Sally Beauty sells professional level salon products to the public without needing a cosmetology license. It works out better if you know what youre doing (at least look up some tutorials online) and dont expect miracles (there is no toner on earth that will turn golden orange hair platinum, thats not what toner does, it is literally in the name). They run the store with minimal staff on purpose based on orders from corporate, which means if someone gets sick sometimes the store has to close. If that bothers you, I suggest either ordering online or contacting corporate and telling them they should let the store hire more people, because thats not a decision made by anyone working at that store.

Is this place ever open? Third time stopping by while in the area and its always closed. First time closed early and now its had a sign up since Saturday (its now Tuesday) that its closed due to unforseen circumstances. I understand things happen, but it would be nice if someone updated their days/hours.

A special shout-out to Amber, but ALL of the employees here are knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. Ive been there several times and the service is always exceptional. Why go to Ulta, where the employees are stuck up & nasty, when you can come here and get excellent service instead?

Hit up Ulta instead. I went in looking for dermaplaning tools and products. The girls had no clue what i was talking about and the person who seemed to be the manager on shift explained incorrectly what this process is. Ulta had knowledgeable staff and i found the products I was looking for.

Staff was very friendly. When asking for help about what I needed for my hair they were very helpful and knowledgeable. My hair turned out awesome! Thank you ladies!

The staff is as helpful as they can be and always friendly in my experience but not always as knowledgeable on the product lines they carry, but they will try to help you by reading along side you what is listed on the products, they do not make salon wage so there is only so much you can expect for a retail job such as this.The manager pulled a fast one one time, instead of renewing our sallys card for five dollars and giving us the buy one get one free she just said she would work it out for us. Her idea of working it out was to take 10% off the bill claiming that this worked out better in the end. After we got home we found all the items charged full price instead of buy one get one free the bill was much higher than it would have been , even with paying the annual fee. Needless to say we were not impressed, and we would not have bought the free items had we known we were only going to receive 10% off... Unfortunately we live out of town and were unable to return to call her on this.Another thing to mention, I have been trying to call the store for the last three hours to find out if the carry a product Sallys has on their website, the line has been busy the entire time and I have been unable to get through.

My absolute FAV beauty store. Cheap and has amazing supplys, makeup, nails, hair, everything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Went in there to get some nail stuff and the chick greeted me quickly but then was super rude to me afterwards. Dont know if she thought I was stupid or what but she wasnt friendly at all and did not really seem to give a crap about anything. Wont be going back.

Super helpful...as a stylist love being able to send the public there...so happy they are here!!
