Called too see if my junk car would be picked up before 1:00pm no call no show. I tried calling the business multiple times too further confirm if they were coming and no answer. This company was a complete waste of my time

Excellent customer service. Driver was on time between 9-11 scheduled timeframe. Very polite. Will use again.

I WAS TOLD BETWEEN 12P-2P!....THEY DIDNT MAKE SCHEDULED TIMING, ONLY HAD 1 DRIVER, & RECEPTIONIST WITH BAD ATTITUDE!...CALLED SOMEONE ELSE; WHOM WAS AT MI RESIDENCE WITHIN 30 MIN!...
