Wanted to buy a car and sell mine. Asked what they purchased a similar make and model for. Instead of explaining why they weren’t comfortable sharing that information I was told “it’s none of your business” in a rude and condescending tone.Customer service seems to be lacking, cars are significantly overpriced (even for this market, and recent reviews (last 5 months) make me think this place is not doing so great.I understand not wanting to tell me the purchase price I guess… but at least be kind in explaining why. Oh well. Plenty of places to choose from.

I went there to buy a car for my 17yr old daughter. I told “Boston” I needed something reliable that would last about a year to go back and forth to Nevada, Mo. The car I was looking at he told me that he would buy for his daughter. It was in good shape. I paid $2500 cash for a 2006 Chevy Impala with almost 200,000 miles on it. Not even a month later it needed a muffler, tie rod and brakes. Oh did I mention the transmission also started going. It would not drive in drive. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR ON THE HILL TOP!!!! They will rip you off!!!

This cash car place is not like the other sketchy shops. They make you feel good vibes and that they actually care about your business. Sold me a car that had multiple problems would not accept me to trade it in and didn’t fix problem wasn’t helpful my transmission went out so I said I would go just finance with them and wants a bigger down payment then I payed the 1st time they are a rip off and the car with the bad transmission I paid it off so dont shop here

I live 2.5 hours away. Was passing through for work and wanted to look at a car. Needed them to stay over for 20 minutes to show me a car that I was probably gonna buy with cash money. I know they dont have to stay over. But a place with good customer service would make an exception and sell the car. They also turned down my cash offer over the phone. But refused to even negotiate or give me a cash number in case I wanted to come back. Guess I will buy a car somewhere else.

Great vehicles.

This place is a joke. We showed up 45min. Before they said they closed. We were over an hour away from home and the clutch in our car was going out. We were looking to buy a car...ANY car...had cash in hand! A couple guys hollered at us as we pulled in. They said they were closed...well, that they close at 6, but someone was already spraying inside the office, so they all just go ahead and leave. I was blown away...their loss tho. Hope leaving 45 minutes early was worth losing 6 grand that day.
