I had been considering a new mower - specifically a zero-turn, and decided to go with the Kubota brand because durability and dependability. Since I live in Johnson City I researched the local Kubota dealership. I filled out a contact form on their web site and received a call from Zack a few days later. That day I went to the store and by the end of the day I bought a 42 Zero-turn mower. Zack is great to work with. They did not have a 42 mower in stock but we went outside and a test drove a larger Zero-turn that would be similar in operation to the one considering. I was very impressed and pleased. I have already mowed with my 42 Zero and very pleased and impressed with its performance. You cannot not go wrong with a Kubota - no mater what size.

This place has always earned my business and so far always will. Years ago I had trouble with one mower but they went well out of their way to make sure I was taken care of even though the manufacturer wasnt honoring a warranty that needed to be. After that I bought a newer model Hustler with a Kawasaki engine and its been incredible. The service department is also great along with the sales department, they both work together and have always made me the deals that need to be done and service has followed up on promises for service etc. I also got one of my services done last week for an oil change and new blades, and they were able to get me in and out pretty quickly Plus they cleaned up the mower and made it look almost new again!

Will Jones helped us buy our first tractor. He was friendly and patiently answered all our questions. He made knowledgeable recommendations and offered expert advice. He was straightforward discussing features, implements, cost, financing and available rebates. We feel informed and comfortable making this major purchase and recommend this dealership.

Johnson City Kubota is an excellent place to deal with. My tractor has never been serviced by anyone else. After ironing out a small communication gap, JC Kubota fixed me right up with everything I needed (yearly servicing and repairs). I worked with Keith, who was considerate, understanding and very professional. I will continue all my business at JC Kubota and highly recommend them to anyone. Definitely a positive experience.

My experience with Johnson City Kubota has been nothing but excellent. I sent an email to Jackson Farmer on Sunday evening inquiring about an M7040 and on Monday morning I had a response back telling me what they had on the lot and what options that the tractors came with. Jackson worked with me to get pictures of the tractor that I was interested in. I bought the tractor sight unseen, without traveling 1 1/2 hrs from Hendersonville, NC., based on conversations that I had with Jackson. They delivered on the day that they said that they would and arrived on time. I would definitely buy a tractor again from these guys.

I took my weed eater to these guys and dropped it off. Was told that they needed to look it over. So I left it....after 2 weeks of waiting I went by to check on it. My weed eater isnt used much....maybe 20 times a season and was only 3 years old. I was told I needed a carburetor kit....labor and work was 230.00...The weed eater new cost 199.00. Unreal!!!!! My buddy just fixed it...a small screen in the muffler had to be removed....works great....and they wanted 230.00

Went to look at this dealer today. Super friendly staff and good selection of mowers. Stephen was super helpful and answered all my questions.I went to John Deere dealer afterwards to look at comparable models. Save your time... Kubota mowers are infinitely better than the John Deere current selection. The Kubotas use welded deck and the John Deere mowers I looked at use a cheap stamped deck.

Youre fired. I now shop at Tri City Mower and Saw. I run a commercial tree service and Ive had two saws in for repairs for over a month now. Both should have been covered by warranty but they insisted I had misused the equipment. This has been a pattern over time and I just cant abide it any longer. I need a saw shop that is responsive and will go to bat for me. Im switching over to Husqvarna for all my equipment. Whomever had the idea to add a saw shop to this tractor store, back to the drawing board. Tree services steer clear as this store doesnt need or care about your business.

Just bought our second piece of equipment from them. Been having equipment serviced there since 2012 and have never had a complaint about either the equipment or the since.

I bought a kommander mower from them a few years ago, needed something bigger. traded for a z726x demo they had. they went over the mower and serviced everything, did paint touch up, sharpened blades, and addressed the worn tires that i had concern about without me even mentioning it! the whole crew was easy to deal with and they kept their word, and went above and beyond to get me exactly what i wanted thanks to will and matt! and all the other crew!

I try to support local business whenever I can. I called to JC Kubota 4 months ago to ask if they had a part (Mowing Deck Belt Pulley) in stock and if they would price match a major online retailer. They said they would so I went there and purchased the part and saved $5 off the retail price. Since there are 2 of these pulleys, I asked for 2 but they only had 1. I returned when the other pulley wore out (4 months later) and asked for the same deal as I got just 4 months ago on the same part. They refused and wanted to add shipping to the price match. So I went home and found the part online for the price I wanted and purchased it and the part was delivered directly to my house so no need to get in the car and drive to JC. Guess Johnson City Kubota does not need my business and isnt concerned about my experience. Its clear that they are not concerned about word of mouth or online reviews. The parts guy was actually yelling at me defending his position to add the shipping in the price match as I was leaving, the whole store was looking at him and me wonder what going on, it was humiliating. All that so they could charge me $5 more for the part. Sad! Its no wonder people shop online, No sales people to deal with, delivered fast (2 days) and free directly to your house and all for less than what the dealer charges. Shop online for Kubota parts if JC Kubota is your only local option.

This is my second bx Kubota from Johnson City Kubota. I purchased two from the old store in Johnson City. Kubota makes the best tractors, so my advice is to see William Jones and he will fix you right up. I cant say enough about the best person in the company and that is Cecil. If you have any problems Cecil is the man to see. Great job Cecil.

Outstanding Kubota service. I drive past several Kubota dealerships to have JC Kubota take care of my BX25. I took it in for fuel system problem and to have tie rod ends replaced. The whole team kept me up to date with the progress, estimated costs, and timing. If something changed, they let me know. I also asked for any small stuff they noticed to be fixed since I have 450 hours of hard use on the tractor. Within 3 business days it was all wrapped up. When I went to pick up my tractor I literally didnt even recognize it until I spotted one of my familiar dents; the shop had cleaned and detailed it so that it looked almost new. The bill for all the work was far less than what I expected for all the labor intensive jobs performed. Ive paid more and received less at other shops a few times...lesson learned again.JC Kubota are honest, competent, fast, and treat your equipment as if it were there own.

JCK did a great job recently of retro-fitting my 1995 Ford 5030 4WD tractor/front-end loader with a Construction Attachments root grapple. From William Jones sales knowledge and determination to make this work to the mechanics and deliverymen who also saw this through, this was a pleasurable turnkey experience - and my tractor was even the wrong color to be at a Kubota dealership! The turnaround time was only a few days, as well, and p/u and delivery times were well-communicated.Additionally, this CA brand of root grapple is one heckuva serious time-saving and powerful attachment to my farm tractor. Any repairs, suggested to go to Johnson City John Deere Meade which s much cheaper on delivery and reasonable rates. For ex. replacing two u-joints on driveshaft on Kubota G1800S which is very simple and straightforward job. Kubota service said it will take about 5 hrs estimate even thought they should know their stuffs but not. I told them that it should take 1.5 hrs to do the job. So, today my mower is ready and delivered to my house. Looked at the receipt to see how long it take for that job, it took little more than 1.5 hours to do that. Now, you see the big difference between them two services. One biggest problem at Kubota is all employees are relatives only. Stay away from their service as they dont really know their stuffs enough (not like 20 yrs ago which is better). Even though I love my Kubota but not their service.2/9/19I went there to buy the oil filter for my Kubota mower. The owner/manager came up and showed me the review on the computer that I wrote almost a year ago. He wont allow me to buy the part by taking it away from my hand and not welcome to their dealership anymore. Wont allow me to say something about the truth?

RIP OFF!!! Service department is awful and will not provide any information - not even a part number when you bring a part in! They stock NO parts and when they order them you pay the shipping PLUS a just for profit fee the owner calls a custom order fee! Weve discovered we can order parts from a dealer in Florida and pay less (including shipping) than we can get the parts for from the shop down the street!!! Go somewhere else; order online; DO ANYTHING YOU CAN TO AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!

I have been doing business with JC Kubota for several years now and although unusual for me to write such reviews I am motivated to share my experiences.I did not purchase my first Kubota from them but did migrate to them for parts initially and ultimately for maintenance services. From Ronnie in parts to Mathew in service I have been welcomed and treated respectfully and courteously. I have been made to feel appreciated and valued. When faced with maintenance decisions I found them understanding and helpful without seeming self serving. They helped me make an informed decision without pressure.Recently I decided to upgrade my tractor to a new model and went to JC Kubota first because of my experiences. Again I found them very helpful and understanding of my decision making process and I am not an easy person to satisfy. William was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient while being sensitive to my uncertainties around the purchase decision. Being that this was not a fast decision for me Jackson assisted in several instances when William was otherwise consumed and I found an unexpested level of information sharing between them that made continuing the process very easy and effective for me.Ultimately I purchased the tractor through what was a very friendly and professional experience. I feel that they helped me buy a tractor as opposed to selling me a tractor. A big distinction in my mind.Lastly, since cost is never unimportant, I will also report that they were very competitive in their pricing and worked diligently to earn my business. Hence my willingness to write such a review.I recommend JC Kubota without hesitation.
