We ordered Pella windows and doors for our new construction and had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Shane (sales rep) worked with us in finding the right windows for our home and came through on *every* promise, from tight delivery deadlines to excellent communication. Building a house can be so stressful, but our experience with Pella was a breeze. I highly recommend them!

We installed several Pella vinyl casement windows several years ago. One window developed moisture between the glass and the other spontaneously cracked. We contacted Pella for warranty and worked with Tara Wolfe. Tara made the entire process easy, quick and painless. We supplied a bit of information and she did the rest. Tara was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. It was so easy my wife said thats why wed buy their products again. Great product and great people.

Unless your needing many windows or large project dont bother. Not to interestered in making a sale of just few windows. Unimpressed. Verbal prices were massive mark up to compareable products.

The entire Pella crew were professional in every way I can think of. The installers were here at the exact time, and didnt stop until quitting time. They cleaned up the mess and carried it away. They finished the whole house in 4.5 days, and this was in early January (not arctic temps. but very cold the last few days). Traci is a great representative of this fine company, and I couldnt be more pleased with my new windows. Thanks everyone.
