Best automotive repair in valley. Honest people which hard to find anymore!

Not only were they polite & helpful when I made appointment, but on the day of appointment they called to see if I could come in an hour early! It was a great price and way cheaper than most. It was suppose to take 30-45min for my alignment, I pulled up and they were ready to go. I was in and out and while I waited, I had great conversation. I will DEFINITELY be back for ANY of my truck needs!! I do not give 5 stars often or lightly.

The best service I have received! They are honest, affordable, have great service, professional and very accommodating. I had them check my engine light and they found a bad sensor. Ordered the part for me and came in a timely manner and had no troubles with them. Car was running back to normal. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for affordable and great service shop!

We were vacationing at Glacier and needed some work done on the car. They were able to fit us in with their busy schedule, which we really appreciated. They also were very honest. We thought we needed to have something replaced and after they looked at it, it was just due to a wire not being plugged in correctly. Some other places would have just charged you for the new part and not thought twice. Overall this place seemed like a really nice family owned establishment. We would highly recommend them. These guys (and gal) are the best.Very efficient technicians and a well organized shop. I was unsure of a process and they were quite patient, diplomatic , and showed me the work they had done. The only problem is getting an appointment, as they are quite in demand!

Had them do the wheel hubs on my truck. They were scheduled out a couple weeks but let me drop it off anyways. They got to it the following day and had me going on no time! They were very affordable as well as excellent work. Highly recommended, they are awesome!

Honest! Hubby took his car here for possible battery issues and they told the truth that it was just a light left on in the trunk. I took my Jeep and got the brakes done for a fair price, well keep coming back for sure. :)

Went in for an alignment and they quoted me telling me they couldn’t do it because I needed $1,500 worth of repairs done before they could do the alignment. Grabbed my keys and took my truck to my mechanic and he said the only thing I needed on the list that Kalispell alignment printed out is the alignment. Not honest and trying to screw people over. I’d go to anyone else but these guys for work. And they charged $25 to tell me they want to fix stuff that doesn’t need fixed.

This is the place to go for an alignment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the prices are good.

My Company takes all of their vehicles here, and always talked about how fair and honest Kalispell Alignment is. When the need arose I took my girlfriends car in and they did an amazing job and only fixed what was wrong even though we took it in for something we thought was bigger. They were great to deal with and understood our need to get the vehicle back quickly. This is a great company to do business with they are skilled, honest mechanics. I would recommend them to any friend or family member.

A brilliant mechanic, Michael knows a lot about Subarus! Reasonable turn around time, and prices. He has a nice large shop and working area, also lots of room to park vehicles.The shop is in an excellent location, just along hwy. 93, west of Grouse Mtn. Lodge on the right! Very nice fella too.

Amazing mechanics, and amazing people. My experience was amazing to say the least. My truck was sputtering, and had a lack of power. The mechanics patiently found the problem, and never overcharged, or left me not knowing what they were doing. They treated me fairly, and were more than willing to explain everything in laymans terms. My family will never take our cars elsewhere, and will always recommend them. Sent my wife in to get an alignment, they were very friendly. They informed us of a wheel bearing going out and offered to give quote but still did the alignment, most shops in town would force you to replace it before they let it go even though it didnt need to be done right away. these guys are EXTREMELY HONEST! BUT*Had ball joints, new alternator, and alignment on my car and they stuck to their quote which is awesome! Nice people! * told me I had a clunk in the front of my car but when I asked him what thought it was he just Shrugged his shoulders

I am the owner of Kalispell Alignment & Auto. We are sorry that Aaron was unhappy with the service we tried to provide. We do not service BMW vehicles, and tried to explain to him that nobody in the valley does this type of work. We suggested a business in Spokane that does this type of work. We are a small family business that takes pride in providing great customer service. We never want to mislead a customer to believe we can repair vehicles when we cannot. The phone conversation was cut off and we didnt know if the line dropped on Aarons end or ours. We did not have a telephone number to call Aaron back. We are sorry that you thought we hung up on you, but that was not the case.

The guys in the shop are fair, friendly, honest, and above all else great mechanics. I will be taking my truck back in as well as my car.

Took my car in for a strange noise since my regular mechanic was on vacation and I was worried. $280 wheel bearing and noise was still happening, they told me transmission or CV joint. Took it to my mechanic all stressed out and it turns out to be nothing more then my cargo rack was loose.

Waited 15 minutes in the lobby, did not get seated, the restaurant was basically empty. I left
