I love the coffee and the employees but today there was 3 cars on each side and the owner was there. Instead of helping the new girl she chose to go inside the little room and not help her at all. It took 35 minutes to even order my coffee and another 7 to get my coffee. As an owner you would have thought she would help the poor girl.

There are lots of Coffee kiosks and shops in Kalispell and why we have never had bad coffee or service from any of them, Florence Coffee Co. Is at the top of our list. The coffee is great and the service is always amazing even when there is a line of cars on both sides. They take the time to make your order right.

Amazing coffee for an early morning!!! Always make it just the way I like it and never have any issues. I often have service calls going out to bigfork so FCC is in a great place and the shop has very nice people.

Very poor Management by a girl named Jasmyn. Would not recommend, she treats her employees very poorly and I will not be returning to this coffee shop until something is done about the terrible Management they have going on right now.

Ive only been here once but my frappe was so coarsely blended it was almost chewable. The flavor was ok though!

Asked for a Mango smoothie and got crushed ice and milk. No mango flavor. Waste of 4.25. Saturday girl doesn’t do a good job.

On the keto diet it is crazy hard to find a good coffee place! Sugar free almond milk lates are my go to! Florence coffee is not! I would rather support local but the coffee I got from them this morning was completely undrinkable! Tasted beyond burnt and just terrible! Back to city brew for me.

Coffee was really bitter and barista was unfriendly. While she did offer to add more sweetener, (which would only accomplish me having a sweet and “bitter” latte) her comment on the bitter coffee was that she had made it correctly and she didn’t know what could be wrong. I’m giving them the two stars because the latte was the correct temperature. It was unfortunately not drinkable and I threw it away.

I stopped here for coffee before my 4 hour drive home. I had to write a review and say it was a great drink, they made my blended ice coffee fresh! Usually where I live, they have a machine that spins the ice coffee all day/week. I was impressed and delighted.

Ive only had coffee from here on two occasions but both times my coffee was absolutely delicious and affordable. The Baristas have very positive attitudes and are social with customers. I would come here more often if I lived closer. Highly recommend!

Excellent coffee

Coffee and tea was great! There was however, a huge line on both sides of the stand because there was only one person who was newer. there is nothing wrong with her, but she shouldnt have been left alone for her sake and everyone elses.

SO good. They dont burn the coffee and the large sizes are the best. Even when theres a few cars ahead of me, the line still flows pretty fast and is totally worth the wait :-)

We stopped here on a whim when our other coffee shop was closed. I was not disappointed!! Their coffee is excellent and my word are those barristas fast!!! Florence is now my number 1 coffee house. The others just dont compare.

I love this place. It is so consistent. I lived in Missoula for a couple years and when I moved back to Kalispell it was the place I missed the most. So happy we have one now.
