We contacted Isaac pools when we put an offer on our current home. From that point they have been so helpful. Everyone at the office was so kind and helpful when we went in for a water test and to pick out our new liner! Having no clue what to do with a pool is a bit stressful. Tracy has walked me through every question I’ve had and has been so incredibly patient through this process. Heather worked with us and educated us on the chemicals needed and patiently repeated instructions when asked. So we are now looking forward to continuing to work with Marty for our liner installation. Pam is a rockstar at managing pools! My pool was completely eaten up with algae. I took Pal a water sample and they ran it through their testing machine. Gave me a thorough print out with well written directions on exactly what to do and in exactly which order. After 2 days the pool was back to looking great again! Now I have no other choice but to pledge my allegiance to them as Pool Gods 🙏

We’ve had our Isaacs installed, inground pool for about a year now. We had some issues last year which turned out not to be really any fault of Isaacs but a faulty drain tube (from manufacturer) that led us all on a wild goose chase for months! Our experience with Isaacs Pools and Spas has been fantastic! The sales team knew everything about the hot tub we wanted and explained it all to us. After almost a week dealing with this pool i finally googled pool stores. We have well water so we had to use a nearby creek and pump to fill it...Isaacs was one of the first that popped up...i called them and told them what i had been doing to try and fix my pool..the lady on the other end was VERY friendly and knowledgeable which led me to gathering a pool sample and heading to JC...45 minutes away from me. When i got there we were quickly greeted and assisted at their front desk by a phenomenal lady who literally dumbed everything down for me...because i literally have zero idea how to care for a pool and make it safe to swim in.. She took a lot of extra time explaining what each chemical does...why my pool wasnt as it should be and then wrote everything down for me on the bottles and paper that she sent with me. My 2 kids,7 and 10 also tagged along with me. They were super impressed with all the hottubs and pool accessories. We will continue our pool..and hopefully hottub journey...with Isaacs. Highly recommend them! Thank you again!! My kids finally get to swim tomorrow...dont waste your time going to Wal-Mart....i wasted so much money there trying to do this on my own. It was a headache!

After several attempts to get the distributor for my jacuzzi hot tube to service my hot tub they never returned one call. Isaacs always called back. It might take a little longer to get parts because they are not the distributor but they would tell you how long it was going to take and would always be there when they said they would. I will only use them for my pool and spa

They explained exactly what to do and when to do it . Last yr was wonderful but have had a few problems during the last couple of weeks. All I had to do was take my water sample into them and they told me what was needed, how much to use and how to apply. They also reminded me of what pool temp needed to be to close.
