Went in, no other customers there.Was told I needed an appointment for fingerprinting services.Excuse me???.....no one is there, and 2 employees doing nothing, but they couldnt help me? Got it.Update: went to the other store....they were very nice, so I changed my rating.Shouldnt turn away customers though, and make them drive across town. Prob will avoid in future, just for that reason.

I visited the UPS Store on Saturday, January 9, at about 3:15. There were five other people in line ahead of me. I expected a long wait, as only one UPS agent was working the counter. However, the agent seemed to be totally focused on handling each customer with courtesy and efficiency. When I was served, I received the same expert treatment. I didnt get the agents name, but he was certainly an asset to the UPS Store.

When I was here in November 2020 the UPS person went above and beyond to help me work with my i-phone, printing data to the printers and sending a package. EXTREMELY helpful, professional and friendly!

The BEST PEOPLE. Terri K. Is awesome. Mentioned how I love Daylight Donuts Pinecone and she surprises me with two! William and Shelly are great as well. We have had a box here for 18 months and the service has always been top notch!

I went in to send a package and the service was horrible. The employees should learn about the systems they work on! First she put in the wrong amount for insurance, then instead of just changing the amount she canceled the whole transaction and refunded the money (which already was charged to my card) and said it would be easier this way.... REALLY??? She claimed the money goes back on instantly. Which sounded strange but I figured she knew her job. (Anyway the money does not go back in immediately!! A refund takes a period of time!!). She tries to do the transaction again and it doesn’t go through. Not enough money left on the card. Then she asks me to call my bank!!! I call the bank and they confirm a refund doesn’t go back through instantly as she claimed!! ALL OF THIS BECAUSE YOU COULD NOT SIMPLY GO INTO THE SYSTEM AND CHANGE THE AMOUNT FOR INSURANCE!!! I ended up having to take my boxes back to the car and back home!! It is now the next morning and the refund still hasn’t come through!!! Then to make things even worse, when I look at the receipt i was charged $171 but only refunded $137!! She charged me for the boxes but never refunded me for them!! THIS IS CRAZY!!! I still have to go back again!! Such a waste of time!! Such incompetent workers!!! I’ll never go back to that store!! I don’t suggest you do either!!

Had to drop off couple tablets from work, and Terrie was awesome! She was working alone, and had 3-4 customers under control. She was wonderful, and always kept a smile on her face. Thats A+ service.

The folks at this store are always super speedy and do and EXCELLENT job! Erica is awesome, she has helped me print many times and is always very professional and does an exceptional job!!! I’ve been to lots of UPS stores (I do a lot of printing for my business) and this UPS has given me the best experience. They have fair prices, good work, and wonderful service!

I am from out of state and I called for a mobile notary and they were able to comply. I spoke with Erica several times, called her again and again asking questions and she was very nice and helpful each time. She was able to do everything I asked all the while with a great attitude!

I was in a pinch when my printer ran out of ink, and I needed one single print on regular 8.5x11 paper. I saw that my local UPS store was open for another hour and a half and knew that I didnt need to look further. I called just to make sure they knew I would be sending a file and said it was one sheet of paper that I needed printed on before close. The person I spoke with sounded disgruntled and said that the machine was shut down for the day and offered no other assistance or suggestions. I was incredibly perplexed that they could not print one single 8.5x11 with 1.5 hours left open (and with me offering to email the file). The customer service was so poor that I am compelled to write a negative review. It should be noted that I once called ahead and asked if an entire portfolio book for an interview could be printed the same day at a UPS Kingsport location, and they not only took care of me but wished me luck in my interview. What happened at the St. of Franklin location was unacceptable, and I hung up the phone feeling as if I was lied to by the employee who sounded ready to go home for the day. Even if it was true that no machine could operate until close to print one sheet for me, the way it was handled with no suggestions or alternatives offered was enough for me to never patronize this location again.

The manager or owner in the location was rude, no customer service, it seemed like he hated being there, may be if he was nice he would get more business.He said he couldnt notarize my Green card for my I9 and wanted to change my start date in I-9 to the date I went there which is illegal in the first place, I told him you have 3 days after start day of employment to get it verified, still he insisted on putting my start date as the day I went to get it notarized.Notary service is available based on owners time not based on what the customer wants, he mentioned I am only going to be here till 12, if thats the case please advertise saying Notary based on my own timings.

Employees have no customer service skills at all. I have been going for years and I am treated like I have never walked in there before. You should be treated like they know you from the first day. Not going here any more, dont care if I have to drive farther.

I brought in my book for return packaging and the two packaging slips. The worker looked at me and rudely told me I needed to fold my packaging slips in half to only show the label. I paid for packaging and shipping....but isnt folding the paper for packaging part of their job? It isnt difficult to fold a paper for packaging. As packaging IS their job.

Purchased shipping labels online via main UPS website but was unable to print due to internet outages. Printed at UPS Store and they wanted to charge me to tape the labels to the box. They wanted to charge $29 for a single box without shipping, ended up purchasing the same sized box at FedEx office near the mall for $10.

Asked to print 14 pages of a black & white document, was charged $8 for computer use. Then was told it would be $10 to ship a package that had been before quoted at $4.10. The worker was friendly but not helpful, especially when they saw that we were confused by the charge that should have been $.10/page turn into $8. Wont be back.
