Purchased my first ever new vehicle from Nissan of OP a few months back and it was a positive experience overall. I love my new Rogue! Today I brought it back for its first maintenance service since purchasing and the service center accurately predicted the wait time and took care of me. Very efficient and courteous service. Josh went the extra mile..but got me to replace 2 tires :). He said for safety reasons, it was needed to complete the alignment process. Not sure since I am not an expert. However, I trusted him and they were at an okay price. They also cleaned and vacuumed my vehicle which is a big plus! The waiting areas both outside and inside were clean and neat.

I came in, after months of being called, to see Frank. He was busy so I got Steve. I briefly told Steve what I was looking for in a vehicle, about my credit situation and also a snippet of my financial situation. The conversation lasted all of 3 minutes per him not really probing for more information or even showing a genuine interest in my visit. I initially stated that I didnt have a down-payment nor a cosigner. Without even giving me my options or telling me what would be needed I was told, Im sorry theres nothing I can do for you. My credit wasnt run which is a great thing. But again I would have loved to know what my options were, what was my car appraised at, and if a down-payment was required, how much would it have been? That way I couldve made an educated evaluation on whether its worth it to pull money I had put aside in the event that I needed to use it. Amongst the knowledge of what would be needed for a deal to be made, some genuine care or being made to feel that my business was wanted would have been nice... Maybe it was an off day, maybe he had had a long day, saw my 2 small children and thought let me not waste her time. I dont know. The experience however couldve been better.

Feeling very relieved and grateful for my entire experience at Nissan of Orange Park. Memorial Day Weekend, I traded my previous car from a local dealership I had a horrible experience with. Spoke with Frank who was excellent and was helped by Sanchez, who also was extremely excellent at what she does. Sanchez was knowledgeable, accommodating, and honest. There was no pressure and she made the process a breeze. Jay in the finance department was also great and left out no detail. Im pleased with my new car. Im glad I took a chance and stopped by. Every time I come for a service on my vehicle I’m always waiting for hours and at a time. No one updates you on the status on the vehicle. They just leave you waiting! Bad business all around. Waste of time and money. No remorse for the delay at all. It wouldn’t be so bad if I didn’t have to go out of my way to contact them.

I wasnt planning on buying a car when I arrived at Nissan of OP. I was simply planning on getting an idea of what I liked in a vehicle by visiting a few dealerships and seeing what features were available in different models. Well the Nissan Rogue Sport drove like a dream, and I didnt even need to visit the final dealership of the day on my list. My sales rep, Steve Bristol, was amazing at pointing out all the features in each car that I test drove, and he wasnt pushy at all. Plus, he gave me a great deal on both my purchase and my trade in. I will definitely be using Nissan again.

I scheduled an 8:15 appointment but still waited almost 3 hrs. No explanation for delay, no apology . When I asked when I would be serviced, I was told you are the next car to ne serviced in 30 to 40min. Mind you this was already 1 1/2 hours after my appointment. You should do better at valuing your customers time.

This visit was for oil change and new tires. It took 4 hours. I did have an appointment for 1:30 and I left at 5:30. Just a bit long of a process for an appointment.Staff is friendly and kept me informed by way of text messages. Estimate was accurate. I will definitely be using Nissan of Orange Park again.

Was greeted with a smile. Whitney was superb. She was right on point with how long my service was going to take and she was correct. My vehicle was waiting for me within the hour and considering I had a right scheduled that morning I was happy to get in and out relatively quickly. Saying that she was courteous is an understatement. Very rarely do you meet someone who shows they love what they do and she hit all points in my book. Definitely will be back. I walked in with very little hope of getting a vehicle. Im a student, mother of 2 with very little down. I walked past a vehicle on the lot thinking dont even look, its out of your price range. Dave our salesman asked what I was looking at. I replied a truck. That truck did end up being a bit of of my range of pay I was comfortable with but he came back with that same vehicle I passed on. I instantly fell in love with this vehicle. Not only did they help me figure out a reasonable down payment, but they hooked me up with a new insurance company that brought my insurance down from over $300 a monthn for liability to $230 for full coverage on one vehicle and liability on the other. When I tell you this company will go to work for you, I really mean it. Im beyond grateful and will be doing business with them only from here on out. Very friendly great dealership….well this is a update i went in originally for a battery issue my service rep was Whitney which the couple of times I’ve dealt with her she has been amazing I have no complaints but Chris with his smart mouth. When I explained that I was having a issue with radio after the fact my battery had just been changed in the car an I know I had the same issue before an they updated my radio without a charge. So my radio was fine until I got my battery changed so of course they Chris blames it on something else an tries to tell me I was in warranty the first time I got my radio updated when I knew I wasn’t in warranty an just tells oh yeah you weren’t they just goodwilled it so. Then he cancels instead of just closing the appointment so I can’t do a review or score him. I just don’t think it’s right for me to have to pay for my radio to be reset when I just got my battery replaced 3 days ago an they could have reset it at the time since I paid for my battery to get replaced. If you go here for a service I highly recommend Whitney just not Chris

Once a arrived at my home. I was able to look at my paperwork from my service and it shows my brake fluid is low. I feel that is something very important and no one told me or even asked me if I wanted my brakes service. After waiting 2 hrs for a oil change it should have been address. This is the worst dealer on the planet. My girlfriend had an appointment at 1:15 for an oil change, it is now 3 1/2 hours later and She is still there. Nobody will tell her where her car is or way it is taking 3 1/2 hrs to change the oil. When she asks what is going on they tell to go away and they will tell her when it is ready. Last time she had the oil changed they let the finished car sit and didnt tell her it was ready. She will be trying to get her money back from Nissan for the money she spent for the warranty.

Whats the point in making an appointment when the wait time is greater than 2 hours? Us single mothers who do not have the ability to drop off their car and come back have to wait with bored children for hours. Worst experience ever... And Id like to say it was a one time bad experience, but thats just Nissans every day experience... Its happened to me four times now. Their appointment times are a joke. Ive tried four different times and have yet to have successfully completed said oil change because I refuse to wait over 3 hours for an appointment.

I arrived for my scheduled 1215 appointment for oil change and tire rotation a few minutes early. Marshall promptly met me. He was courteous and efficient. He said they would try to have me out around 1:30 or 1:45. My first communication was at 3:00 when I received a video on my inspection recommending all sorts of work on my Rogue. That may me believe that the technician had not even begun the work until well after the time I was told I should be out. Opted to have cabin filter and new battery added to order and was told that would be about a half an hour. At 4:00 my car was finally ready.I hate to submit reviews because I fear it will impact service advisor. Other than over promising and under delivering on time I do not think this should reflect on him.I believe this is a management issue. Don’t make appointments if you can not begin the work somewhere around that time! Don’t schedule too many appointments than you can handle in a reasonable amount of time. I think 4 hours is way too much time to spend for routine maintenance. Under promise and over delivery!!!

Want to give a big thank you to Al Miller in the service department. Yesterday the oil level sensor in my Audi A5 lit up, so as soon as I could, I called the dealer to make an appointment for service. Al said to bring it in that afternoon. They checked it out, made a minor adjustment, and called me to say everything was fine. When I picked up the car, I found they didnt charge me anything and they had washed the car as well. Am so happy to do business with such a fine company which employs terrific folks like Al Miller.

I applied for a vehicle at this particular dealership because my cousin had just purchased from here. After my initial application was completed, I heard right back from the customer service dept. Well, my credit is challenged, like many peoples are, and I didnt have a huge down payment. I guess their amazing customer service only applies to some. Its been well over a week and Im still waiting to hear a decision. I sent a message back to the rep, Sybil, who had been communicating with me. I never got a response back after 2 days, so I sent another message. She responded to my 2nd message, and apologized that she didnt see the 1st message. I was then told that my current vehicle could not be accepted as a trade, too much negative equity. I then asked if I was able to be approved without a trade in, Sybil said shed find out. Well, that was Friday (4 days ago) and I still havent heard back. This sort of service is very frustrating. Yes, my credit is challenged (due to a recent divorce),but I make decent money. It seems that you cant get help unless you have a huge down payment. I was very disappointed with the customer service.

This place is the place you want to buy your car! Ms.Peggy Tate was professional, kind,and made the buying process super easy!I didnt feel pressured and she didnt talk down to me when I asked questions. The financial service gentleman was very patient with me when I asked to go over the numbers twice and threw in a solid warranty plan. This dealership already offers a lifetime warranty for the engine and transmission , but I wanted extra coverage. The general service manager also gave me a reasonable trade in value to put me in a better car! 10/10 would recommend.

I have spent months looking for the right car for myself, the dream car. I had finally decided to wait, but then the car I was driving decided to literally die on me. I got on the Nissan of Orange Park website and the search began again. A sales representative reached out to me, and I am so happy that I answered the phone. Justin Boothe, listened to my dilemma over the phone, offered to actually come pick me up and let me test drive a vehicle. I didnt take him up on it, but I did make an appointment to go in and see him. Justin did a wonderful job, I told him what I was looking for, a Nissan Rogue, my only real request was that it could not be painted red. I didnt care about all the bells and whistles, I just wanted a Rogue. He said that he would find me the perfect Rogue, I honestly didnt think he would. He came back with the key to a Rogue, and we went for a ride. That man made it happen! It has more features than I could have ever hoped for. He was very professional but he also made my experience in buying my dream car fun. I am so happy with my experience and my sales rep. I had a great experience with these people. I had done gone to Benton Nissan in Birmingham Alabama and got screwed by them. Me and my wife had filed bankruptcy. Benton Nissan told us that they could get two cars financed one for me one for her. After we got done with hers paperwork signed and all they said that they couldnt put another car in her name or even in my name because Ive been self-employed for less than 2 years. Get a letter in the mail from these people and was hesitant called and talked to a man named David Roberts. He assured me he could get me financed by myself. It may have taken a week because of certain paperwork I didnt have at that moment. They got me financed they offered to deliver the car to me in Birmingham Alabama, but I figured since I was going to be in Jacksonville delivering a load I would just swing by there and sign the paperwork. They even got me a cheaper interest rate than they got my wife by about 12%.

I’ve come here 3 times for an oil change on my car. Each time it takes between 3-5 hours for JUST the oil change. Today I sat for 3 and a half hours before they even started servicing my car. I didn’t get my car back until after 4 hours. If you can avoid getting your car serviced here, I recommend you go somewhere else.

Willing to change my review if my issue is handled but after this I may never buy Nissan again. My warranty was never entered into their system. Ive either been lied to and paying for a warranty they have no record of or someone dropped the ball. I bought a brand new 2020 kick and the battery isnt keeping a charge. My 4 calls Ive been told Ill give your info to finance and have yet to get a call back. Then the service dept is closed when I have a problem. Now I have a brand new vehicle I cant even drive. They gave me great service until the paperwork was done and now I cant even get a call back. Absolutely disgusting customer service once the lease is signed.EDIT: Once I finally got a hold of someone, they were very helpful in explaining my warranty and getting my repair scheduled. Still frustrating that I was told different things by different departments, and that I had to call 5 times to finally get the time of day, but once I finally got through my issue was handled quickly.

I would like to thank Marshall Taylor @ Nissan of OP for the amazing customer service he provided over the last few days. I called for pricing on a door handle repair. He was able to quote me a price during the call that beat out other dealership pricing. He was able to work with my schedule to get us in right away for the repair & out in time to start my workday for all the repairs. Its also nice to receive a follow up text to see how things are going with the repairs & to remind of upcoming appointments.When we arrived for the repair the techs did a full inspection and notated some additional repairs. Marshall was prompt to provide pricing. After calling a RPM & Tires Plus for a second quote we decided to book the appointment with Marshall for 2 reasons: Customer service & pricing. I appreciate that Marshall took his time to explain the repairs, explain the cost and was respectful during the entire process.On our 2nd visit for additional repairs, Marshall worked with his team once again to ensure we would be out in time for me to start my work day. Thank you also to the tech who worked on my car, I wish I had gotten his name. I absolutely appreciate the efforts he put in to the repairs & that the tasks were completed in a timely manner.Thank you again to the team @ Nissan of Orange Park. I will absolutely be back for any car repairs. It’s worth the drive from St. Augustine!

The sales associate Justin Booth was very unprofessional when decided that we didn’t want the truck he kept trying to push on my wife and I. We told him twice what we wanted and he became very aggressive then rude. We purchased our first vehicle from there but never will we return or recommend if the sales associate are like him.

I was so impressed with the service I received at Nissan of Orange Park. Chris ONeal and his mechanics provided excellent service. I was truly blown away when I received the Walk Around Video of my car. I have never seen this before and it made me feel more comfortable about choosing to have several areas of my car serviced. The communication was great and I loved that I was offered transportation so I did not have to wait hours at the dealership for my car to be completed. Same day service was also very convenient. I would absolutely recommend having your car serviced at Nissan of Orange Park and will feel good about having my car serviced there again. The only thing I would recommend are a few less appointment reminders via text and email.
