I have been visiting this UPS store for years. I usually use printing or mailing services. They have exceptional customer service. Several weeks ago, I visited to pick up a item I wanted printed. I arrived just as they were closing, they had already locked the door but when I knocked they allowed me into the store. Id sent an email earlier that day but they hadnt received it. So, they allowed me to go retrieve my phone from my car and return into the store to pick up my print job. Despite, the employees preparing to close for the evening. I highy recommend this particular store. 😊

Really friendly & helpful employees. I had to mail out (&fax multiple documents) had no idea what i was doing & they helped me thru all of it & made it simple, all while following safety protocol. Everyone wears masks & they have a barrier between them & customers. Its also clean & near inside. Will come back here from now on.

Ive been utilizing this fine place for several years, and they are just the bomb! Super folks, full-service at its best, and a great setup. Besides post office capabilities, they also stock supplies and provide custom packaging, especially for those odd items, like an elephants leg umbrella stand, or your ex-spouses left hand in a pickle jar...

This store has been a blessing in disguise instead of post office long lines. Staff has always been wonderful. They do it all.

Ups sent my overnight air to the wrong place and will now take 3 days losing and costing me money.However the clerk there was nice to me about it and helpful.

We had a complicated transaction requiring notary signature on about 20 documents. She was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about what needed to be done

I love this location...always willing to help you in anyway they can. Help me disassemble a picture frame to send the print to my son across country to Washington. If I would have sent it in the frame it would have cost me over$500. Got mail a package or letter important package(s) to send always near by if you live near then youre short steps away from mailing off what needs to be mailed. Nice employees and fast service when theres a short line.

Fast service parking lot is a nightmare.

This is an empty box. Wow. Im buying a tool from someone and I have original box the tool was shipped in. So I wanted him to ship it to me in an original box to protect it in transit. This seems quite expensive. The box is 32 long 10 wide and 4 thick. How much is it gonna cost me to send it back with 12lbs in it? Lol

The Roosevelt hours online said open until 5. The store sign said open. The hours on the door said closes at 3, so I had to drive all the way to Beach Blvd. Very inconvenient.

Moving is always rough, but it seems as though this UPS store was able to make a very smooth transition over the holidays to a new location. Bravo! You have to hand it to all the UPS stores that now have Amazon Prime drivers dumping packages at the front door with no required signature or at least giving the staff the courtesy of eye contact to acknowledge the dash, drop and run routine. What a crazy mess! Love the hands free automatic doors at the new location!

This UPS store has a fantastic photo printing service! Jeremy, helped me out greatly in printing x4 50x8 black and white panoramas. They came out with a great finish and price too ($15 a photo). Very professional and patient service! Will be back!

I have been here many times and was satisfied with the service. Today is an exception. I had to fax 30 pages and it cost me $32.48 plus tax. Tjey charge $2.30 each for the firat 2 pages and $1 for each page after that. My advice, NEVER use their fax service.

I stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon. There were a few people in the store, and although the people behind the counter didnt go out of their way to greet me while I waited, they were helpful and friendly once it was my turn. Im not sure why there are awful reviews. I thought it was quite pleasant.

The first lady could not work the computer so she call another attendant who was so rude. She took my product out of the box because there was two items one code. I explained to her Amazon wants it in the original box. She said well I cant do it that way. Very rude no explanation with a smile just a rude person. This was today. April 18, 2019 5:30pm.

Good service but slow

I went to this store for Notary services 2 days in a row just to get my docs authorized. The manager was not sure about what to do with my docs on my 1st visit so he called my companies HR department to get clarification but did not complete section 2 so I went back today in the rain. Manager completed the paper work. The manager and his other Notary on staff not on the same page and seemed to not understand what a Notary is required to do. Very Poor Service, do not spend your money or waste time , they are both incompetent.

My friend had to pay a ridiculous amount to mail a package out of ciuntryt, but at least the lady was kind enough to give her some good advice to maybe try USPS next time for mailing packages out of the country, to basically cut the price in half.

Tried to get some shipping information. Young lady answered the phone, took the measurement information, said she would be right back, put me on hold for 15 minutes and then the phone was hung up. I called back several times and got the voicemail. Poor customer service. I try the post office, thanks. 18Dec2017 @ around 3:30 pm. Moving forward to 20Dec2017. WOW! Had the best Customer Service both on the phone and at the store. Needless to say, it was at the Argyle Forrest store. Great Job guys, you have my business.

Convenience is the word here. Need something packaged? They will do it for you. But you will pay for it, too. Expensive for USPS mailings. Economical options are pretty much unavailable. Friendly staff.

I dont know if the business has changed hands or what has happened, but they have become very unhelpful and even rude. Cancelling my box was very difficult. Neither the owner nor manager were in the store--multiple times--and the clerks said they dont like to talk to customers on the phone and that none of the store personnel could help me. They actually wanted me to come back--which I did twice even though I live 20+ miles away--and never could get help. I had done business with them for more than 5 years. There are much friendlier and more helpful UPS stores in the Jacksonville area.

Feel as if these wonderful UPS representatives are like my FAMILY. They are welcoming and efficient. Who could ask for more?

I came in today and emailed the guy something to print. Rightfully so i was charged for my color copies. But the some lady standing next to him say “wasn’t it from a email?” Then he proceeds to charge me extra for 1 hour of computer use. When the computers in the store were down so they say and i never used the computer. I was a a bit confused as to why they would charge me for this service i didn’t use.

Something has happened to this store - new management? They are not the friendly efficient professional place I have used for years. This past year has seen a change to the negative. Not as friendly and personable and the professional attitude is missing. Will now go to the U.S. Post Office. Too bad, it was a good place.

Dropped off a Sprint box with 2 phones in the sprint return box. Got tracking info and check online a few days later and no tracking. Got ahold of UPS and they said the package never left this location. I knew the gentleman that took my package wasnt going to send to Sprint. Now Im in the hook for 2 phones that where suppose to be at Sprint already. This is totally crazy. Dont drop your packages off here. Not unless you want to pay for whats in the box again. Really disappointed and getting the run around with Sprint and UPS. Hours spent on the phone...

There is no way that this is a legitimate notary. Can not notarize anything correctly. Do not get anything notarized here! (Unless you love getting your documents rejected for being notarized incorrectly) don’t say you are a notary if you are not! That’s wasting everyone’s time.
