Great place to get loaded arrived night before my pick up and they are loading me very nice staff

I got here 3hrs early. dont do that - even if ur fighting ur clox.i have an hour & 19mns left.& they still havent loaded me yet.

One of the best facility I have been! Had a delivery on 2/24/21 at 8am but I got there day earlier around 3:15pm they took my load and I luckily found a reload going to Walmart DC in Woodland,PA which was supposed to pick up at 6pm they unloaded and reloaded me at same door! The best part is it took them only 2 hours for unloading and reloadingGreat guys specially the guy at shipping officeSolute🙏

I love this place—no sleeping in the yard. They do have a place to sleep to the left of the guard shack. Loves is one exit from Reynolds.

Arrived at 12 for a 1700 appointment for Menards. They put me in a door immediately and was loaded and had paperwork by 1330. No complaints

One of the places that will not see any of my trucks ever again! Checked in at 4:15pm for 6pm appointment, checked out at 3:15 am next day. These people do not respect drivers HOS at all

I would have to give them a 5/5 appt for 13:00 checked in at 10:30 AM loaded and was loaded in 1:30 mins was rolling out the door about 12 noonGreat people loaded fast old man in the receiving office was nice guy, hammer down drivers

It takes forever to load your truck. Shipper is very disrespectful toward driver . Do not go to this shipper

I came here for a load to take to Kroger/Peytons DC in Bluffton, IN. July 1, 2020. Never went to a guard shack. Maybe things are different than before or changed due to the coronavirus, I dont know. Its my 1st time here. Checked in with shipping. I was 90 min early for my appt. Was given a dock door & was loaded within the hour. They were nice & loaded me quick. My experience here was positive. That earns them 5 stars.

Takes forever to load showed up an hour early started loading 4 hrs later.. be prepared to wait. Lady in security gate was really nice though 🙂 but once you get past her well that’s another story

We had a 13:00 pickup appointment. They put us in a dock at 12:15 and we were out at at 13:10

Shipping dept. Was very rude unprofessional talked down too several driver. Loading took more than 6 hours

I dont want to give you any advice to go there I am here for 6 hours at the dock still I am waiting

Arrived on time for APPT. Lady at shipping provided Walmart stuff loading time which was 2-4 hours.Got loaded in 5 hours-yeah, just a little bit longer !Lady at shipping was very controlling & demanding with lots of conditions(they lock you up in 20mins-they hold you locked for 4 more hours-like a dog on their property u know) but what she couldnt control their APPT time.Guys, in this world we are like a slaves to them. Very few places show us respect.Either its IL or TX, its happening because of ONLY ONE REASON-they dont have enough personnel to maintain reasonable service times, or if they didnt like your tone-when ambitions take place.One person from Reynolds was right about it leaving a comment-dying town. There is another reason why there isnt enough personnel-CHEAP WAGES.Once I was loading in same place twice, not knowing what awaits 2nd time-for 6 hours-got screwd again-and broker didnt pay any detention.Sometimes you got to say ENOUGH. Some places never change-because of freaks running those places, who can never:1) pay decent to own employees; 2) or never go bancrupt because of always finding somebody to scrape the work seat.For me there is one-NEVER COME BACK to suckers !

Arrived at 12:00 for a 13:00 pickup on a Sunday. Shipping office printed out the paperwork. I dropped empty trailer and hooked to the loaded trailer and hit the road.

The job its self isnt bad,but the people and the 12 hour swing shifts suck. Other than that decent pay and great benifits

Im a machine operator at Reynolds and we are not union but saftey comes first Im sorry the truck drivers complain about the wait on the loads but as I mentioned the fork lifts have a set speed and the operator s can only do the best job capable plus.Saftey first

Suppose to be a drop and hook pick up no no had to live load cause they didn’t even start loading the trailer they had at the plant. Took about 8 hours to load. Stay away unless you like sitting all day for 0 reason.

Holy slowness... you would think this place is union as slow as it is. Maybe it is, after all this is IL... 4.5 hours to get loaded, guess could be worse. Schneider trucks all over, the king of cheap and never on time. Not sure what the point of appointments is here...? Run!!! Going on our Do not haul list.

7 1/2 hours to get an LTL avoid this place even if the shipping rates look good you lose out on the long load times.

This place is a joke appointment at 1800 its now 2100 and they still havent even raised the dock plate been in a door since 1730 drivers if you are on eld or short on hours stay away from this place

They allow overnight parking. My appointment time was at 7 pm but I arrived after 10 pm with just 25 min left. They told me to just drop my trailer in a door and that they would load it while on my break and they did.
