I returned a couple of items I had bought for my wife and wanted to change them to the right sizes. As soon as I got to the legend store, I went to ask the associate by the door about what I should do since I do not have my receipt with me thinking that they could pull the purchase up with my card.The associate at the door directed me to a cashier who scanned my item tags and said I should go pick the right size.I did as I was told, got the right size and on getting back to the cashier, it was another cashier and I had to explain myself all over. This cashier then said to me “I have to check if you bought it” I was like what are you insinuating? She was pretty rude. I asked for the manager who did not help matters taking sides with the cashier. I really felt slighted. The customer service experience I had today was really poor.

I love all the clothes, probably 85% of my clothes are under armor. The variety could get better but I love the clothing when it is new, especially the curry section and shoes.

You know, you really have to admire Under Armours commitment to safety. I bought a couple of those masks they paid websites to claim were the best, but they were just a bit too small, even after consulting their sizing chart, which was clearly put together by experts at NASA. So, I figured an exchange should be possible for the next size up, but, alas, no. They include their no returns policy for masks on the receipt, which is very helpful being that a receipt is the document you get AFTER the purchase. But hey, no harm no foul. Since its all about safety, they at least were willing to take back the unopened one, right? Nope! They have a VERY deep commitment to safety, which is why they ensure at least half of the patrons and employees in the store wear their masks improperly or not at all while having a complete disregard for social distancing. Now THAT is commitment!No, unfortunately, their policies are really just about the almighty dollar, but dont worry, friends. If youre a first responder, theyll give you a 10% discount on all of their items that have already been marked up over 300%. Lucky you!Anywho, you can get a three pack of Reebok masks for $20 bucks if youre looking for masks to wear during workouts. Just saved ya $60 dollars. No need to thank me, Im here to help :)

My review is for my mask I purchase. I only have one thing to say. If you run inside or anywhere near people, this mask is for you. I had this mask on during my treadmill run from mon-Friday and not ounce did I had to take this mask off. I would highly recommend this mask!!!! My experience in the store was not great, I was being monitored in the store like I was going to steal something. My store experience is 1/5.

I buy The valsetz boots religiously for work twice a year. This is an outlet store but depending on the day of the week some stuff is full price like these boots today. They are giving front line workers a discount to health care workers, police, and teachers that arent even in school right now. Truck drivers no discount though. I guess Ill have to think twice on delivering their shoes to them if they end up one of my ltl customers. Bogus store. Going to switch to adidas. Will call and tell them how theyre doing.

Bought two items, returned one and got money ripped off. I learned that if you use a coupon, then they will steal money from your return as they take it from the whole order rather than the one item. If I had known then I would have done separate transactions.

Shame on under armor! You guys offer a front line worker discount which at the beginning of the pandemic included union construction workers. Now as the pandemic worsen you guys don’t offer to us anymore, what constitutes a front line worker? Either offer to all front line workers a discount or don’t offer one at all.P.s:I don’t know if the worker wanted to rush me through the line because she was on the phone and it was long line or this is the company’s policy?

We go here all the time! It’s a wonderful place and we love the sales. The employees are willing to help as soon as you walk through the door. You don’t always find that in stores these days.

Just came to exchange sizes and wasnt allowed in the store because they close in 20 min?! What??! Thats crazy, I drove 30 min as soon as I got off work, after verifying the hours, just to be turned away. Since when do businesses close their doors before their posted hours? I will now be RETURNING All the items I bought there and will not be coming back! Plenty of other stores I can shop at, ones that would like to take care of their customers and have their business

Im very sad to give this review. My husband and I are in your store usually twice a month. We are overweight and we are trying to lose weight. This afternoon as we were shopping my husband over heard a employee say I wish that Fat Cow would stop trying on our clothes and leave. Now we are the only overweight people in the store and I was the only one trying anything on. My husband immediately took me out of your store without buying the items that we had. I do not plan on returning anywhere in the near future. I hope you teach your younger staff to be more respectful to others.

Was turned away because we had Starbucks drinks and there is no food or drink allowed in the store. Since when?? It literally makes no sense to turn two adult customers away because they have coffee in their hand. So frustrating!

Not enough room for people to walk beside each other looking at racks of clothing. Every rack was crowded, plus add that to holiday shopping, it was terrible. Went to purchase a few items. Left with none. Noone was around to help. I couldnt find the womens socks, couldnt find the shoe size needed, couldnt find the hat I came for, and just not bvb a good experience. Had fun at the rest of the legends though. Just not under armour.

Staff was not helpful, nor were they friendly. We left without purchasing, one young man was quite rude! Although we found a pair of shoes we liked, we will buy shoes elsewhere.

Returns are limited to merchandise cards without a receipt. With the employee and management lack of knowledge and limited stock Id suggest purchasing online especially if returns are a possibility.

I agree with Lissa Malcom about your employees saying anything like that out on the sales floor, where customers can hear that. I know if I went in there shopping, and heard any of the workers saying something like that, I would put my stuff back, go find the manager and tell him or her what I heard, leave and never come back there.

We had picked out three pairs of shoes and a few clothing items when my 8 year old son had to use the restroom. They refused to let him use theirs and sent us to the public restroom on the other side of the mall. Needless to say we didnt purchase any of the items we had chosen.

When i went their it was jam packed. Couldnt find my size or color shirts. They need to restock.
