They redid the brakes for my tractor did an excellent job couldnt ask for better service

I wouldnt reccomend this company to my worst enemy let alone a dog! Ive been calling non stop to speak with a supervisor or a manager and no answer ! My mom left her car running outside of thriftway on 63rd for not even 5 mins to get some boxes so she can move , by the way the security guard there was fine with ... She comes out and her car is on the tow truck from this company ... The man driving told my mother that she had to give him 75.00 or else he was going to take her car to the tow lot ... Let me remind u my mother is old and also her foot is broken shes wearing a boot she had to literally sit on her car and wait for my aunt who left hee job to bring her 75.00 .... I dont know if this company is broke or if the driver just needed extra money because hes not getting paid enough but this is not how u do business this was a inconvenience and definitely a waste of money and time u never know other people struggles ... I will definitely be spreading the word about this company to the news channels and any and everybody else ...
