Becky was WONDERFUL! We walked in, knowing we needed something. Sleeping was becoming a chore and we had both recently seen a chiropractor and learned of some not so great back problems. We weren’t sure of anything, but walked out with a great deal and new adjustable base.She gave us EXCEPTIONAL service. I recommend her to anyone who wants a deal or needs help finding exactly what is right for them!

Dennis was our sleep expert, hie was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made the process easy and painless. We even got our bed delivered the very next day, 30 min in a 2 hr. window. Excellent service all around, will definitely have my business in the future.

They were very helpful, patient, and listened to what our situation was. They didnt try to show us items that wouldnt fit our needs, and pointed out the differences between the options, so we could select the best bed for us. We were pleased with what we learned, and our new bed will be delivered, and set up, the day after tomorrow.

We were the only customer, yet he didnt have time for us. The associate could not answer questions about mattresses. He was more interested in working oh his computer. We left.Didnt see how to reply to the owners response, so I edited this one. The associate was on his computer, stated he was having an issue. He was stressed and someone called him at his desk. Had nothing to do with the 30 second call I took. We bought a matress at NFM.

Good service. I called for a mattress to make sure they had it in stock. When I got there it was ready. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

The employee who helped us was amazing. We tried out everything twice before settling on the perfect mattress for our upgrade from a queen bed to a king! Can’t wait for it to come in. That’s probably my only complaint, is that we have to wait another 2 weeks before we can get the mattress that we wanted delivered!If you haven’t visited one of these stores, I highly recommend a visit. Went to a couple different places like NFM and ended up at Mattress Firm Shoal Creek (wish we would have just started here). We walked in and got helped right away! Buying a mattress for my son with him not with us is a task all in its self but Casey and Becky suggested different types and explained them all to us. They made everything so easy! You get to try out the mattresses yourself and deal with an actual human, plus their health sanitary measures made me feel secure while I was there.

I was having a difficult time with my order i placed in 05/2020 and now it’s 08/2020 so i called 3 different stores around North Kansas City to help me and surely enough i found the right guy! Casey helped me with my order as soon as he heard what happened he was on top of figuring out what he could do to help! He was fast on his feet and very polite. I went to this store to return an item that I didnt need. The lady that was working there seemed to be very annoyed that I stopped by today. She kept looking at her computer screen as I was talking to her. She displayed zero customer service skills, in fact the only thing she said to me was This will go to corporate so it will take 8-10 days for the return to post to your account. I almost wish I had gone back to the Metcalf store where they were much nicer.

I purchased my mattress through another location and had it delivered to the Shoal location for pickup. I spoke with Danielle who was very customer service oriented and let me know they would call me when it was time for pick up. I let her know that I was 3 1/2 hours away and might not be able to pick up until the weekend or the following weekend. She assured me that it would not be an issue. From there it went downhill fast. Earlier this week Ashley called me to let me know the mattress had arrived. I told her that it might be the next weekend before I could pick it up. She raised her voice saying the mattress was heavy and we needed to pick up sooner. After further explanation she apologized. We found out we’d be able to pick up the same weekend and I called her back and asked if there would be someone to help load as we are in our late 50’s. She initially said loading was our responsibility but stated later that she’d have someone to help stating that they wouldn’t just stand around and watch. When we arrived she was less than excited to see us. The other girl who I assume was Danielle was nice again like our first encounter. I informed her that the order was incorrect that we had ordered two sets of sheets and asked her to match the price and sell us a second set. She said she would see what she could do. She quoted us $79 more than what we paid for the first set and when I asked her if that was the best she could do. She quipped that’s what they cost. When she opened the back door her first response was that’s not going to fit. She then watched us struggle to place the 200 lb mattress in the vehicle without lifting a finger as she had promised. The price on the second set of sheets was no big deal. We’ll get it somewhere else. Her rudeness, laziness, and complete indifference was some of the worst I’ve ever seen. As a manager, she could learn a ton from Danielle.

This place is absolutely amazing! When you go in, ask for Casey Fears—best salesman ever! When we first got there, he explained the layout of the store, and then gave us time to look around a bit. Then he came over and explained all of the mattresses and their benefits and downfalls. He listened to us and what we wanted. He let us test out all of the options, and then once he figured out what we liked, he gave us more options in that category. He even broke out the clearance mattresses, just to prove that not all of the mattresses cost a fortune! He is an amazing salesman, and we got a great mattress delivered two days later. Delivery was perfect-they we’re early and quick. And the look of our new bed in our room with minimal hassle—that’s something you can’t find very often!!

David did an amazing job. We weren’t sold on buying a mattress yet. With his explanations and expertise, we quickly knew we didn’t have an adequate mattress at home. He was willing to help any way he could to get us the best night sleep. He was personable and knowledgeable. We needed a night to sleep on buying a mattress, but we couldn’t get the adjustable bed out of our head. There are more than a dozen mattress firms between our house and the one in Liberty. We drove all the way back just because of the amazing experience we had when we came in the first day. A happy Mattress Firm customer made!!!!

Awesome experience at Shoal Creek Mattress Firm. I had spent a lot of time comparing mattresses online. I knew what we wanted and took the comparison into Mattress Firm to see how close they could come to the price of the mattresses online. Jason and his sales associate were very helpful and within a 20 minute time frame they had found a comparable mattress and matched the price of the online cost. Their delivery service will bring the new mattress in and take away the old mattress. I really appreciated their professionalism.
