DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY!! I ordered two yards- he delivered half of that, then wanted to charge $25 to deliver HALF of what he owed. I picked up the half yard he claimed was actually short(He knew somehow?) and, sure enough, it was short a FULL YARD! He refused to look at photos or see calculations. And I am not the first- read the reviews, see the photos and AVOID THIS GUY. His prices are exactly the same as several others who are more trustworthy. On the photos: 2 yards should cover 160 square feet 4 inches deep.

Great service with exceptional customer service! We ordered a load of top soil a few weeks ago and had it delivered to our home. When the delivery driver dropped off the load he noticed that the truck had leaked oil in our newly paved driveway. He was very apologetic and notified the owner. The owner, John, personally came out himself that same day to access the damages and attempt to remove the stains from my driveway. Over the course of 3 days the owner communicated with us on how he was treating the stains and continued to express his apology. Mulch Depot provided the best customer service we have experienced in a while. Thank you Mulch Depot!

Mike saved the day. I had ordered top soil to be delivered and they told me because of the rain they wouldnt be able too. I had already had sod delivered and needed to do this project today and tomorrow. So Mike was very kind to help me out with delivery same day. Customer service was outstanding!! Ive used Mulch Depot on several occasions. They have the best prices in Jacksonville (I have comparison shopped) and they have always been friendly. The delivery driver was punctual and delivered the mulch to the correct location.In response to some of the other reviews: I received the correct amount of mulch (based on my measurements).

Overpriced did delivery driver was excellent but the dispatch guy almost made me hang up the phone three times he will not let you talk and he is obviously affected by nicotine and caffeine or something else just be patient or get someone else and remember its just fill dirt and rock and mulch its not gold or anything thats on achievable anywhere else in Jacksonville

Mulch depot is as much a destination with the large collection of antiques on display as it is a great place to buy fill dirt, gravel and other similar items. The customer service here is excellent and their delivery service was on time and affordable! I needed two loads of fill dirt for a demanding job and these guys helped me get-r-done!

Guys there are very helpful and knowledgeable. Their stuff is priced just right. They dont try to over sale their product. You tell them your area and they give what you need for a good price. Highly recommend Mulch Depot to any one- best prices in town and excellent customer service! I ordered a full truck load of #2 slag rock for my driveway. They gave me a GREAT deal on the rock and it looks amazing in my drive! They are incredibly knowledgeable and very patient in answering all my questions. Same day delivery and they even spread the load in multiple piles to make it easier for me.

Just got nine yards of some of the most beautiful red mulch ever. I do this every other year for my Avondale yard and have never been dissatisfied. I highly recommend these guys. Very nice to do business with. And their prices are very reasonable.

Excellent service, made our parking area look better than I imagined it could. Removal of 20 yards of muck and replaced with 20 yards of #1 slag.
