust it, but still doesnt help with the gap. Too bad I wont be able to use it because its a cool mask. If you got this mask, please, make sure it properly fits below your chin, otherwise, its useless.

Those of us who grew up in or have lived for years in the Midwest should rejoice that such a creative, irreverent gem of a store exists. If you are from the coasts, youre not smart enough appreciate their humour.

Not exactly my political cup of tea, but the atmosphere was fun, and the gal that was working was super pleasant. Lots of stuff to look through and prices were what I would expect for what is offered. Store was clean and well organized. I would return if I were in town again.

Good place

Lots of great things here...as a transplant to the midwest from the great Pacific Northwest, I particularly treasure my key tag with the outline of Kansas and the word CAPTIVE, and the postcard which reads, Kansas: Miles and Miles of Miles and Miles. We laughed our way through the store and left with a bunch of cool stuff. Shirts could be a bit heavier-duty for the price but Im told that thin is in. Definitely worth a look after having a stunningly delicious mushroom pizza at Pizza Bella across the street.

Fun place to get some make a statement type items and fun KC gear. Its basically a walk in Instagram account.

I appreciate the generally liberal view this store has and all they do to support political issues across the company. I own the Water book and the Im with Stowe shirt. I have an Iowa Native sticker on my laptop and love all the fun little things in the store.

A very pleasing departure from tacky locale based products—whether youre looking for souvenirs as a tourist, or to demonstrate city/state pride as a local. Also, many good products for sassy folks.

Kind of cool stuff but along with being incredibly expensive, the clothes are super politically charged. Im OVER politics!!! I dont care if you are right or left wing as long as your nice and you dont bring up POLITICS!! Putting ovaries on a t-shirt is not funny or cool or a clever statement, its gross!

Great place to get Midwest themed gifts. Apparel can be quite pricey and I noticed the quality of some magnets was a little sub-par. That being said, they sell a pretty wide array of fun stuff, so I would definitely recommend taking a look.

Lots of really clever shirts for relatively decent prices. Also some good options if you dont want to spend > $20 on a shirt. Things like stickers and coasters are cheap and worth buying since they cycle out stock pretty consistently.

A unique store with a distinct Kansas City vibe. The articles of clothing and bumper stickers made for an entertaining visit and stay at this store. We stuck around for much longer than anticipated and shared some serious laughs. Many controversial topics were expressed in ironic yet challenging ways. Sometimes it felt like the staff seemed absent as there were not many floor employees roaming around. But when we asked the cashier about suggestions for local hit ups, she recommended the local museum👌. Pew pew! 🔫👈👽👉🇺🇲

Fun store with great gift ideas. It is a bit pricey, but really about what I expected. T shirts run around $30. I will definitely be back.

Very fun store with lots of quirky Missouri and Kansas labeled t-shirts and other products. Lots of feminist-oriented clothing, accessories and books and postcards. Outside of Midwest and political themes, there wasnt a lot.

Raygun is a perfect stop for unique gifts and goods. Very quirky merchandise with great designs. Cheeky political and Midwestern themes are abound. Some of the clothing is pricey, but there are plenty of affordable prints, T-shirts, and knick-knacks.

This place is always good for a laugh. KC store is not as big as the store in Des Moines but still fun.

You’ll find lots of stuff to promote your love for Kansas City. They carry everything from clothing to personal care to home goods. Most of it wasn’t really my style though.

You must stop here when visiting KCMO. Wishing there was one in Oklahoma. One of a kind gifts you wont find somewhere else.

Pretty cool little clothing joint. They have great baby stuff but its a little over priced for a kid to puke in and grow out of in a month. The clearance kids stuff and adults is spot on though.

My family used to buy shirts from Raygun, at both the Kansas City location and in Des Moines. Unfortunately, the shirts they have been printing since the presidential election are really uninspired -- just cheap shots at people who disagree with them politically. This store must be run by children. Sad.
