I called get a price for a pallet of mulch, and the woman I spoke with was very rude. When I asked if I could speak with someone else, I was told no, and then hung up on. My husband and I decided to drive down to speak with someone in person. It was the same woman. The way she treated us as well as the young man driving the forklift was absolutely atrocious and totally unprofessional. In all, it was a VERY unpleasant experience.

You cant get anyone to answer the phone regardless what time of the day (early morning, mid morning, afternoon, mid afternoon. 15 minutes to closing or right at closing), they say they open at 7:30 and close at 4:00 p.m. Ive called all day today, Thursday, July 8th, 2020, and by the way did I mention their voicemail has been full the entire day?
