Fantastic lighting store! Lots of different styles to let your imagination run wild and the sales staff is really helpful.

Great supply and tool selection for most electrical and home stuff. Definitely not the cheapest place but generally have the stuff you need in stock so it is reliable and 1 stop shop.

After visiting and purchasing items here 3 times in the past few weeks I am always amazed at how knowledgeable all the sales people are. In addition to being extremely helpful they are all very personable and have a genuine likability. The amount of selection and parts is unbelievable! The prices are very fair and reasonable. I will be back to buy more lighting very soon. God Bless this local company for keeping it real!

If I could give 0 stars, I would have. My fiancé, my 4 year old son & I stopped to see if we could find lighting for our bathroom. This was our FIRST & LAST time going to this store! We felt very unwelcome the entire time we were there. No one greeted us, asked if we needed any help find anything etc. The old lady running the place was more worried about her trip to Shoneys than help any of her customers. They didn’t close until 1pm. The lady was in such a hurry that she locked us in the building, and was getting ready to leave the parking lot. Our son was scared to death because we had no way to get out of the building. Thank goodness we caught the old lady’s attention before she pulled out of the parking lot or we would have been stuck. She didn’t even apologize. Instead, she said “the sign says 12:30 pm”. When I looked her hours up it says 1pm. Never will we EVER go back! So take my words for what their worth. If you don’t want to have an experience like my family & I had today; I would suggest to take your business else where.

The guys know their stuff. So, glad they are there to help and keep me from the big box stores!!!

Found everything I needed. The staff is very knowledgeable and not pushy like some salespeople. Very friendly and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere. I will be back to see the rest of the shop and sending others there.

I love love love this place!!! Just to see all the different lights is worth the trip. We have bought several items. So helpful! We told the lady what we were looking for and she would take us to the item, even would suggest items, in our price range. Also a big plus, cheaper than Lowes and so many more choices!!! Stop in! No I dont work there! But love to shop there! Check it out!!!

Good selection and prices but extremely long waits in my experiences. Just waited over 15 minutes to purchase a lightbulb for the second time in a month. Seem to be very understaffed.

Stopped by yesterday looking for a particular electrical switch. It was 1 PM, and everyone was piled into the break room. I wondered around for a few minutes thinking they were finishing up lunch. They have an awesome inventory of lighting and mirrors. I was impressed (thus the one star). There was another couple being taken care of by a lady who gave me a suspicious look (I have long hair and a beard, but I did take a shower before I left the homestead). I went back to the other side and stood by the counter a few minutes before a very busy gentleman came out of his back office, and asked me if I was being helped. I told him, no (even though I thought it was fairly obvious); and, asked him if he could help me with what I was looking for. He said they had some just the other day, but were all sold out, and he couldnt tell me when they would ever get anymore, even if they did. I didnt tell him I was looking for about a thousand of them, I just said No worries, and left. I went home, and found them on Amazon in about 22 seconds. I try not to take these things personally; but, its a wonder to me how folks stay in business sometimes. I think if I were Jesus or Donald Trump, they would have crapped all over themselves to help me; but, Im just a frumpy-looking old hillbilly--never mind me :-)

Great selection of lighting fixtures and reasonable prices on a lot of them. If you cant find a lighting fixture you like at Williams, you should maybe think about just living in the dark!! Ha! Service was also good.

Wow just looking at the other reviews I am shocked. I bought some light adapters about 2 weeks ago. The lady that waited on me was elderly but friendly. She said I could return them if they didnt fit. Well they didnt fit. I tried to return them at the Greeneville store but the guy said he will order the right size and well just trade them out. He never took my name or contact number or asked how many I would like to order. He just said call back in a week or two. A week later I decided I wanted a refund so I took them back to the Johnson city store. The same elderly lady decided to complain about having to pay out on the debit cards. She took the bag of adapters and decided to tell me that she would have to clean them up because they were dirty. I told her there was only one adapter ever removed from the bag and that was how she sold them to me. I was very offended by this comment and told her we dont use dirty hands to try out one adapter. Only one adapter was ever pulled out of the bag and the adapters were exactly how we received them. I like to try to shop at mom and pop stores but I definitely was not treated very well at this one. This is not how to treat customers if you want to stay in business. I will not be back even if I have to go out of state to purchase these items.

Came to look at a new light for my mailbox and several items. Walked in and looked around with my family for nearly 10 minutes. No one spoke to us or even acknowledged we were in the store. Sadly, I guess Ill have to buy online.
