I contacted Corey about diagnosis and repair of my 2004 BMW 325xi. I was provided the diagnosis and estimate for repairs to my alternator and battery. Fields Brothers scheduled the repair on the next business day and was completed as promised at the price promised. I could not ask for anything more from them. I was, and remain pleased with the work. The owner kept in close communication with me. I highly recommend this repair shop.

Wow,, is what I said after Corey gave me the bad news . I tried to have repairs done @Lube it or Lose It, on Blue Ridge .BAD IDEA,,,!!$1000.00 later, car still not fixed, my car sat for for 2 weeks !Still wasnt fixed. .. I called Corey he found a used FAN, (i suggested) that $$$. Then after diagnostic I really needed a NEW water pump .One day it was DONE! Then he gave me a break on cost .An honest mechanic.. This is far from the old shop on Prospect ., just a much better space , they have ALWAYS been honest .I will ONLY take my 5 Series BMW to... The Field Bros. ..

I have a friend that went to high school with one of the techs named Corey. I’m glad he referred me. I couldn’t find anyone to do good work on my Volvo but the Volvo dealership. I had a great experience! Corey was very professional with me and when I brought my mini to them I was expecting $3k it t more in expenses to fix it and he did it for half of that. My car runs better than the day I bought it. Thank you guys so much!** Car has been acting funny and all the same lights are on as before. I have driven the car less than 50 miles since I had it fixed. Only giving 2 stars until I can contact Corey and see why my car is having the same problems and only seemed like it was fixed. Also since bringing my car there. My cars ride is rougher and louder than when I brought it in. I thought I got a good deal. I guess well see whats up when I call tomorrow. I expect theyll be professional and fix whatever mistake was made. As that seems to be how they roll.

Amazing customer service. Amazing prices. Prompt turn around time. No complaints at all and they worked seamlessly with my warranty company to not only order parts, but to make sure money was saved, and payment was received. There was no back-and-forth with me, them, or my warranty company. Definitely going back. Also forgot to mention they saved me close to $2000 in parts and labor when compared to the original European repair shop I was going to take my car to that was closer to where it stopped.

I’ve been going here for years. Corey is up front and honest. It’s a family run business and they all know how to work in foreign cars. Whatever cost they quote me is what it will be when I come back. It way more cost efficient than going to the Mercedes dealership. As long as I drive foreign cars I’ll be going here.

Horrible service. Really need to work on customer satisfaction. And not trying to get top dollar. Itll take you a long way. Clean the shop up too sometimes. Its an overall representation of your business and selves. Thanks.

My best friend uses field brothers for her foreign made vehicles. I hadnt thought about them working on my vehicle until I got an outrageous price quote from another garage. I showed it to them and they did the work for $300.00 less. And they did an excellent job.

If I could, I would give them no star. Never again. I paid to have work done and no sooner after there were issues and they did not value me as a customer and were dishonest yet, thought because I am a female I guess I would not notice a difference. These people are dishonest, unprofessional, fake, rude and not right. Do not go to them whatever you do they take advantage like many others in this town and are not right.

Got me in at the time I needed. Took care of what I needed to be diagnosed, now just getting the money together to go back to get the air intake manifold fixed. They were recommended by their auto-parts delivery lady who was working at a Goodyear shop that didnt have the expertise to fix a Bens, let alone change the oil. Ill be back Bros.

Awesome experience. Towed my car to them on Saturday; they gave it a 1 over.. told me what they thought was wrong. They called me Monday and said they checked it deeper, gave me a parts list that I would need, I agreed, and I picked it up Tuesday. BE WARE! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE OR GET WORK DONE!! They are dishonest. Bought a car that had a bad oil valve leak a week later. I took it back and they “worked on it” three times but only for the problem to continue for months until it blew. Then when I tried to reconcile they acted as if they never knew what was wrong with it and even lied and said they didn’t work on it. Just wow! 11k down the drain. You’ve been warned!
