Bought a 05 Honda Accord from them. Took the car on a test drive came back let them know what all I found wrong with the car and they immediately took it out and had the work done on the car. Too high. Cars beat up. All had slick, mismatched tires.Oh but yes I have been there! Looked at Forte and Altima u got on lot.Both silver. Both had slick mismatched tires on them. They were low mileage cars, but too high priced cars for condition they are in. Both scratched up pretty bad and holes in rear bumper covers. Asked for a cash money price not the buy here-pay here price, just too high for the vehicle. PS-leave your dog at home, not everyone wants a dog running up on them to be sniffed on!

I just bought a Chrysler 200S 2013. It is a GREAT CAR!!! Mike was the most helpful salesman in the tri-cities. I literally went to every car lot in Johnson Cit, Elizabethton, Piney Flats, and most of Bristol and Mike was the best. No pressure. Up front and honest about everything!!! My fiancé and I bought a 2014 Ford Focus low miles good price and the people were so friendly and I have been so busy as a healthcare worker I couldn’t write a review just then but the reason I give two stars is because we haven’t even made our first payment yet and already had to put over $500 into the car and it is now having transmission issues I am just so aggravated that before we have even made a payment we are already having to put so much money into this car and with 4 children a mortgage and 2 car payments it has just been more of a hassle again the people were friendly and just great but we didn’t get a good deal on this car and I wouldn’t buy another or recommend them
