Molly was AMAZING. I went in thinking it would be a fun experience but that I wouldn’t leave with a dress. I’d had one appointment elsewhere previously but my mom and sister couldn’t come. I honestly thought it would take a few places to find a dress I loved after my first experience but Molly (and True Society) ended up finding an absolutely perfect dress that was so different than what I thought I wanted but also SO me. Molly immediately got my style and what I was going for and every dress she pulled got better and better until it was “the dress.” I couldn’t have asked for a better or more special experience to share with my mom, sister, mother-in-law and niece. Molly is so incredible, I can’t say enough good things about her. She was kind, supportive, funny and she gave SUCH great advice. Truly a gem. And even beyond that the store was perfect- Beautiful gowns, incredible stylists and an overall caring and enthusiastic staff. When I got down to the final two dresses so many of the stylists came over to excitedly offer helpful input and ways to decide. I felt like they were all so genuinely excited for me even though I’m sure I was one of many brides that day- they made me feel special. Their passion for what they do was clear and I am so grateful to every woman there. Thank you True Society and THANK YOU MOLLY!! I can’t wait to wear my dress!!!

I had such a great experience at true society! My consultant Casey was amazing in listening to what I wanted and making suggestions along the way. We had so much fun going through the styles and I really appreciated how transparent she was about pricing through each step of the process. It was an unforgettable experience and the selection of horns was amazing!

I went to true society with a vision of a dress. I wasnt 100% sure what I wanted but my stylist Kayla helped me out in picking the perfect dress. She helped me to elaborate on why exactly I didnt like a certain dress and customize the one I ended up finding. She was awesome with helping avoid dresses outside of my budget. I cannot recommend this store enough for a true bridal experience.

I went to True Society today in hopes of finding a dress that made me feel unique and beautiful. Abby was my stylist and absolutely exceeded my expectations x1 million. She made me feel heard, valued, beautiful, and respected, and knocked it out of the park with pulling dresses that were exactly what I was dreaming of. She even helped me customize the one I picked to be 100% perfect for my body. I cannot recommend Abby and this store enough, and wish I could experience this day over and over!!! Can’t wait to see my dress when it comes in!! ❤️❤️

The team at True Society was amazing! The set up was perfect too! I enjoyed being able to look through the dress & have a 360 mirror to make sure the one I chose was the perfect fit! My stylist Molly did an a great job finding just the dress I was looking for & made it so fun when I said yes by letting me try on bridal accessories & popping a bottle of champagne! I definitely recommend this store!

Officially a TRUEBRIDE as of Saturday. I went to two other wedding dress appointments and neither were comparable to my experience at True Society. I received warmth from all the employees upon arrival. I received a tour of all racks within the store. My entourage and I were treated so well! Aubin, my consultant was amazing! I couldn’t say enough good things about them. I was kept UNDER budget and my vision was respected!

Incredible experience working with this bridal salon! Even wedding dress shopping for my first time in March 2021 during COVID, they were accommodating & made sure my bridal shopping experience was all I had ever dreamed it would be! Dress & veil both came in quicker than I had been quoted when I ordered, & everything was absolutely perfect. They have a huge selection based on your price or designer preference, they truly have a dress for everyone! Not to mention their frequent trunk shows ensure youre able to get your favorite designers newest dresses at the best prices!

I had THE ABSOLUTE best experience shopping at True Society! My consultant Casey was sweet, funny, kind-spirited, and extremely informative. She helped me to talk through what I liked/did not like about the dresses I tried on which brought me more clarity throughout my appointment. She was especially knowledgeable about the customization process offered for certain lines, and helped suggest ways to adjust aspects of gowns to follow my vision. She truly was my “fairy godmother” :)The team at True Society really went above and beyond for me - one of the staff members had even driven to get a dress I had fallen in love with from their website from storage for a bridal show the next day. It was the dress I ended up choosing and I could not be more grateful that the staff had allowed me the opportunity to try on this dress. Again, they are the ABSOLUTE best!As soon as I said yes to my dress, the staff brought champagne for me and my guests. The whole day was so special and extremely memorable. The inventory was extensive and offered dresses of all different shapes, styles, and budgets. The salon itself is beautiful and the dressing rooms are set up in a way that allows a lot of privacy for brides and their guests. I could not have had a better experience wedding dress shopping than I did at True Society! It was such a relaxed but exciting process and out of the 3 places I went this was by far the best. The stylist that helped me, Molly, went above and beyond to help me find my dream dress and made it such a fun time! They have dresses for every bride’s style and can customize a lot of the lines they carry so you can get exactly what you want. If you are shopping for dresses in the kc area you must go here!!

Lauren helped me find THE DRESS and was amazing. Super helpful in explaining their dress options/designers and where to look based on my preferred/desired style. Full service from unzipping each dress to helping you into them and even dramatically opening the dressing room curtain to show your awaiting guests. She helped me think through the differences between the dresses and even came up with a customized solution (which wasnt that much more expensive) with Stacys assistance. I would highly recommend. Plus, you get champagne once you say yes to the dress!

This boutique is AMAZING!! 10/10 recommend coming here and working with Mariah. She made me feel so so special the whole day and really made my squad feel very involved as well. She was the best hype woman, never pressured me into liking something I wasnt sure about, really knows her stuff and made me feel comfortable the whole time. If youve ever seen Say Yes to the Dress, THATS how it feels! Once I found my dress (the second one I tried on), there were several staff around clapping and cheering for me and then they brought out champagne to celebrate. I chose True Society as my first stop for my wedding dress shopping! Gina was the best bridal consultant & listened to every dress detail I was looking for. I went shopping for my wedding gown a couple of weekends ago and had THE BEST experience. Sydney did an amazing job finding styles that made me feel beautiful and was extremely helpful in the entire process. All of the staff was friendly and helpful when it came to finding my perfect dress and I couldn’t be happier!

We had a wonderful experience at True Society! The shop is stunning, all the staff we encountered were welcoming and friendly. We had a large group and they did not seem bothered by that at all and warmly understood how special of a day it was for everyone. My consultant Molly, was so knowledgeable, and gave us a tour of the entire store and only showed us gowns in our price range. She was not at all pushy, in fact, after each gown she allowed myself and the group to discuss together and asked me questions regarding what I liked or didnt like about each gown in order to pull any additional that I may like. She took the shoes off her own feet for me to put some heel height with the gown I chose. We got to know each other throughout the try on process, she asked me questions about our families and my groom. I left truly feeling like I made a friend along the way. She was fantastic and thorough. We had the best time!

Their were so many options to chose from and she helped me add some customizations to my dress day of appt so I could see my vision in person. I cannot wait to see the final result! True Society was the first place I went to get my wedding dress and I am so so glad that I did. I got Casey and was immediately impressed with her professionalism and just how genuinely kind she was. She took us to every dress rack and told us about every designer and did not leave out a thing. The fourth dress I tried on was the one and I felt as if every member of the team was there to dress me up. I ended up buying everything they put on me just because everyone there made me feel so stunning. All around this place was amazing and I am so thankful I got Casey, she was an absolute joy to work with.

The staff at True Society, and especially Casey, were absolutely AMAZING!!! I felt comfortable and valued from the second I walked through the door. I recently purchased my wedding dress & bridesmaid dresses from here. (First place I had went & tried on!) The shop was so gorgeous and they had such a great selection of wedding & bridesmaids dresses. Molly was amazing to work with. She was so knowledgeable, and made me and my “crew” feel so comfortable. Stacy is an amazing consultant - she was honest, thoughtful, compassionate, a great listener, and a true advocate for me as a bride. I had the greatest experience at True Society with Jenn! This was my first bridal appointment and I didnt expect to find THE dress so early, but Jenn attentively listened to my wants & needs, brought me some options she knew Id love, as well as some others to really understand what I liked and didnt like. I came in because my #1 dress online was in stock, but once Jenn picked out a dress for me after listening and observing what I wanted, I fell in love. It was really amazing to have someone understand exactly what I was looking for even when I couldnt articulate the words. To top it all off - the dress she picked was from a trunk show, so I had to opportunity to be one of the first to ever buy the dress! I cant say enough good things about my experience here. My consultant was Stacy and she was incredible. I fell in love with the first dress I had on. She knew what would look good on me and what I would love better than I did. After I tried on other dresses, I couldnt find anything to beat dress #1. Unfortunately, my crowd wasnt so convinced. So the last dress she put me in was actually dress #1 with a blush underlay. It blew everyone away and it was perfect. Im so happy!Seriously, this was my only Bridal store I went to and my first time trying on dresses. I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else!Plus, the champagne was great! 😊

Had an incredible experience at True Society with stylist Molly Gaston. As Maid of Honor for my sister, I was hoping her experience of dress shopping would be amazing, and it was that and more. Molly went above and beyond to make my sister feel beautiful in every dress she tried on, offered suggestions and created visuals for potential alterations, and made sure all of my sister’s guests were included and involved. I wish I could have come to Molly & True Society when I shopped for my own dress. On top of all of this, the location was incredibly clean, had a great layout, lots of mirrors for the brides, etc. Thank you for a wonderful day. I went to 3 shops in the Kc area the dress shopping day. True Society being the last one. And it was the best one. They were so professional. My stylist, Casey, was so bubbly and nice. She was intuitive about my special day and even gave some great ideas. I gave her my budget and she showed me dresses within it and nothing without. I was actually the one that ventured out of it and found my dream dress. Casey also was very upfront about their ordering and deposit policy as well as turnaround and assured me she would give me a great seamstress to make the last tweaks. My bridal party even found their perfect dress. The staff was so helpful and the environment is so clean and sophisticated at True Society. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Instantly when I came in I was in awe of all of the beautiful dresses in the store! Everyone was so friendly and sweet and they helped me find the dress of my dreams. The associate who helped me find my dress, Casey, went above and beyond to find styles that she knew I would love, and we found the dress I get to wear on the best day ever! I almost purchased my dress here. The selection of gowns is incredible. The set up is incredible. The stylist I worked with, Gina was incredible. However, I did not feel comfortable purchasing my dress here. There were two reasons I did not seal the deal. I felt very pressured to say yes to the dress which had me questioning - are they loving this dress on me, is this really the dress, or is it just about the sale? I was dress shopping solo so I was relying on the staffs opinion and taking it into heavy consideration. When they pushed for the sale at the end of both appointments it had me doubt my decision and then I would get confused about what type of dress I wanted in the first place. I dont like feeling pressured and like to sleep on my decisions when Im spending a few thousand dollars. I wanted to make sure I was confident that this was my decision and not a decision based on influence. Again, I wanted their input but ultimately I wanted to feel confident and I didnt. What ultimately sealed the deal of me walking away and purchasing elsewhere was the comment of Im not sure we will be able to get the dress on time. Well, I am not comfortable taking a chance on gambling 5k. Not sure if it was a sales tactic to get me moving on making a decision to purchase right then and there because I had already been there twice or if it was legitimately the case. Either way I wasnt sure of why they were ok with selling me a dress that might not be in on time for my wedding? Overall, I just wasnt comfortable completing the purchase so I nixed it all together. In their defense I will say I was looking to order a dress in a very short time frame (5 months) and depending on the dress designer that can be a problem. I think I would have felt very differently had I not been on a time crunch and maybe had outside support of family/friends, but I am not originally from KC so that was not an option. Lastly, while I might not have purchased my dress here, had circumstances been different I probably would have. I do want to conclude with the selection is amazing and Gina will do an outstanding job to help you find a style that is flattering to you.

Noelle and True Society have honestly been hands down one of the best customer experience centered businesses I have ever worked with! She has truly gone above and beyond for me and my bridesmaids when some unexpected things came up with my bridesmaids dresses & had it not been for her I would have been so lost & they are getting it taken care of and making sure I have exactly what I want on my wedding day! If I could give True Society, in particular Kori and Stacy, 10 stars, I would!! My day of wedding dress shopping began at True Society with friendly and excited faces meeting me at the door and the enthusiasm to help me find my perfect dress didnt stop there! First impressions are everything, not to mention the fact that Kori researched my venue and truly listened to what I was envisioning for my wedding day. I found two absolutely beautiful and great quality dresses, but both very different, and was having a hard time making a decision. So, I decided to go have lunch with my family and think things over. Id already made two other appointments that afternoon at other bridal stores and while at lunch I decided to go ahead and go to those appointments to then find myself back at True Society at the end of a very long day. I went back to True Society because the customer service, professionalism, and true investment into making my dream dress become a reality was found here!! My intention was to try on the two dresses that I couldnt decide between, but to my surprise Kori and Stacy had been thinking of me throughout the day and had a new, perfect dress in mind for me! In respect of my budget and all of the aspects of a wedding gown that I had hoped for, they pulled a dress that I hadnt tried on yet and it was PERFECT!!! I put it on an instantly knew it was my dress! Kori and Stacy paired it with a beautiful veil and even let me walk outside to see the intricate details of the beautiful dress! I had such a great experience at True Society with Molly as my bridal stylist. She took the time to get to know me and my style and made sure to pull dresses that were budget friendly. I felt so comfortable throughout my entire appointment and very much appreciate the time Molly took to make sure each dress fit me the best way possible. I tried on less than 10 dresses and had to go back and forth on a couple before making my final decision for my perfect dress! I cant wait to wear my dress on my wedding day. Saturday October 16th, I went to Belle Vogue worried that I would change my mind about the dress I first tried on 2 years ago for giggles but fell in love with! It was at a shop in Florida that permanently closed down recently but thankfully Belle Vogue happened to have the EXACT SAME DRESS that I will now be getting married in next year! Im so beyond glad that fate lead me there and that Gina helped me circle back to my definite answer that this is the one! Gina helped me say yes to the dress! Im thankful for her and the amazing experience we had with her and the other staff that were so sweet, kind, & definitely hype you up! My experience at True Society was excellent. Molly helped me find my dress by respecting my budget, listening to my ideas, and finding what I liked / disliked of each dress I tried on. I had an appointment on 10/30/2021 with Aubin and she was absolutely AMAZING!! They called me a day or two before my appointment to get to know me and ask for the style I was looking for or if I had an open mind about the dress. I didn’t think I was going to find a dress that morning because I had two other appointments that day afterwards. But Aubin made my experience fantastic and made me excited about wedding planning again! She listened to everything I wanted and more! After I found THE dress, she brought in the most beautiful veil to match it along with accessories and let my sister and I play around with different ideas to go with the look! I never felt rushed and I never felt like I was a burden like I had at other dress places. She made me feel absolutely beautiful again! I highly recommend this shop to EVERYONE! Made an appointment spontaneously to try on bridal gowns and was honestly BLOWN away. Minutes after I made my appointment I got a call from Emily, my consultant, who wanted to know more about what I was looking for and my vision. This made things that much smoother coming into the salon because she already had an idea of what I was looking for. Everyone was extremely helpful and supportive here, even if they werent my consultant. Could not recommend this salon and the consultants enough. I said yes to the dress here, unexpectedly, and am still smiling ear to ear. BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT!

I had an amazing experience at True Society by Belle Vogue Bridal in Kansas City. Kaitlin was absolutely wonderful! She was so patient and so kind. I sent some inspiration pictures and actually got to try on both of those gowns and then she took the reigns and found me my dream gown that is going to be perfect for my beach wedding in Hawaii! Our Bridal Specialist, Gina Fachi, was wonderful! As happens lately, we needed to find a wedding dress quickly. Gina Fachi made good and quick decisions on which dresses my daughter was imagining for her wedding. I am the mother and had NO idea of what my daughter was hoping to wear. I was relieved to have someone like Gina take charge and move everyone forward to a beautiful purchase.

True Society was incredible! I had an appt at another bridal shop the same day and True Society stood out ten fold. The design, layout, and overall appearance is elegant and welcoming. They were very diligent with COVID procedures enforcing all guests to wash their hands upon entering. I had the pleasure of working with Noelle and she was incredible. I had a vision in my head that was not working out when trying dresses on and she knew exactly which way to steer the appointment. Other consultants drop by during the visit and also give feedback which is so fun. I left feeling so thrilled with my purchase and did not feel pressured as I did at other shops. I truly felt welcomed and apart of the True Society family that day.

This place is AMAZING!!!! The team here is very welcoming where they gave me a tour of the place and showed me the range of gown collections they have, which is simply beautiful. Stacy was my consultant and I would highly recommend her!!! I was there with my daughter to shop for her wedding dress in December of 2020 and we picked up the dress in July 2021. The initial consultation was fabulous, the staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. They fitted her for the order of her and it was almost perfect when we tried on the custom order. If you are unsure where to bridal shop in KC, go to True Society!! I’ve been to several bridal shops in KC and they were by far the best. They truly went above and beyond to make it the best experience. They took their time and you could see all the dresses in the store and they told you what price each rack was. I asked to see the dress in natural lighting. And they let me walk outside across the concrete with the dress on, just so I could see it. I said yes to the dress!! Ngina was an amazing and knowledgeable consultant. Several other employees helped me as well just because they wanted to and were invested in dresses I was trying on! Go to True Society, you will not regret it!!!

I had an AMAZING time today finding my dress. I followed their Instagram for months since I’ve been engaged and loved almost every dress they posted so I was very nervous that it would take me forever to narrow it down. I absolutely loved my experience at True Society by Belle Vogue in the Crossroads. Stacy was my bridal consultant and I cannot speak highly enough about her. She went above and beyond to really understand the style I was going for and even pulled dresses that I never would have tried on, but she knew would look good on me and that I would actually like. I ended up saying yes to a dress that she picked out for me! She was very attentive and responsive to the questions and feedback from me and the group I brought along with me. The other bridal consultants who werent dedicated to me were also very helpful and supportive. I cannot say enough good things about this bridal shop. I recently found my dress at the Crossroads location. I took my mom, grandma, and maid of honor with me. We all loved the experience! We got a tour of the store with a short explanation of each designer, and then I got to choose dresses off the rack to try on. The store was beautiful and they took very good care of us. Aubin was extremely helpful and listened to my vision. I am super excited for my dress to come in!

I absolutely loved my time at True Society! Morgan was so excellent, calm, helpful, and sweet. I had an early morning appointment with other appointments lined up for the rest of the day. I found a dress I truly loved, but I was still curious to see what I could find at my other appointments. So, I left the store with the comment that I might be back later. The girls at the front desk said something like, yes, well see you back here later this afternoon and well have the champagne ready for you! I loved their confidence and promise that Id find my perfect dress with them even though I still wanted to look at other options. I went to my next appointment and tried on a dress out of my price range and not in my typical style - more as a joke rather than anything - and, uh oh, I fell in love with it... err, rather I fell in love with my surprise at liking a different style dress. But it wasnt perfect or that aha! moment - and it was out of my price range. Also, I didnt have as good of an experience at this 2nd place as I did at True Society... so I wanted to go back to True Society and see if they had anything in this new style I discovered. I came back to True Society, showed Stacey the picture of the new dress style and said, do you have anything kind of like this that I could look at? Stacey instantly replied, yes! Within 2 minutes, Stacey, Morgan, and Katie had us seated at a dressing station with 5 options. Impressive since I came at a time that wasnt my appointment and they had other brides in the store. They even managed to pull a dress that had a combination of my old style and my new style. The second I put this dress on, I KNEW it was the one. I never thought Id have that feeling, but I did. AND the bonus was that it was within my price range! Morgan was so excited and Stacey brought over the promised champagne. A big thank you to Morgan and Stacey for truly connecting with me and my entourage. We truly felt taken care of!!

I had such a great experience at True Society! I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Mariah was my sales girl and I adored her. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable, and she let me know she was on my side the whole time! The dress selection and price range is vast, so there’s truly something for everybody. The shop itself is absolutely adorable, and the way the fitting rooms are set up is fantastic for the bride and her group! One of my favorite things about True Society is that they are SIZE INCLUSIVE!!! And lastly, the girls that work there are absolutely amazing. We drove from STL to Kansas City to come here because of the great reviews and selection of dresses. We were not disappointed! I worked with Sydney and Aubin. I loved Sydney because she was honest with me about what looked good and what didnt, and noticed things that I overlooked. I loved Aubin because she was able to fine tune the dress to what I wanted, and has still had amazing communication with me to make suggestions and answer questions about how I can make the dress look perfect. Both were very sweet and made us feel welcome!
