I purchased a house with a pool that had been neglected. Other companies battled for weeks trying to get it clear without success. I finally had the good fortune to link up with Dennis at Church Brothers and they solved the problem quickly. They have a great product called Back To Blue that was a game changer. Poor customer service asked wife to have pool water tested they told her it was 40 if she didnt buy her stuff there then they told me it was 25 when I called also sold her a bunch of stuff she didnt need. Wont be using them again would not recommend. Also when I confronted them about price difference they acted like they could care less. Id say they are the used car salesman of the pool industry.

Whenever I consider buying something big I do a lot of research. I looked at Hot Springs, bullfrog, caldera, and the locally made ( Johnson City) spas.I also look at the service after the sale. I have to say after doing my due diligence it was easy to chose Church bros. Dennis was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate thru products to make the best decision for us no pressure at all. We bought a Passion Pleasure and couldnt be happier. Chad who delivered and installed it was great and went above and beyond. If your looking for a spa do yourself a favor, buy it from Church Bros. Youll be glad you did.

We recently had a situation in which we were loosing approximately 4 inches of water a day ! I contacted Hailey to explain our situation, she in turn spoke with Dennis and he expedited the request and had an expert diver come out and investigate the situation. Dennis was on site and sent videos and photos of the diver and the situation during the process. They patched over 30 mini wholes in our liner !!! We love the hot tub we bought from Church Brothers. We have had problems keeping the water clear but Haley has been super nice and knowledgeable helping us correct the problem. Everyone including Dennis and Chad have responded to our needs very professional. We would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service. Dennis Church is not pushy about selling and actual gave advice to save us money. We were pleased with the installation of our 27 ft Radiant Pool. His follow up was great with a strong focus on quality. We would would recommend doing business with Church Brothers!

We bought a hot tub here 5 years ago and Dennis told us how to keep our water clean & clear, we have NEVER had dirty or cloudy water following his advice. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and very busy but always takes time to talk. He takes care of you after the sale which is very important to us. His crew is very polite, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. We have a Walmart pool and couldnt get the water right so I took a sample to him asking for help, in no time at all I had clean, clear water. Haley has been AMAZING as well, when he was overwhelmed she came in to help and I must say she is just as knowledgeable about your water, we closed the pool with clear water and it was still clear after winter. She takes the time to solve your situation personally and has always been spot on!! In the past I tried cheaper chemicals (walmart, lowes) pool would turn green & cloudy, they would have in clean & clear in a few days with their products. I have tried other stores in our area (most people would) but the quality of my water for my family is too important to trust with anyone else. We have even been lured by free classes but there is no question as to where we go when we need something, its always going to be Church Brothers. Dennis, Haley and the crew there are awesome!

Hailey did a great job cleaning up the mess Neptune Pools made when opening our pool. She also replaced old parts that should not have been placed back on the hoses by Neptune Pools. She is fast, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our pool looks like it did before the inexperienced employees from Neptune Pools touched it! I highly recommend having Hailey open and close your pool. She has experience under her belt, whereas Neptune Pools always had different young guys (looked like they were in high school) each year. I am actually glad they messed up because it led us to a much more professional pool company and technician. Make sure to call Hailey in advance though, because she stays very busy!

Dennis and his staff are wonderful.We bought a hottub from a different company when we first moved here but had some water issues. They helped some but it never got right. We took a water sample to Church Brothers and, even though they were busy, they took time to get us the right stuff and, best of all, explained what was wrong. We were never treated differently because we bought the tub elsewhere.When we bought our new home it was with the understanding that we would have another hottub. We did not even have to think twice about where to get it. We went to Church Brothers just kicking the tires a few times before our old house closed and we were always treated as if we were buying that day. When we were finally ready to pull the trigger, we got to wet test the tubs we were interested in. Ordering was easy and the delivery was great (the guys are hilarious).Keep in mind that buying a hottub is a long term solution so dont cheap out. (we all have friends with boats or motorcycles, even the Cadillac of the Jacuzzi is still cheaper and of more use). Spend your money wisely and stick with Jacuzzi and Church Brothers.

I bought a house here and it has an in-ground pool, as a first time pool owner I really dont have much knowledge or any experience in how to maintain it.The internet has a lot of info but you read so many conflicting opinions its hard to know what advice is good or bad and procedures/chemicals are going to vary quite a bit by location/climate.The folks at Church Bros answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure that I had a thorough knowledge of what to add, when and how to add it. They also helped me understand the role of each chemical and what it does & how it works.The prices are very reasonable as well as I checked a lot of online places and once you factor in shipping costs they were about the same. Throw in the free water testing, the friendly staff and excellent advice and Church Bros is a bargain!Thanks for your help!

Church Brothers has been my choice for family fun for many years. I first purchased a hot tub approximately 10 years ago and yes I worked with the owner Dennis and he was very helpful and got us the best deal and for many years we had alot of enjoyment. This past summer I decided to put in a large above ground pool but had some modifications I wanted to make and went back to Church Brothers and to my amazement Dennis remembered me and we sat down and looked at what I wanted and he made a rough sketch and we went even further and did a pool and spa combo and I have to say we compared prices and for the service I personally received along with his willness to listen to what I wanted he sold me on Church Brothers and now I would never go anywhere else. We had a horrible rainy summer and it took weeks to clear up but as soon as he had the chance his men along with Dennis himself were at my home until late at night getting the job done. I had never withnessed a boss who was so willing to get in there and do what his men were doing. We got to enjoy our pool for almost two months and I cant express how satisfied we were with the quality of the work of his crew. When it got cold I had no clue how to close down a pool and called Dennis up and he was right out there to show us first timers what to do to keep our pool safe and clean. We stopped by on Saturday March 22nd 2014 to purchase chlorine & chemicals for our hot tub. A young man was helping us and when the older gentleman of the store realized that our spa did not come from Church Bros. he immediately came over and sent the young attendant who was testing our water and waiting on us away and informed us that he had other customers who were there to look at purchasing a hot tub from him and that we would have to come back another day... My wife stated that all we needed was to buy some chemicals i.e. a 3 to 5 minute transaction and he still insisted that he had more important customers and that we needed to come back on another day just to buy chlorine... Do not know who the older man was I am assuming he was the owner. My wife and I were in our Saturday house-work clothes and I think he just looked down his nose and judged us as people who didnt have enough money to shop in his store. We will never go there again because of the attitude he displayed towards my wife and I.

In the last year, I have bought a Doughboy pool and a hottub from Church Brothers and they have been great to work with. Dennis and Todd have been very helpful by showing us what products they offered and what would work best for our needs. The crew who installed both the pool and the hottub were very nice and efficient and did a very professional job and I will continue to deal with Church Brothers in the future

I purchased a Doughboy above ground pool from Church Brothers Family Fun Store this summer and I am completely satisfied with my purchase and sales experience. I started looking at pools and went to this place of business and Dennis provided a variety of options and pool styles. He even asked questions about my property to determine what pool size would be most adequate. During the decision making process if he was not available he consistently communicated with his other staff my needs in case i was to come back when he was not available. After we decided on the purchase he set everything up and explained the process in great detail. Everytime someone came out to complete a piece of the install they all worked very quickly efficiently and I never had to have anything redone. Its nice to know that there are business owners that still thrive on giving great service and accomplishing the task the first time. Even after the sale I had follow calls about chemical purchases, extra accesories or assistance in closing the pool for the winter. My expereince overall has been great and based on other pool companies in the area I would highly reccomend Church Brothers at anytimel

Neptune Pools dumped a load of leaves in our pool when opening it, and didnt even bother to put the ladder in. Hailey from Church Brothers fixed everything!
