ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I pulled in one day because my car was leaking oil terribly. They glanced at my car not five minutes said everything was fine, nothing was wrong. One day later my car almost caught fire because of course there was an oil leak and NO OIL in my car. If they had just taken the time to appropriately look at my car they wouldve found that. My daughter was in the car and it was a horrible experience with my car almost catching fire. I called to talk to manager or owner and nobody would give me his contact or take a message from me. TERRIBLE! Be careful! They are CROOKS and will not do the necessary work to keep you safe. Completely disrespectful, terrible customer service, and lack the skills to actually fix your car. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE!!! WE COULDVE BEEN VERY VERY VERY INJURED BECAUSE THEY DIDNT LOOK AT MY CAR!

I was very impressed by their promptness and professionalism. They had a good selection of used tires with a good percentage of tread remaining. The price was right and local around the corner. I plan on using this place, complete Auto Center for my future used tire needs.

They are usually reasonable on task they do for you. They are very nice to women, no ignoring you, an talking down to women. I really like them.

The worst auto shop ever. I went for my speed sensor and the old big black guy with the twisted eyes brought my car back not working at all. Then told me that i can go to another shop if i dont trust his work. Then finally the boss came and made it worst. I simply just wanted my money bk but no they kept insisting that what i brought the car in for was not what i needed fixing. Which is understandable but can u at least fix the car for what i brought it in for!!!!????

I had an overall good experience. They were nice, fast, hard working and friendly. My only complaint is I was told 50$ each tire on the phone and charged 55$ each. But they were good tires, they matched and had over half tread.

This is a great place to get work done. Staff is friendly and helpful. I brought in my own tire and rim to have mounted and put on the vehicle and they did while I waited in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place and will be bringing my other vehicle for work in the future.

I was really surprised that they were open on a Sunday afternoon, they changed my rear tire and replaced it with my spare in less than 30 minutes and it 90 + degrees so glad they were open , and the price was reasonable. Great service.

If you need used tires then one of the best places to go. The guys that work their are really nice. But I was over charged for a brake job and it wasnt right. The brakes kept grinding, even when I wasnt applying the brakes. Took my car back but he said that the brake pads had to grind down to the rotors. Had to get them redone two weeks later, by someone else. Never again.

Absolutely the best place to get your car serviced. They are fully staffed & can get almost any type of car repair done in a short amount of time. The staff are down to earth people that can relate to what you may have going on in your life. They will also work with you on the price of the repairs so that the both of you can go away happy. In closing I would say that Complete auto center is the most stress free non intimidating auto repair shop in the city. It is a much that you go there.

This was the most positive experience I have ever had for my vehicle. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They treated me kindly and explained what they were doing. The service was extremely quick and the price was fair. They have made a lifelong customer!

If you need a tire fixed than these might be your guys, but this is far from a complete auto center.Went here for a noise coming from the engine and loss of power. After about 15 minutes of waiting to be helped, I had to grab the manager to get some help. Then after about 5 minutes of him checking and listening to the engine, he confirmed that I should be okay to drive back home which was 180 miles away. Under his advice we left and set off for home, until we made it 5 miles down the road and then the engine quit and we were forced to get a tow truck and makes plans from there.

Im giving them a one-star because I went there to get a oil change and he never screwed in my cap correctly and the oil was still leaking out

So... My husband went here 2 weeks ago and had a tire and the rim and just needed the tire put on the rim and then... On the car. They charged him $20. I went there yesterday, for the exact same thing! I mean EXACT SAME THING! Guess how much they wanted me to pay??? $50! The price increased $30 in 2 weeks!? Huh!?!?! Inflation!? Or is it that I am a woman!? Not sure, either way.... but.... Its WRONG NO MATTER WHAT! Update: I wonder how come they respond to every review but, after 3 weeks... Havent responded to mine??? Honestly, after I saw that they responded to every review left. I was truly expecting a response and a resolution. I will NEVER use this place again! I will go to Blue Ridge! They charged me $15 for what this place wanted to charge me $50 for!

Great service here. Enoch is always professional and fair. Ive been getting a great price ($40-$50 for a balanced used tire- installed) for years. The last tire installed was a 19Pirelli pzero on my BMW 135 and was practically brand-new.

Very surprise how fast the service was. They definitely pay attention to you as you pull up and quickly take care ot you. I highly recommend this auto place, especially if you need a used tire!

Wow!!! Five Stars for This Place!! My Dodge caravan had a very flat tire so i called a couple of places to buy an used tire. The shop i usually go to quoted me $140.95 for a new tire. I called this place and was quoted only $48 for an used tire. The guy i talked to was extremely helpful-his name was Harley-he is an asset to the company! I think he deserves a raise or a bonus! My friend who had gone to pick up the tire said he was extremely impressed about the shop and all of the nice employees and the tire prices. I was even able to pay for the tire over the phone-PLUS it was open on a sunday-many shops are not--extremely convenient for me. I will be spreading the word abt this awesome business! :)

Ive been going here for used tires for years. Theyve always been quick, work is always done correctly and you CANT BEAT THEIR PRICES. Also, they never try to upsell me. The guys are die-hard rough around the edges mechanics, but EXTREMELY SERVICE ORIENTED AND OUT TO PLEASE. Theyre good guys and very friendly once theyve warmed up to you. Never any funny business. Ive been treated with nothing but utter respect here. I appreciate that theyve stayed consistent with their pricing throughout the years.

I went for air in my tires and to get fluids chked on my 2000 Volvo...I was told I needed an oil change ..I trusted this place only because I had been a long time customer buying tires..my car ran extremely quite but on this day I wasnt even gone from this shop ten minutes my engine was making a loud knocking noise..I went back was told thats normal by the 3rd time driving back within a hour and a half..my car died and I was told its not their problem.then I was told buy a new engine and owner would put it in for free.do not go to this place I was lf without transportation and missed alot of work behind this place

When the race is put over priority of customer waiting in line that’s pretty screwed up. And their alignment machine is broken. No point in getting tires put on if you can’t you have aligned correctly.You’ll be back in no time flat with the same problem

As soon as you drive up someone is at you window asking how can they help, now if they are busy(90% they are) its worth the wait, they put tires on my car, did a tune up, fixed my fuel pump, and some other things on two of my cars, one is a 92 and the other is a newer one.

Complete Auto Center offers the best auto mechanic experience. Do not be scared by the lack of frills (if you want to sit and wait, go to the McDonalds across the street) or how busy it is (they charge fair prices focus on volume/throughput, so they have quick turn around times).Enock, the proprietor/supervisor is excellent. He only fixes what is wrong. Hell often talk me OUT of doing work, even though Ive told him another national chain garage had recommended it. I went to him after Firestone had quoted me $1000 parts and labor for fixing both ball joints and tie rods. He checked the ball joints for me and said they were fine, but both tie rods did need to be replaced. He charged me half of what firestone had quoted me for replacing the tie rods. I ended up spending less than $200!The only downside is hes so busy, I feel compelled to have my typical maintenance (oil change/tire rotation) done at the national chains. Any time I have any major work to do, though, I head to Enock.One time, he worked on our Hyundais brakes after they had stuck and wore down. The fix he tried didnt work and the pads he put on wore down. He replaced the pads and tried a different fix, which worked this time. We tried to pay him for the second set of pads and he wouldnt accept since he felt responsible for them wearing out (which he was not!).I drive 30 minutes across town to have Enock work on our cars. An honest, fair, quality mechanic is worth the trip!
