Sales associate got up in my space bubble-much closer than 6 feet- to talk to me, with her mask under her nose. Repeatedly called me hon. Please dont do that! Like nails on a chalk board.

I shop here a lot but the experience I recently had was terrible. Usually when you walk in someone greets you and asks if you need help. If you don’t need help they check in on you about every 5 minutes to make sure your still doing okay. I was never greeted or asked if I needed help. There were 3 girls that were working that day, 2 were standing behind the counter and 1 was just sitting there on the ledge chatting away. Not once was I acknowledged. When I went to check out the lady that was checking me out looked very offended I interrupted their little chat. In all do to respect I expected better customer service from a high brand company but I do apologize about breaking up your little chat meeting.

This Sephora is the most terrible in Kalispell , not only the attitude that Service Lady also not friendly to little kids . You will need to notice that if you bring your kids there . Maybe next time you will heard the lady yelling you kids .Very terrible shopping experience that we never meet in Kalispell .

Decent little selection to give you a Sephora fix. Downfall is the horrible service at the cash wrap. They do not say thank you they do not ask if you want to redeem your points. Nothing. I’ve shopped here twice and now just take my business online.I have been to Sephora’s all over and have been a VIB Rouge customer for years.I’m a loyal Sephora customer. I’ve had some of the best service from store directors and the girls. This location is a disappointment.One associate was rude to me and my young son because he grabbed a tester which we promptly returned to its original location. This is JC Penney in the mall you are going to have kids coming in have some compassion for parents who are trying their hardest and just need to pick a primer up.

Not a huge selection at this smaller Sephora, but adequate. Staff not super helpful. Had to ask for help and employee was less than enthusiastic. Happy to see a Sephora in Kalispell. A mediocre Sephora is better than nothing.
