I’m a huge ice cream fan and this place was outstanding right down to the cake cone. I had the Flathead Cherry Chocolate and it was over the top delicious! Customer service was 5 star.

This is the best ice cream shop in the valley, if not even further. Their handmade ice cream is incredible, and their seasonal flavors will blow your socks off. Special shout out to the pine and huckleberry ice cream flavors.

I went here tonight and the ice cream was amazing! I ordered bear tracks and the way the chocolate covered the pretzels and peanut butter cups was so good, this chocolate was probably some of the best I’ve ever had. Also, the inside of the pretzels and peanut butter cups were amazing as well. Another thing is that there was a bit of a wait but it was short even though there were many people and that’s because the service was excellent and the workers were very nice. Also, this place includes merchandise which are reasonably priced and good looking. But this place couldn’t be any better with the interior of it because it was very clean and nice decorations! I recommend this place if you are a tourist or local in Whitefish.

Decent ice cream shop. Getting a flavor thats not super popular will net you some ice crystals. Might be worth reducing the menu and increasing the turnover of the ice cream.

The place was hopping, but the two gals behind the counter took it one customer at a time, gave each item the attention needed, and moved the line along nicely. They had their dance down to perfection and didnt seem stressed out that the line was out the door. The buzz bomb was amazing & my husband enjoyed his malt. Great sweet treat!

We have visited this place twice. Our family raves about it, but both times there were out of Huckleberry ice cream. I guess we just dont have good luck. It has outdoor seating that was enjoyable.

I hope they pay their employees good for $4 a scoop that is a bit smaller than a baseball. Fairly icy for a parlour-low fat content. 8.50 for a pint is disappointing. NYC is same or less. I travel and eat ice cream in a lot of spots and I just felt ripped off here. Cherry flavor was mild.

I give it five stars because my wife and my daughter love the place. Myself Im not too much into it but I guess thats just me. I see a very lot of happy people there having a very good time and associating so that says a lot to me. My face is on people that are smiling and having a good time and theres always a fair amount of people there all the time shows that it is a very welcoming business and staff. Go shop local we need it here

Ice cream is always great, but they closed at 8:45 when the sign says 9. My brother and his kids could not come in and get ice cream with us. We had to buy a rock solid pint for them so they could eat with us.

Omg their Mountain Chai flavor has to be one of the best and unique flavors of ice cream Ive ever tasted. It had the perfect combination of Indian masala (spice) chai (tea) and traditional filter coffee while not being overpowering. It made me nostalgic.

As other reviewers may have mentioned, yes you must wear a mask to get in. But should you let a piece of cloth get in between you and 10 minutes of mouth-watering, decadent deliciousness? Id say no. Its freaking good! We got the chocolate and huckleberry sundae. The chocolate was heavy with lots of real chocolate chips, and the lightness of the huckleberry added complexity. Also has a cute little Montana store attached to it!

This is the best ice cream place in the flathead valley along with the other Sweet Peaks. They offer an abundance of sweet and savory flavors that I crave for daily. The staff is always very nice. They always offer great suggestions if you ask. If your a tourist or new to the valley make sure to go there.

If you are a quality-over-quanity person, this is the place for you. The flavors featured on the chalkboard are few, but earn their place. And the roof- top tables feature a fun view of Kalispell.

I feel like this place has gone down hill and/or can’t keep up with how big it has gotten. Often they are all out of the speciality flavors and they lack consistency. Many of the flavors are filled with same things, i.e. chocolate chips or cheap chunks of chocolate. Used to be very creative and delicious back in the day.

The chocolate love was very chocolately but wasnt overly sweet which I enjoyed. The ice cream was very creamy and had little ice crystals. The waffle cones were good but I didnt particularly care for the cinnamon in them. The lady at the counter was very friendly. Would come back.

Are you kidding?!! The ice cream is not only the best and richest but also the most creative in their flavor creations.

First and only business I have entered this year to kick out and turn away 9 excited children because their parents are unable to wear masks. The manager was exceptionally rude especially to the cashier. One of the employees rudely referring to policy. Customers outside also expressed how particularly aggressive this business is and felt bad. Super 1’s $0.25 ice cream ended up being just as good and 1/14th price. Would highly recommend Montana’s forgo this business obviously catering to out of state customers.

Great summer stop. The only reason I cant give it 5 stars is for the high price, but the ice cream was delicious. The upstairs outdoor seating was also a neat touch.

Fun spot, decent ice cream. Friendly staff and good jams on the indoor speakers. Seating indoors and out as well as upstairs though there are rules for the balcony for your safety. I recommend the huckleberry ice cream over the huckleberry pie unless you are obsessed with pie crust. If youre into waffle cones, youll like theirs they are home made and have a cinnamon flavor to them, a little thicker than the traditional waffle cone though. Overall we were happy.

Good ice cream, however someone with a medical exemption was denied entry and service. Contacted owner, employee may need to be informed of this exemption. Response from owner: was concerned and this should not have happened.

Best ice cream you will ever have. This had to be the best vanilla ice cream ever made. Its fresh and natural tasting, not artificial like so many others. They also offer half scoops, so if you want to mix 2 flavors but are watching your girlish figure, get the half scoops. Double flavor no guilt!
