My entire experience with this dealer was disappointing from the start. First off, I submitted a trade value report for my current vehicle, and no one ever contacted me regarding it. When I finally spoke with an actual person regarding the vehicle that I was interested in (Coorey), he confirmed that the vehicle was available, and we corresponded regarding my trade. Hours later, I received an email from him telling me that the vehicle was selling the next morning. He knew that I was very interested and was trying to make a deal. There was no communication from him that there was another person interested in the vehicle. Aside from this, they had the car for 256 days, and the day that I would have likely purchased it from them, they sell it to someone else?! I feel like the car was sold out from under me. This whole experience was especially disappointing as Im extremely picky about the cars that I buy. When I finally make a decision, its a big deal for me. The whole thing just seems fishy, and the lack of communication from the start is unacceptable. I would definitely be careful buying from this dealer.

Coorey Sweet was the best salesmen Ive seen in a long time. He let me drive what I was interested in and told me what was likely to work with my finances. I really liked his no pressure approach to sales. Im driving a brand new 2012 Mitsubishi Mirage with 25 miles on it! Please come to Northtowne and enjoy the car buying experience with Coorey Sweet and buy an Alfa Romeo!

I started off on a cross country road trip, and on the first day my little wrench light came on. I knew I needed an oil change (that I could not get scheduled before I left), but didnt know if I had additional engine trouble, so I stopped in KC and called Northtowne Fiat. They said they were booked but bc of my situation said they would squeeze me in. I arrived at 8am and within an hour I was on my way with no engine problems and the oil change done! Thanks for saving my vacation schedule!

Their alarm is constantly going off causing more noise pollution from anything I’ve ever experienced in my neighborhood. One of the most annoying things I’ve experienced since moving into what is normally a wonderful neighborhood in the north land.

I was disrespected and talked down to when trying to have warranty work done on my Fiat 500L, which I had purchased at a different dealership. They had my car for over ten days and still hadnt diagnosed the problem or fixed my speaker or wiper switch. If I could give negative stars I would. I kept getting we will call you back or he is on vacation even when it directly contradicted what I had been told. This was the most frustrating experience of my life. I will never go back to this place for anything. I made them return my car, after how I was treated I didnt trust them to do quality work on my car.

My wife and I purchased a Fiat 500L Lounge. We went into Northtowne Alfa, Fiat to just look at the new Alfa Romeo 4C and fell in love with the Fiat 500L! This car has a huge fun factor that instantly puts a smile on your face! Its quick, nimble, great ride, and packed with high tech features. The Italian design has in my opinion the best looks and lines of any car in this genre. Mac, John, and Coorey made the entire experience first class from the moment we walked in the Studio. Forget everything you ever knew about buying a car in the past. This was an enjoyable experience! Macs title on his business card is Alfa, Fiat Brand Specialist and he is! He knows the history of the brands and the details about the newest models. He has a true passion for these cars. If my new Fiat could talk it would have said all the things Mac told me. The buying experience was easy, at our pace, friendly, professional, and no pressure. NorthTowne Alfa Fiat is really setting the bar high for what customer service should be in the car industry. Very impressed. Thanks!

I wish there was an option for zero stars, AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS! I bought a pre-owned vehicle from out of state. The day after it was unloaded from the delivery truck, within 5 miles of being driven for the FIRST TIME, the Charging System Warning light came on. Turns out it needs a $1500 alternator replacement, when I spoke to (Manager) Nick Galetti he accused me of trying to extort the dealership. Then went on to explain that it was my problem now because the vehicle was working fine when it left the dealer, and maybe something happened while on the auto carrier in transit...true story, not a typo. My salesperson Walter Wells also stopped returning my calls as soon as this problem appeared. No one I spoke to at this dealership has demonstrated an ounce of integrity or interest in helping me to resolve the defective vehicle they sold me. Ironically, when my paperwork arrived it was also missing the warranty statement defining my rights as the buyer. Dont expect to be treated fairly or or with an ounce of gratitude by anyone at a Northtowne Dealership. They have demonstrated zero conscience when it comes to running their business and dont seem to care at all about their customers. Update: As you can see, their response clearly supports my claim of deflection and ZERO accountability.

Northtowne Fiat is fantastic. My salesperson was Coorey. He was very knowledgeable about the product and patiently answered my dozens of questions about the 500 Abarth I was looking at and helped me get a great deal. I never once felt pressured by him or the finance director Tim (who was next door at Northtowne Mercury). Ive bought a lot of cars over the last 10 years and this was the best experience Ive had at a dealership.

John Howe is a straight shooter. Very passionate and knowledgeable about Fiat and Alfa Romeo. He spent time just educating us on vehicles that we were not going to buy, just because he thought they were cool. The 4c coupe is a beast. We ended up buying a Fiat Abarth because of the small size fitting in our garage and the fact it’s the fastest of the tiny 500 series. With Fiat Abarth purchase you get a complementary racing school. My wife’s other cars are Audi A5 and a mustang Gt350. She has received two racing schools now! For the money and size an Abarth is hard to beat. Thanks John for putting up with so many questions. I have been delighted with the level of service and attention I receive at Northtowne FIAT.After 30 years of wanting a roadster, I was looking for a particular 124 Spider and found online that Northtowne had the very car on order. On April 6 I stopped in the showroom for a quick look at one that was in stock and the sales rep, Coorey Sweet gave me the walkaround tour and took me out for a test drive. He knew what I wanted and was not pushy in trying to get me to take something that was in stock that day. I really appreciated that.Coorey saw my excitement and passion about the car and promised to keep in touch as we awaited transport of the car I wanted. I had read online that logistics and delivery of these cars can take quite some time. From Frosinone, Italy to Hiroshima, Japan to the US, and then Gladstone… I can understand. Coorey and I communicated weekly and on May 24 he sent me a picture of the car coming in on the hauler. He had the car pulled and detailed and I took possession of it that day. I hate the paperwork part of buying a car but at Northtowne it was fast and easy.I took the car in for a computer update/recall last month and found that the service department was just as accommodating. Chad, the service writer kept me in the loop and Scott the technician kept my car clean while in service (I am very particular). Brian in the parts department helped me identify a piece of trim that I had damaged and had it ready for me when I went to pick up my car. Each time I have visited Northtowne, John Howe the manager has come out to greet me.I feel good having spent my money at this dealership. I feel that I can trust them. I feel respected and cared for. I would recommend them to my friends.

I went in 5 months ago to pre-order the 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio and had a trade-in of a Porsche Macan Turbo. At that time I was given a $50k trade value and was told the Alfa would be in in June. June came and went and communication was terrible at best. Dealership had no idea where the vehicle was and I was given the run-around many times. July and August here and gone, still no car and no idea from dealership where a $90k car was. Last week I finally received word that it would be arriving (September 22).Drove the hour to the dealership on Saturday morning and found out the lied about the trade-in. After being given a proposal from the dealership stating it was worth 50k they were only prepared to give $42. While I understand that in 5 months the car would have some depreciation it would not have been $8k. If that is how they decide things then they should also have depreciated the Alfa I was there to purchase considering it took 5 months to get.

I recently totaled a car I had loved for years. The last thing I wanted to do was look for a new one and have to deal with the process of buying it. Northtowne Fiat was actually the first dealership I went to and was immediately smitten by the 1957 Edition Fiat (Verde Chiaro). There is something special about the Fiat where it immediately puts a smile on your face, and in my case, the giggles. On those same lines, there is something special about the people at Northtowne Fiat and the customer respect that you receive. I dealt with Coorey mostly and he was wonderful. Actually, all of them, John and Mac, were pretty great. I never felt pressured to buy and they really worked with me. Coorey was more than happy to just explain to me what Fiat was about, why these cars were unique. And he was great enough to entertain me for 3 separate visits. Between visits, I went to several other dealerships and none compared in the area of customer respect, product knowledge, and general awesomeness. Some may view the Fiat as just another small car, but it’s not. And the people, Coorey, Mac and John, help you understand that and fall in love with this little car. I had a wonderful experience and I would recommend everyone to come and drop by Northtowne Fiat, if not to fall in love with the car, but to meet a dealership that really cares about the people that walk through its doors.
