The staff here are always so friendly and very helpful.

Wish I could give negative stars. No one in store and the girls that work there standing behind me while I wait at the register. Stood there for awhile and finally had to ask for someone to take my money. At register was even worse. No friendly and needed phone number. Why would I give Champs my phone number. She said that how we do our receipts. Funny after not giving a number a receipt printed. I will never go in there again.

Placed an order in the store. Paid for it and they never submitted the order. After waiting 20 days for the shoes I finally got ahold of someone and they said there was nothing they could do. Don’t shop here.

Very busy. Staff wasnt the best at answering questions about their stock in store. However they did have a great selection of shoes & apperal. Also for some reason the champs app didnt work Very well inside the store. Even the staffs own phones with the app. Still champs is one of my favorite stores for Jordan & Nike.

Good selection of shoes. Price isnt too bad either. The only problem I have is finding someone to actually talk to and get the shoes that I want to try on.

Cashier was clueless. We drove 2 hrs just to get my daughter a Chicago bulls hat that we paid close to 40$ for and get home and the cashier didn’t even take off the security tag. I had to ask for a bag to carry it out because she was just very rude and clearly needs to be trained on hospitality and how to do her job. Will never ever go back to this establishment they were not even busy. 👎 👎

Called to see if they had a shoe that just dropped, a girl says yes but 9.5 is the biggest size left. I say perfect & head up there. Ask the guy for the shoe & he brings out an entirely different shoe & said we didnt get the shoes that your thinking of.. the people there cant even read a box label & differentiate AJ1 high & AJ1 mid.. embarrassing.

The salesman working the night shift on May 17 2021 was rude to me and my girlfriend while we were trying on hats. He told us, “the store closes in 5 minuets so if your not going to buy anything then leave” the delivery of what he said and the tone of voice were both rude and he continued to say rude things to us as we left such as “y’all know our store hours” which we didn’t. Me and my girlfriend tried to ask for his name but he would not give it to us

Great store I love the shoes they always last me so long I still am wearing a pair of Kyrie 5 I bought a year ago. They also have great staff and if you need something they got you.

I like champs sports because they have a great selection and if you go there on the right day you can get some seriously good deals I got all three of my children shoes for less than a hundred and sixty bucks and it was all stuff that was daily deals that if I came another day would have paid 350. So its dependent on the event and the day and the sale but its definitely worth the ride to try

Order shoes online for my daughter. She tried them on, and they didnt fit. Boxed them back up and returned them for an exchange. They returned them and said they were worn and couldnt be exchanged. She only tried them on, they have never been worn. Dont order for Champs Sports. Worst Customer Service ever!

WAS VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED! There were 3 peopleworking. In reality there was 1 girl actually helping customers. She was ringing people up. We stood in line waiting to buy 1 hoodie. The other girl that was behind the counter looked at us several times, never spoke to us or even smiled for that matter. When we finally got to check out the hoodie that was suppose to be on sale, 50% off. It rang up regular price. When we told her it was suppose to be on sale she said it wasnt cause it was a new design. If it had been the only one like it I may have been understanding. But there was a whole rack of them. I found out it was over $80 for a hoodie, after we left the store. If Id known we wont have walked out with it. Tomorrow it will be returned and Ill go to Dicks where at the very least the employees are friendly and offer to help.

Kind of a sad store, really. Ive never seen more than two people working, but I am usually there near closing time. Ordered a pair of shoes for my son. They were in stock at the store so we stopped by to pick them up. The girl who waited on us said she couldnt find them. She got a guy who said he would go out and check the mailbox. Why would you check the mailbox if they were in the store? Then when he returns with no shoes he asks us, Did you order them online to be shipped here? Told him no, like we had told the girl, it said they were in stock. He laughed and apologized. The shoes were in the back in a bag waiting to be picked up. Im not going to be too hard on them for that. The guy obviously realized the girl didnt listen to what we had said. To make matters worse, while the guy laughed multiple times, the girl walked off and stood over to the side with her arms crossed like she had her feelings hurt. Every other time weve went in there, theres hardly ever anyone there to help. We have walked out twice without receiving help for shoes we were going to buy. Hard to blame the employees. Seems theyre understaffed.

The salesman was very helpful. I tried on several sneakers and found one I liked but that size was not available in store, he ordered abd I received in 4 days.

I was there (special trip) on day of release for Jordan 12 @ 9:58 when store opened. Store clerk said they r sold out! Really?? I was First customer in store; how can this be?? I would really like explanation.
