Donuts were fresh for it being 7pm at night. Staff was friendly. They had a good selection available. We dont have a Krispy Kreme near us at home so it was nice to get one thats not a day old.

Line at the drive through was a bit of a wait; but the man at the window did provide excellent service. Doughnuts were as delicious as expected.

Awsome doughnuts loved it the FROZEN ORIGINAL GLAZED LATTE. Is the best coffee ever. I recommend it with a glazed doughnut

The inside was closed so went drive thru. My order taker was very courteous and his voice was clear. Our donuts were da bomb!

Not a huge Krispy Kreme eater but they were super friendly and the donuts were fresh and sweet as always.

This Monday night employees were not wearing masks- definitely need to be wearing those due to the mandate. They also were out of original glazed 45 minutes before closing- my mom was sad. However, my chocolate cake doughnut was excellent so that was lovely.

Original donuts are always great, dont get the apple fritters, the coffee is terrible and the customer service is definitely not friendly.

I stopped by here while I was on a business trip on 27 Aug 20. The doughnuts were so fresh and soft I could’ve eating a dozen by myself. I hope we had one in Great Falls MT.

Totally accommodating, they take care of us as healthcare workers, and help spread love and joy. Theyve got my business any time Ive got the donut craving. Kind, caring, and lighthearted. Ordered a coffee with my doughnuts and they informed me that they dump the coffee out an hr before closing so they don’t have to deal with it after closing.. what kind of doughnut shop doesn’t have coffee to go with there doughnuts?? I’m surprised they didn’t dump the doughnuts out an hr before closing as well haha

The worlds best salesman works here!I was planning to buy a half of dozen, but he sold me on buying a full dozen. He was nice and extremely friendly to me and my family. I forget his name but i know it start with G. If i was his boss i would give this kid a pay raise. Also he served us hot fresh doughnuts. Yummy!

Good, not too greasy and I loved it. A little sugar though so you cant just have one. Theyre busy so plan to wait a bit at certain times. Any doughnut you order is superb, The corn fritters are too good, Nice employees that are overworked, but they handle it with a smile.

I show up. 7 in the morning. Asking for coffee in a box and donuts. The man took my order asked me about my plans for the donuts. Of course they were for my PT office for their awesome work. Just what I was looking for that morning. Smiles

Waited nearly an hour for some Apple fritters they said could be made fresh for me in 10 min. I witnessed them on the conveyor belt, just needing to be boxed up for 15 min! I eventually got the attention of one of the staff to point out the two fritters I was waiting on were done. Staff was all young males easily distracted by a few patrons of the opposite sex.

Went here twice this weekend as i hadnt one in YEARS and took some across the boarder to friends. the glazed donuts are fresh, soft and not too sweet. staff were not super friendly, but they are all very young

I really love Krispy Kreme Donuts but I have to say I was disappointed at this particular Krispy Kreme because they got our order wrong.

We pulled in from out of town with three kids needing a restroom, to be turned away at the door 10 minutes before closing because Im mopping the floor, it would be a lot easier if youd use the drive thruImpressed, but not favorably.

Donuts are good but to small in size and prices are 2 high.

If you want hot tea dont bother going to Krispy Kreme, they dont offer tea, which is crazy they offer several coffees. Why is this crazy? Tea is cheap to have on hand, in this area alot of people drink tea. So they are missing the boat, 2$2.00 - $ 5.00 will buy 100 tea bags, how much is coffee again?

Great service very polite staff. Awesome seeing the employees making and glazing doughnuts as you walk in. I also noticed a drive through around the side. Ive been to other doughnuts shops but they are definitely on top of it here. Keep up the good work!

Stop by around 7:30pm and they where out of there classic plain glazed donuts. Was told someone bought them all early in the day and they where not going to make any more. Thank you for keeping me on my diet😁.

Nothing like fresh donuts made before your eyes. Wish they had chopped peanuts as a topping, though, theyre soooo sweet the protein balances it out a little bit.

This is the first one ever that does not give out a free donut when the hot signs on. To top that off, this is the only donut shop in the area and their donuts are overpriced, overly sweet, and the employees are worthless. Will be out of business in 2 years time. Bring in a real donut place, not this garbage.

What can you say....it is Krispy Kreme . Im 57 and in all my years of life and 30 of which were spent traveling the American highways and byways; I have only found one place that beats Krispy Kreme and it is just two damn far away for me to drive 1876 miles to go get a Shipleys doughnut. Besides my 40th class reunion is in a few months and I have to watch my weight line.

I loved krispy kreme when I lived in California, I was super excited to find out one was being built up here. Theyre the same as I remember them in Cali, super tasty and delicious, their hot chocolate is tasty and their speed is fabulous!

Went in late in the evening. Store was clean and quiet, but the doughnuts are vastly overpriced for what you get. Additionally, they were very undercooked and covered with an excess of glaze to cover up that fact.

The staff was very pleasant. Try the pumpkin spice donut and it was amazing!!

Three days in Kalispell and three visits to the local Krispy Kreme! Donuts were excellent, although our usual Las Vegas location greets you with a complimentary glazed donut hot off the press, and this location does not (hence the 4/5 rating). The young man working the front counter was very friendly and helpful. We actually waited in quite a long line and watched Robert tackle the counter a drive thru by himself for a good ten to fifteen minutes before getting assistance from a coworker. Both my husband and I agreed he handled this stressful situation extremely well under enormous pressure. Well done Robert. Kalispell Krispy Kreme is very lucky to have you!

Left the drive thru they took 10+ minutes for 2 regular glazed donuts and I sat at the window and wasnt even talked to other than saying I owe 18$ for someone elses order and they still stood around not helping. Ive never had krispy Kreme in my life my girlfriend wanted to take me. Thanks guys

The employees and doughnuts were great - the place is filthy. Finger smudges all over every windows (almost inside & out). First noticed it walking in the door. Floor needs mopped. Drink countertop needs cleaning with liquid stain from drying down the front of cabinets. To see if I just got there after a big rush of people, we went back the next day. Same dried liquit spill on the front of cabinets and windows just spot cleaned. Bathroom was dirty. We wont be going back because of this.

Count your change before you leave. The guy at the register gave me the coins but no bills and acted like he forgot, but the smirk on his face told a different story.
